本发明公开了一种清扫车上的滤芯反吹结构,它包括灰斗滤箱,灰尘反吹滤箱叠加在灰斗滤箱之上用螺钉固定,所述灰尘反吹滤箱由脉冲阀、反吹管、储气包、储气包进气口、喷嘴、脉冲控制仪、L型固定板构成,所述反吹管通过支撑架悬架在灰尘反吹滤箱的内腔里,所述反吹管之间间隙处安装有喷嘴,所述反吹管至少两排,其中间固定有储气包,储气包一端设置有进气口和出气口并通过高压气管与储气包相连,所述储气包的另一端通过脉冲阀与控制仪连接。本发明能将滤芯里的灰尘及时除掉,不需要经常更换滤芯,结构简单,减少维修工的劳动强度。

清扫车上的滤芯反吹结构
技术领域
本发明及一种滤芯反吹结构,特别适用于清扫车上清除滤芯灰尘时使用。
背景技术
现有的清扫车中安装有滤芯,是将灰尘经过过滤后落入灰斗箱中,但有一部分灰尘会残留在滤箱的滤芯里,需要经常更换滤芯,如果不及时清理,灰尘越积越多,最后将滤芯堵住,从而影响正常工作,经常更换滤芯又给维修工人带来很多麻烦,而且增加运营成本。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提出一种不需要经常更换滤芯,减少运营成本的清扫车上的滤芯反吹结构。
本发明的任务这样完成的,一种清扫车上的滤芯反吹结构,它包括灰斗滤箱,其特征在于:灰尘反吹滤箱叠加在灰斗滤箱之上用螺钉固定,所述灰尘反吹滤箱由脉冲阀、反吹管、储气包、储气包进气口、喷嘴、脉冲控制仪、L型固定板构成,所述反吹管通过支撑架悬架在灰尘反吹滤箱的内腔里,所述反吹管之间间隙处安装有喷嘴,所述反吹管至少两排,其中间固定有储气包,储气包一端设置有进气口和出气口并通过高压气管与储气包相连,所述储气包的另一端通过脉冲阀与控制仪连接。灰斗滤箱上面固定有滤芯,所述滤芯、喷嘴的数量相同,滤芯底部孔里穿出杆子悬挂在杆子挂钩上用螺栓锁紧。储气包平放在反吹箱的底部采用L型固定板固定。所述脉冲控制仪固定在灰尘反吹滤箱上。
本发明具有以下效果:本发明能将滤芯里的灰尘及时除掉,不需要经常更换滤芯,结构简单,减少维修工的劳动强度。

具体实施方式
本技术方案是将滤芯上的灰尘消除干净,保证排出外界的气体无灰尘,符合环保要求,具体实施例如图1、图2所示,灰斗滤箱1上面固定有滤芯2,滤芯底部孔里穿出杆子悬挂在杆子挂钩上用螺栓锁紧,所述的滤芯至少两排,其之间留有间隙独立安装,每排的滤芯至少三个,灰尘反吹滤箱4叠加在灰斗滤箱之上用螺钉固定。
所述灰尘反吹滤箱4由脉冲阀5、反吹管6、储气包7、储气包进气口8、脉冲控制仪9、L型固定板10构成,所述反吹管6通过支撑架悬架在灰尘反吹滤箱11的内腔里,所述反吹管6上间隔安装有喷嘴3,所述喷嘴朝下是对应每个滤芯安装,所述滤芯、喷嘴的数量相同,反吹管至少两排,其中间固定有储气包7,储气包平放在反吹箱的底部采用L形固定板10固定,所述储气包一端设置有进气口8和出气口并通过高压气管与储气包7相连,所述储气包的另一端通过脉冲阀5与脉冲控制仪9连接,所述脉冲控制仪固定在灰尘反吹滤箱上。
工作时,脉冲阀开启,储气包里的高压气体通过脉冲阀进入反吹管,经喷嘴吹到滤芯里,将灰尘从滤芯上面反吹掉,落入灰斗滤箱中,根据滤芯灰尘的大小,通过脉冲控制仪再控制脉冲阀开启和关闭时间。确保滤芯上面无灰尘,从而将经过滤芯过滤后的气体通过引风机排放到外界中,故达到排放标准。

1.一种清扫车上的滤芯反吹结构,它包括灰斗滤箱,其特征在于:灰尘反吹滤箱叠加在灰斗滤箱之上用螺钉固定,所述灰尘反吹滤箱由脉冲阀、反吹管、储气包、储气包进气口、喷嘴、脉冲控制仪、L型固定板构成,所述反吹管通过支撑架悬架在灰尘反吹滤箱的内腔里,所述反吹管之间间隙处安装有喷嘴,所述反吹管至少两排,其中间固定有储气包,储气包一端设置有进气口和出气口并通过高压气管与储气包相连,所述储气包的另一端通过脉冲阀与控制仪连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的清扫车上的滤芯反吹结构,其特征在于:灰斗滤箱上面固定有滤芯,所述滤芯、喷嘴的数量相同,滤芯底部孔里穿出杆子悬挂在杆子挂钩上用螺栓锁紧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的清扫车上的滤芯反吹结构,其特征在于:储气包平放在反吹箱的底部采用L型固定板固定。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的清扫车上的滤芯反吹结构,其特征在于:所述脉冲控制仪固定在灰尘反吹滤箱上。
