本发明涉及一种地板清洗剂及其制备方法，属于化工技术领域。
背景技术
地板清洁剂由表面活性剂、杀菌剂、香精以及独特光亮因子经过科学调配而成的清洁产品；具有良好的清洁力、杀菌力和光亮性等特性，适合于各类光滑硬表面的清洗，尤其适合于各种地板表面的清洗。
发明内容
发明目的：本发明的目的是提供一种地板清洗剂及其制备方法。
技术方案：本发明的目的是通过如下的方案实现的：
一种地板清洗剂，由下列重量份的原料制成：椰油基羟乙基磺酸钠10.00％、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚5.00％、牛脂酰胺34.00％、乙二胺四乙酸2.00％、适量水加至100％。
所述地板清洗剂的制备方法，包括以下步骤：将先将各原料混合，搅拌均匀，即得。
有益效果：
壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚为以壬基酚和环氧乙烷在催化剂作用下缩合反应的非离子表面活性剂。有各种不同的亲水亲油平衡值(HLB value).本品在洗涤剂/印染/化工有广泛的用途。本品有良好的渗透/乳化/分散/抗酸/抗碱/抗硬水/抗还原/抗氧化能力。广泛用作W/O型乳化剂或O/W型乳化剂、分散剂，是合成洗涤剂主要原料。在工业清洗、纺织印染、造纸、皮革化工、化纤油剂、油田助剂、农药、乳液聚合等工业领域有着广泛的应用。其中TX-4可作油包水型乳化剂、消泡剂，春季果树用杀螨剂。20#石油乳化剂，聚氯乙烯(PVC)造粒助剂等。TX-7可用作腈纶染前、染后的洗涤剂成分，并可作阳离子染料的匀染剂，在一般工业中可用作润湿剂和乳化剂。TX-10可用作化纤油剂的复配单体，在纺织印染工业中用作漂、炼、染工序的扩散剂、匀染剂等，油田用润湿剂、起泡剂、泥浆活性处理剂。金属加工、机械、化工、农药、橡胶等工业中作乳化剂、净洗剂。TX-15用作水包油型乳化剂，作金属、机械、纺织工业的净洗剂，采矿工业的浮选剂、熔模精铸的润湿剂、渗透剂、油田用乳化剂、防蜡剂以及破乳剂等。
乙二胺四乙酸能与Mg2+、Ca2+、Mn2+、Fe2+等二价金属离子结合的一种螯合剂。由于多数核酸酶类和有些蛋白酶类的作用需要Mg2+，故常用做核酸酶、蛋白酶的抑制剂；也可用于去除重金属离子对酶的抑制作用。
本发明能够清洁地板，环保性好，使用效果好且方便。
