本发明公开了一种清扫车上的滤芯反吹结构，它包括灰斗滤箱，灰尘反吹滤箱叠加在灰斗滤箱之上用螺钉固定，所述灰尘反吹滤箱由脉冲阀、反吹管、储气包、储气包进气口、喷嘴、脉冲控制仪、L型固定板构成，所述反吹管通过支撑架悬架在灰尘反吹滤箱的内腔里，所述反吹管之间间隙处安装有喷嘴，所述反吹管至少两排，其中间固定有储气包，储气包一端设置有进气口和出气口并通过高压气管与储气包相连，所述储气包的另一端通过脉冲阀与控制仪连接。本发明能将滤芯里的灰尘及时除掉，不需要经常更换滤芯，结构简单，减少维修工的劳动强度。

清扫车上的滤芯反吹结构
技术领域
本发明及一种滤芯反吹结构，特别适用于清扫车上清除滤芯灰尘时使用。
背景技术
现有的清扫车中安装有滤芯，是将灰尘经过过滤后落入灰斗箱中，但有一部分灰尘会残留在滤箱的滤芯里，需要经常更换滤芯，如果不及时清理，灰尘越积越多，最后将滤芯堵住，从而影响正常工作，经常更换滤芯又给维修工人带来很多麻烦，而且增加运营成本。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提出一种不需要经常更换滤芯，减少运营成本的清扫车上的滤芯反吹结构。
本发明的任务这样完成的，一种清扫车上的滤芯反吹结构，它包括灰斗滤箱，其特征在于：灰尘反吹滤箱叠加在灰斗滤箱之上用螺钉固定，所述灰尘反吹滤箱由脉冲阀、反吹管、储气包、储气包进气口、喷嘴、脉冲控制仪、L型固定板构成，所述反吹管通过支撑架悬架在灰尘反吹滤箱的内腔里，所述反吹管之间间隙处安装有喷嘴，所述反吹管至少两排，其中间固定有储气包，储气包一端设置有进气口和出气口并通过高压气管与储气包相连，所述储气包的另一端通过脉冲阀与控制仪连接。灰斗滤箱上面固定有滤芯，所述滤芯、喷嘴的数量相同，滤芯底部孔里穿出杆子悬挂在杆子挂钩上用螺栓锁紧。储气包平放在反吹箱的底部采用L型固定板固定。所述脉冲控制仪固定在灰尘反吹滤箱上。
本发明具有以下效果：本发明能将滤芯里的灰尘及时除掉，不需要经常更换滤芯，结构简单，减少维修工的劳动强度。

具体实施方式
本技术方案是将滤芯上的灰尘消除干净，保证排出外界的气体无灰尘，符合环保要求，具体实施例如图1、图2所示，灰斗滤箱1上面固定有滤芯2，滤芯底部孔里穿出杆子悬挂在杆子挂钩上用螺栓锁紧，所述的滤芯至少两排，其之间留有间隙独立安装，每排的滤芯至少三个，灰尘反吹滤箱4叠加在灰斗滤箱之上用螺钉固定。
所述灰尘反吹滤箱4由脉冲阀5、反吹管6、储气包7、储气包进气口8、脉冲控制仪9、L型固定板10构成，所述反吹管6通过支撑架悬架在灰尘反吹滤箱11的内腔里，所述反吹管6上间隔安装有喷嘴3，所述喷嘴朝下是对应每个滤芯安装，所述滤芯、喷嘴的数量相同，反吹管至少两排，其中间固定有储气包7，储气包平放在反吹箱的底部采用L形固定板10固定，所述储气包一端设置有进气口8和出气口并通过高压气管与储气包7相连，所述储气包的另一端通过脉冲阀5与脉冲控制仪9连接，所述脉冲控制仪固定在灰尘反吹滤箱上。
工作时，脉冲阀开启，储气包里的高压气体通过脉冲阀进入反吹管，经喷嘴吹到滤芯里，将灰尘从滤芯上面反吹掉，落入灰斗滤箱中，根据滤芯灰尘的大小，通过脉冲控制仪再控制脉冲阀开启和关闭时间。确保滤芯上面无灰尘，从而将经过滤芯过滤后的气体通过引风机排放到外界中，故达到排放标准。

1.一种清扫车上的滤芯反吹结构，它包括灰斗滤箱，其特征在于：灰尘反吹滤箱叠加在灰斗滤箱之上用螺钉固定，所述灰尘反吹滤箱由脉冲阀、反吹管、储气包、储气包进气口、喷嘴、脉冲控制仪、L型固定板构成，所述反吹管通过支撑架悬架在灰尘反吹滤箱的内腔里，所述反吹管之间间隙处安装有喷嘴，所述反吹管至少两排，其中间固定有储气包，储气包一端设置有进气口和出气口并通过高压气管与储气包相连，所述储气包的另一端通过脉冲阀与控制仪连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的清扫车上的滤芯反吹结构，其特征在于：灰斗滤箱上面固定有滤芯，所述滤芯、喷嘴的数量相同，滤芯底部孔里穿出杆子悬挂在杆子挂钩上用螺栓锁紧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的清扫车上的滤芯反吹结构，其特征在于：储气包平放在反吹箱的底部采用L型固定板固定。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的清扫车上的滤芯反吹结构，其特征在于：所述脉冲控制仪固定在灰尘反吹滤箱上。
