Abstract

本发明涉及石油领域,具体是一种具有消泡功能的石油缓蚀剂,其组份按重量比配比为:工业酒精2‑7份、乙酸乙酯3‑18份、甲基苯骈三氮唑70‑120份、醇胺5‑10份、十三烯基丁二酸2‑7份。本发明在原有传统缓蚀剂的基础上选用甲基苯骈三氮唑为消泡剂,成膜性能好、不易形成破坏缺损,具有较强溶解性和分散性,同时具有消泡的性能,缓蚀滤高达90%以上,无毒环保,成本低廉。

技术领域
本发明涉及石油领域,具体是一种具有消泡功能的石油缓蚀剂。
背景技术
缓蚀剂普遍应用于石油、机械、医药、化工等技术领域,具有较好的水溶性、抗腐蚀作用明显。然而,在石油加工领域,需要抽提原油,在原油抽提过程中需要进行消泡,产生的大量泡沫影响石油成分的缓蚀效果。现有的石油行业用缓蚀剂只注重了其水分子成分的成膜性和分散性,而对其产生泡沫带来的影响并不能克服。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中白茅种植收获期长、收获困难的问题,本发明提供一种具有消泡功能的石油缓蚀剂。本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种具有消泡功能的石油缓蚀剂,其组份按重量比配比为:工业酒精2-7份、乙酸乙酯3-18份、甲基苯骈三氮唑70-120份、醇胺5-10份、十三烯基丁二酸2-7份。
优选的,本发明的一种具有消泡功能的石油缓蚀剂,其组份按重量比配比为:工业酒精2-6份、乙酸乙酯5-12份、甲基苯骈三氮唑85-100份、醇胺6-7份、十三烯基丁二酸4-6份。
优选的,本发明的一种具有消泡功能的石油缓蚀剂,其组份按重量比配比为:工业酒精4-6份、乙酸乙酯8-12份、甲基苯骈三氮唑90-95份、醇胺6-7份、十三烯基丁二酸5-6份。
优选的,本发明的一种具有消泡功能的石油缓蚀剂,其组份按重量比配比为:工业酒精5份、乙酸乙酯10份、甲基苯骈三氮唑90份、醇胺6份、十三烯基丁二酸5份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明在原有传统缓蚀剂的基础上选用甲基苯骈三氮唑为消泡剂,成膜性能好、不易形成破坏缺损,具有较强溶解性和分散性,同时具有消泡的性能,缓蚀滤高达90%以上,无毒环保,成本低廉。

本发明的一种具有消泡功能的石油缓蚀剂,其组份按重量比配比为:工业酒精4份、乙酸乙酯9份、甲基苯骈三氮唑85份、醇胺5份、十三烯基丁二酸6份。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有消泡功能的石油缓蚀剂,特征在于,其组份按重量比配比为:工业酒精4-6份、乙酸乙酯8-12份、甲基苯骈三氮唑90-95份、醇胺6-7份、十三烯基丁二酸5-6份。
