Abstract

本发明公开一种涤纶帆布用耐热浸渍处理液,包括以下重量份的原料组分:丁吡胶乳100份、有机硅改性水性聚氨酯乳液30‑40份、水溶性树脂3‑8份、异氰酸酯35‑50份、三羟甲基丙烷1‑2份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5‑8份、氧化锑3‑6份、氯化石蜡5‑10份、碳酸钙20‑28份、去离子65‑76份本发明采用丁吡胶乳、有机硅改性水性聚氨酯乳液和水溶性树脂为胶乳基体,具有优异的耐磨性能、抗热老化性能;制备的耐热浸渍处理液提高了涤纶帆布与橡胶的粘合强度。

Description

一种涤纶帆布用耐热浸渍处理液及制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于化工技术领域,具体是一种涤纶帆布用耐热浸渍处理液及制备方法。
背景技术
涤纶的基本组成物质是聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,分子式[-OC-Ph-COOCH2CH2O-]n,故也称聚酯纤维(PET),其长链分子的化学结构式为H(OCH2CCOCO)NOCH2CH2OH,相对分子量一般在18000-25000左右。实际上,其中还有少量的单体和低聚物存在。这些低聚物的聚合度较低,又以环状形式存在。聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯可由对苯二甲酸(PTA)和乙二醇(EG)通过直接酯化法制取对苯二甲酸乙二酯9BHET)后缩聚而成。
从涤纶分子组成来看,它是由短脂肪烃链、酯基、苯环、端醇羟基所构成。涤纶子中除存在两个端醇羟基外,并无其它极性基团,因而涤纶纤维亲水性极差。涤纶分子中约含有46%酯基,酯基在高温时能发生水解、热裂解,遇碱则皂解,使聚合度降低;涤纶分子中还含有脂肪族烃链,它能使涤纶分子具有一定柔曲性,但由于涤纶分子中还有不能内旋转的苯环,故涤纶大分子基本为刚性分子,分子链易于保持线型。因此,涤纶大分子在这一条件下很容易形成结晶,故涤纶的结晶度和取向性较高。
涤纶短纤维强度为2.6-5.7cN/dtex,高强力纤维为5.6-8.0cN/dtex。由于吸湿性较低,它的湿态强度与干态强度基本相同。耐冲击强度比锦纶高4倍,比粘胶纤维高20倍。涤纶的弹性模数为22-141cN/dtex,比锦纶高2-3倍。涤纶织物具有较高的强度与弹性恢复能力,因此,其坚牢耐用、抗皱免烫。涤纶表面光滑,内部分子排列紧密,具有热塑性;耐磨性仅次于耐磨性最好的锦纶。
涤纶帆布作为其他特殊材料需要与橡胶粘合后使用,然而涤纶帆布与橡胶粘合料在热老化后粘合性能下降,不能满足人们的需要。如何研究一种涤纶帆布用耐热浸渍处理液,用于改善粘合性能,延长使用寿命,就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提出一种涤纶帆布用耐热浸渍处理液。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种涤纶帆布用耐热浸渍处理液,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料组分:丁吡胶乳100份、有机硅改性水性聚氨酯乳液30-40份、水溶性树脂3-8份、异氰酸酯35-50份、三羟甲基丙烷1-2份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5-8份、氧化锑3-6份、氯化石蜡5-10份、碳酸钙20-28份、去离子65-76份;
所述有机硅改性水性聚氨酯乳液制备方法为:按重量份计,将异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯27份、聚醚二醇40份、二月桂酸二丁基锡3份混合;二羟甲基丙酸1份用5mLN-甲基吡咯烷酮溶解,加入上述混合物中,再加入端羟基聚硅氧烷8份、1,4-丁二醇4mL、乙二醇2mL、三乙胺3g和十二烷基苯磺酸钠5g,50-55℃条件下反应6h得聚氨酯预聚体;将20g聚氨酯预聚体降温至38℃,加入三乙胺8g、去离子水13mL,剪切后,加入乙二胺0.4g扩链,减压抽挥发物质得有机硅改性水性聚氨酯乳液。
所述水溶性树脂为聚酯树脂、环氧树脂、氨基树脂中的至少一种。
所述聚氨酯预聚体中-NCO百分含量为15-18%。
包括以下重量份的原料组分:丁吡胶乳100份、有机硅改性水性聚氨酯乳液35份、水溶性树脂5份、异氰酸酯41份、三羟甲基丙烷1.5份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯6.5份、氧化锑4.5份、氯化石蜡8份、碳酸钙24份、去离子70份。
本发明还公开一种涤纶帆布用耐热浸渍处理液的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将部分去离子水与异氰酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、氧化锑、氯化石蜡、碳酸钙混合,搅拌均匀,放置1h,得混合液A;
(2)将剩余去离子水与丁吡胶乳、有机硅改性水性聚氨酯乳液、水溶性树脂混合搅拌均匀,得混合液B;
(3)将混合液B加入到混合液A中,搅拌均匀,放置48h,得涤纶帆布用热浸渍处理液。
所述步骤(1)中去离子水的使用量占总量的25-30%。
本发明的有益效果:本发明采用丁吡胶乳、有机硅改性水性聚氨酯乳液和水溶性树脂为胶乳基体,具有优异的耐磨性能、抗热老化性能;制备的耐热浸渍处理液提高了涤纶帆布与橡胶的粘合强度。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种涤纶帆布用耐热浸渍处理液,包括以下重量份的原料组分:丁吡胶乳100份、有机硅改性水性聚氨酯乳液30份、聚酯树脂3份、异氰酸酯35份、三羟甲基丙烷1份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5份、氧化锑3份、氯化石蜡5份、碳酸钙20份、去离子65份;
有机硅改性水性聚氨酯乳液制备方法为:按重量份计,将异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯27份、聚醚二醇40份、二月桂酸二丁基锡3份混合;二羟甲基丙酸1份用5mLN-甲基吡咯烷酮溶解,加入上述混合物中,再加入端羟基聚硅氧烷8份、1,4-丁二醇4mL、乙二醇2mL、三乙胺3g和十二烷基苯磺酸钠5g,50-55℃条件下反应6h得聚氨酯预聚体,聚氨酯预聚体中-NCO百分含量为15-18%;将20g聚氨酯预聚体降温至38℃,加入三乙胺8g、去离子水13mL,剪切后,加入乙二胺0.4g扩链,减压抽挥发物质得有机硅改性水性聚氨酯乳液。
一种涤纶帆布用耐热浸渍处理液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将30%的去离子水与异氰酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、氧化锑、氯化石蜡、碳酸钙混合,搅拌均匀,放置1h,得混合液A;
(2)将剩余去离子水与丁吡胶乳、有机硅改性水性聚氨酯乳液、水溶性聚酯树脂混合搅拌均匀,得混合液B;
(3)将混合液B加入到混合液A中,搅拌均匀,放置48h,得涤纶帆布用热浸渍处理液。
实施例2
一种涤纶帆布用耐热浸渍处理液,包括以下重量份的原料组分:丁吡胶乳100份、有机硅改性水性聚氨酯乳液35份、氨基树脂5份、异氰酸酯41份、三羟甲基丙烷1.5份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯6.5份、氧化锑4.5份、氯化石蜡8份、碳酸钙24份、去离子70份。
一种涤纶帆布用耐热浸渍处理液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将25%的去离子水与异氰酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、氧化锑、氯化石蜡、碳酸钙混合,搅拌均匀,放置1h,得混合液A;
(2)将剩余去离子水与丁吡胶乳、有机硅改性水性聚氨酯乳液、水溶性氨基聚酯树脂混合搅拌均匀,得混合液B;
(3)将混合液B加入到混合液A中,搅拌均匀,放置48h,得涤纶帆布用热浸渍处理液。
实施例3
一种涤纶帆布用耐热浸渍处理液,包括以下重量份的原料组分:丁吡胶乳100份、有机硅改性水性聚氨酯乳液40份、环氧树脂8份、异氰酸酯50份、三羟甲基丙烷2份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯8份、氧化锑6份、氯化石蜡10份、碳酸钙28份、去离子76份;
有机硅改性水性聚氨酯乳液制备方法为:按重量份计,将异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯27份、聚醚二醇40份、二月桂酸二丁基锡3份混合;二羟甲基丙酸1份用5mLN-甲基吡咯烷酮溶解,加入上述混合物中,再加入端羟基聚硅氧烷8份、1,4-丁二醇4mL、乙二醇2mL、三乙胺3g和十二烷基苯磺酸钠5g,50-55℃条件下反应6h得聚氨酯预聚体,聚氨酯预聚体中-NCO百分含量为15-18%;将20g聚氨酯预聚体降温至38℃,加入三乙胺8g、去离子水13mL,剪切后,加入乙二胺0.4g扩链,减压抽挥发物质得有机硅改性水性聚氨酯乳液。
一种涤纶帆布用耐热浸渍处理液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将28%的去离子水与异氰酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、氧化锑、氯化石蜡、碳酸钙混合,搅拌均匀,放置1h,得混合液A;
(2)将剩余去离子水与丁吡胶乳、有机硅改性水性聚氨酯乳液、水溶性树脂混合搅拌均匀,得混合液B;
(3)将混合液B加入到混合液A中,搅拌均匀,放置48h,得涤纶帆布用热浸渍处理液。

1.一种涤纶帆布用耐热浸渍处理液,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料组分:丁吡胶乳100份、有机硅改性水性聚氨酯乳液30-40份、水溶性树脂3-8份、异氰酸酯35-50份、三羟甲基丙烷1-2份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5-8份、氧化锑3-6份、氯化石蜡5-10份、碳酸钙20-28份、去离子65-76份;
所述有机硅改性水性聚氨酯乳液制备方法为:按重量份计,将异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯27份、聚醚二醇40份、二月桂酸二丁基锡3份混合;二羟甲基丙酸1份用5mLN-甲基吡咯烷酮溶解,加入上述混合物中,再加入端羟基聚硅氧烷8份、1,4-丁二醇4mL、乙二醇2mL、三乙胺3g和十二烷基苯磺酸钠5g,50-55℃条件下反应6h得聚氨酯预聚体;将20g聚氨酯预聚体降温至38℃,加入三乙胺8g、去离子水13mL,剪切后,加入乙二胺0.4g扩链,减压抽挥发物质得有机硅改性水性聚氨酯乳液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涤纶帆布用耐热浸渍处理液,其特征在于,所述水溶性树脂为聚酯树脂、环氧树脂、氨基树脂中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的涤纶帆布用耐热浸渍处理液,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯预聚体中-NCO百分含量为15-18%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的涤纶帆布用耐热浸渍处理液,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料组分:丁吡胶乳100份、有机硅改性水性聚氨酯乳液35份、水溶性树脂5份、异氰酸酯41份、三羟甲基丙烷1.5份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯6.5份、氧化锑4.5份、氯化石蜡8份、碳酸钙24份、去离子70份。
5.一种制备如权利要求1所述的涤纶帆布用耐热浸渍处理液的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将部分去离子水与异氰酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、氧化锑、氯化石蜡、碳酸钙混合,搅拌均匀,放置1h,得混合液A;
(2)将剩余去离子水与丁吡胶乳、有机硅改性水性聚氨酯乳液、水溶性树脂混合搅拌均匀,得混合液B;
(3)将混合液B加入到混合液A中,搅拌均匀,放置48h,得涤纶帆布用热浸渍处理液。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中去离子水的使用量占总量的25-30%。
