本发明公开了一种金属钝化剂,按重量份计由以下组分组成:1~2份硼酐,3.3份硫酸铜,2.4份硫酸镍,1.7份硝酸铈,3.2份羟丙基甲基纤维素,4.6份月桂酸聚氧乙烯酯,1.2份N‑苯基‑2‑萘胺,3.6份异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚,8.9份磷钨杂多酸,41份去离子水。本发明金属钝化剂,可用于金属的钝化处理,在金属表面形成均匀的钝化保护膜,保护膜具有优异的防锈、耐磨擦、耐腐蚀、耐热、耐寒、耐候性能,且表面光洁度好。

本发明涉及金属钝化剂。
背景技术
现有的金属钝化剂,用于金属的钝化处理,在金属表面形成钝化保护膜,但保护膜的防锈、耐磨擦、耐腐蚀、耐热、耐寒、耐候性能有待提高,且表面光洁度也不够理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种金属钝化剂,可用于金属的钝化处理,在金属表面形成均匀的钝化保护膜,保护膜具有优异的防锈、耐磨擦、耐腐蚀、耐热、耐寒、耐候性能,且表面光洁度好。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种金属钝化剂,按重量份计由以下组分组成:
1~2份硼酐,
3.3份硫酸铜,
2.4份硫酸镍,
1.7份硝酸铈,
3.2份羟丙基甲基纤维素,
4.6份月桂酸聚氧乙烯酯,
1.2份N-苯基-2-萘胺,
3.6份异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚,
8.9份磷钨杂多酸,
41份去离子水。

“金属钝化剂”的性能和用途是由其组分及配比所决定的,且“金属钝化剂”中的不同组分会相互影响,组分及其配比会决定“金属钝化剂”的最终性能,如果组分及其配比不相互协调,单个组分所带来的有益效果,会被其他组分消减甚至消除,严重的时候,不同组分相互抵触,起不到整体综合作用,产生负作用和次品。本发明通过大量创造性劳动、反复验证,得到“金属钝化剂”的最优组分及配比,使得多个组分综合在一起、相互协调、并产生正向综合效应。
