本发明属于汽车零件用具技术领域，尤其涉及一种板簧座。
背景技术
汽车板簧座是属于汽车零部件中的一部分，主要是用于安装固定板簧用。板簧和板簧座之间的材质硬度差异较大，长时间摩擦接触，特别在路况差和车辆转弯时板簧扭动摩擦板簧座，长时间造成板簧座异常磨损。板簧座的不合理设计也会使得板簧座受力不合理，板簧座从应力集中处出现裂纹，长时间运动会断裂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决以上所述的技术问题，提供一种板簧座，其技术方案如下：
一种板簧座，其特征在于，所述的板簧座包括板体，所述的板体的四角设有四个U形螺栓槽，所述的各个U形螺栓槽内侧的中间处设有一条形凸条；所述的板体的中间为下凹面，所述的下凹面的中间为圆弧凹面，所述的圆弧凹面的中间处开设有圆柱通孔，所述的下凹面的四角设有四个凸面，所述的凸面与圆弧凹面之间为圆弧过渡；所述的板体的两端为凹陷部。
优选方式为，所述的U形螺栓槽与凸面之间设有凹台。
本发明提供的板簧座，在使用的时候，板体的四角设有四个U形螺栓槽用于链接固定U形螺栓。U形螺栓槽内侧的中间处设有一条形凸条，通过凸条可以使得与U形螺栓的链接更加的稳定。使用U形螺栓可以使得板簧和板簧座的链接更加的牢固，比一般的通过圆柱形通孔链接更加的稳定。下凹面的中间为圆弧凹面，圆弧凹面是用于放置圆形钢管用。下凹面的四角设有四个凸面，四个凸面的作用是用于对放置于圆弧凹面内的圆形钢管进行定位，使得圆形钢管更好的位于圆弧凹面内，不易脱落和滑动。
本发明结构简单，能够很好的减少板簧座受到的应力，可以大大的加强使用强度，增加使用寿命。

一种板簧座，所述的板簧座包括板体1，所述的板体1的四角设有四个U形螺栓槽2，所述的各个U形螺栓槽2内侧的中间处设有一条形凸条3；所述的板体1的中间为下凹面4，所述的下凹面4的中间为圆弧凹面5，所述的圆弧凹面5的中间处开设有圆柱通孔6，所述的下凹面4的四角设有四个凸面7，所述的凸面7与圆弧凹面5之间为圆弧过渡；所述的板体1的两端为凹陷部8。所述的U形螺栓槽2与凸面7之间设有凹台9。
本发明提供的板簧座，在使用的时候，板体的四角设有四个U形螺栓槽用于链接固定U形螺栓。下凹面的中间为圆弧凹面，圆弧凹面是用于放置圆形钢管用。
本发明受力均匀，不易受到较大应力而发生局部断裂，延长其使用时间。
