本发明涉及一种汽车平衡片,按照重量份比例包括:钢12~18份、铜15~20份、石墨粉5~10份、二氧化锰8~16份、顺丁橡胶4~10份、SAN树脂5~15份、锌1~3份、镍0.5~0.9份、镁5~8份、铂2~4份和二硫化钼8~20份。本发明提供的配方配比,通过将钢、铜、石墨粉、二氧化锰、顺丁橡胶、SAN树脂、锌、镍、镁、铂和二硫化钼按照配比生产出来的汽车平衡片,由于添加了石墨粉、二氧化锰、锌、镍和铂元素,不仅大大提高其耐磨性能,而且其硬度明显上升,有效防止出现开裂的现象发生,能够大大延长其使用寿命。

本发明是这样实现的,一种汽车平衡片,按照重量份比例包括:钢12~18份、铜15~20份、石墨粉5~10份、二氧化锰8~16份、顺丁橡胶4~10份、SAN树脂5~15份、锌1~3份、镍0.5~0.9份、镁5~8份、铂2~4份和二硫化钼8~20份。
进一步的,按照重量份比例包括钢12份、铜15份、石墨粉5份、二氧化锰8份、顺丁橡胶4份、SAN树脂5份、锌1份、镍0.5份、镁5份、铂2份和二硫化钼8份。
进一步的,按照重量份比例包括钢18份、铜20份、石墨粉10份、二氧化锰16份、顺丁橡胶10份、SAN树脂15份、锌3份、镍0.9份、镁8份、铂4份和二硫化钼20份。
