背景技术
中国是世界上最大的面制品生产国,挂面是老百姓日常生活不可缺少的主要食品。以前挂面的生产方式都是人工制作,随着技术的发展,目前挂面品种和制作方式正在趋向于机械化、专业化和标准化。单刀切面机、多刀切面机、挂面生产线等食品机械已经实现专业化生产。
挂面机属于食品机械,机械设备在生产使用时,不可避免的要对零部件进行润滑、防锈处理,这样才能保证设备运行的平稳与寿命。传统的工业防锈润滑油不宜用在挂面机上,因为添加的各种化学物质存在残留入食品的安全隐患,现多用食物油进行润滑和防锈,但单一的植物油存在着性能和稳定性较差的问题,仍需进一步改善。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种挂面机用防锈润滑液。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种挂面机用防锈润滑液,由如下重量份的物质制成:
150份植物油、0.5份叔丁基对苯二酚、0.5份丁基羟基茴香醚、1份蔗糖脂肪酸酯、0.8份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、1.5份硬脂酸钾、2份丁基羟基茴香醚、1份高碳脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、1.5份鼠尾草酚、0.5份海藻胶、2份烯基丁二酸酯、0.5份特丁基对苯二酚、0.5份柠檬酸、2.5份纳米改性颗粒混合物;所述纳米改性颗粒混合物由纳米改性炭化花生壳与纳米改性膨润土按质量比5:2混合而成。
进一步的,所述纳米改性炭化花生壳的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将炭化花生壳放入质量分数为2.5%的胡萝卜酸溶液中,浸渍20min后取出,然后放入质量分数为2%的小苏打溶液中,浸渍20min后取出,最后用清水冲洗后干燥备用;
(2)将干燥后的炭化花生壳放入质量分数为10%的氯化钾溶液中,保持溶液温度为30~35℃,同时施加频率为28KHz的超声波,20~22h后取出干燥得氯化改性炭化花生壳备用;
(3)将氯化改性炭化花生壳放入球磨机中,控制温度为-30~-25℃,不断研磨至粒径为28~32nm,得纳米炭化花生壳备用;
(4)将纳米炭化花生壳放入其质量3倍的植物油中,加热保持植物油温度为100~105℃,不断搅拌,30~35min后滤出干燥即得纳米改性炭化花生壳。纳米改性炭化花生壳不仅能吸附防锈润滑液中的有效成分,又能吸附固定氧化因子,进一步防止其对机械部件的侵蚀。
进一步的,所述纳米改性膨润土的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将膨润土放入质量分数为2.5%的酒石酸溶液中,浸渍15min后取出,然后放入质量分数为2.5%的小苏打溶液中,浸渍15min后取出,最后用清水冲洗后干燥备用;
(2)将干燥后的膨润土放入窑中煅烧2~2.5h,煅烧的温度为850~950℃,取出后得高温改性膨润土备用;
(3)将高温改性膨润土放入球磨机中,控制温度为-25~-23℃,不断研磨至粒径为25~30nm,得纳米膨润土备用;
(4)将纳米膨润土放入其质量3倍的植物油中,加热保持植物油温度为108~110℃,不断搅拌,25~30min后滤出干燥即得纳米改性膨润土。纳米改性膨润土不仅能吸附防锈润滑液中的有效成分,又能吸附固定氧化因子,与纳米改性炭化花生壳共同作用,进一步防止其对机械部件的侵蚀。
进一步的,所述植物油为亚麻籽油、菜籽油、大豆油中的任意一种。
一种挂面机用防锈润滑液的制备方法,操作过程是先将植物油加热至100~105℃,再将海藻胶加入并不断搅拌均匀,然后将温度降至75~80℃,同时将叔丁基对苯二酚、丁基羟基茴香醚、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、硬脂酸钾、丁基羟基茴香醚、高碳脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、鼠尾草酚、烯基丁二酸酯、特丁基对苯二酚和柠檬酸混入,用800~850rpm的转速搅拌8min后,最后将纳米改性颗粒混合物加入,提高转速至1200~1300rpm,搅拌10min后即得防锈润滑液。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)对炭化花生壳进行纳米级粉碎和改性处理,提升了其吸附性能以及耐磨性,其微粒结构为片层状,可提高植物油的润滑性能,并为花生壳的再利用提供了新的方向;对膨润土进行纳米级粉碎和改性处理,提升了其吸附性能以及稳定性,其微粒结构为球状,与纳米改性炭化花生壳共同使用,可显著提升植物油的润滑性,同时依靠两者强大的吸附性能,保证了油膜的稳定性,进一步提升了植物油的润滑和防锈性能。
(2)本发明防锈润滑液以植物油为主要载体,添加了稳定剂、乳化剂、分散剂和抗氧化防锈等成分,改善并提高了植物油的理化性质,配合纳米改性颗粒混合物的作用,使得植物油具有优异的防锈和润滑性能,挂面机的整体寿命可延长20%以上,且有害成分较少,有很好的使用价值。

150份植物油、0.5份叔丁基对苯二酚、0.5份丁基羟基茴香醚、1份蔗糖脂肪酸酯、0.8份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、1.5份硬脂酸钾、2份丁基羟基茴香醚、1份高碳脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、1.5份鼠尾草酚、0.5份海藻胶、2份烯基丁二酸酯、0.5份特丁基对苯二酚、0.5份柠檬酸、2.5份纳米改性颗粒混合物;所述纳米改性颗粒混合物由纳米改性炭化花生壳与纳米改性膨润土按质量比5:2混合而成。

(3)将氯化改性炭化花生壳放入球磨机中,控制温度为-30~-25℃,不断研磨至粒径为28~32nm,得纳米炭化花生壳备用;
(4)将纳米炭化花生壳放入其质量3倍的植物油中,加热保持植物油温度为100~105℃,不断搅拌,30~35min后滤出干燥即得纳米改性炭化花生壳。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种挂面机用防锈润滑液,其特征在于,所述纳米改性膨润土的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将膨润土放入质量分数为2.5%的酒石酸溶液中,浸渍15min后取出,然后放入质量分数为2.5%的小苏打溶液中,浸渍15min后取出,最后用清水冲洗后干燥备用;
(2)将干燥后的膨润土放入窑中煅烧2~2.5h,煅烧的温度为850~950℃,取出后得高温改性膨润土备用;
(3)将高温改性膨润土放入球磨机中,控制温度为-25~-23℃,不断研磨至粒径为25~30nm,得纳米膨润土备用;
(4)将纳米膨润土放入其质量3倍的植物油中,加热保持植物油温度为108~110℃,不断搅拌,25~30min后滤出干燥即得纳米改性膨润土。
4.根据权利要求1~3所述的一种挂面机用防锈润滑液,其特征在于,所述植物油为亚麻籽油、菜籽油、大豆油中的任意一种。
5.一种如权利要求1所述的挂面机用防锈润滑液的制备方法,其特征在于,先将植物油加热至100~105℃,再将海藻胶加入并不断搅拌均匀,然后将温度降至75~80℃,同时将叔丁基对苯二酚、丁基羟基茴香醚、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、硬脂酸钾、丁基羟基茴香醚、高碳脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、鼠尾草酚、烯基丁二酸酯、特丁基对苯二酚和柠檬酸混入,用800~850rpm的转速搅拌8min后,最后将纳米改性颗粒混合物加入,提高转速至1200~1300rpm,搅拌10min后即得防锈润滑液。
