Abstract

本发明涉及一种耐腐蚀复合板的制作方法,包括以下步骤:1)对钢板进行磨砂至表面粗糙度为100~200,然后在钢板上焊接强化筋,强化筋厚度不大于钢板的1/8;2)对经过步骤1)处理的钢板两面涂覆底漆并烘干;3)在底漆表面涂覆面漆烘干后并在100~200℃下烤制1~2h。本发明提高了耐腐蚀性,另有效的提高了漆层结构强度,增强抵御外力冲击及低温形变的能力,从而达到提高使用性能的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐腐蚀复合板的制作方法。
背景技术
在当前的日常生活及工业生产中,点冰箱、冷柜等设备有着极为广泛的应用,但在使用中发现,当前用于电冰箱或冰柜等产品的板材结构往往均采用传统的喷漆结构,因此导致电冰箱等设备的板材在使用中,一方面其漆面结构强度不足,以受外力或板材自身热胀冷缩等原因影响而发生开裂或破损现象,另一方面易出线漆面与基础板材间连接强度不足而发生脱落的现象,因此针对这一现状,迫切需要开发一种新型的冰箱用板材结构,以满足是使用的需要。
发明内容
本发明目的就在于克服上述不足,提供一种耐腐蚀复合板的制作方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种耐腐蚀复合板的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
1)对钢板进行磨砂至表面粗糙度为100~200,然后在钢板上焊接强化筋,强化筋厚度不大于钢板的1/8;
2)对经过步骤1)处理的钢板两面涂覆底漆并烘干;
3)在底漆表面涂覆面漆烘干后并在100~200℃下烤制1~2h。
进一步,所述底漆由以下重量份数的物质组成:碳纳米管9-15份,环已酮4-10份,氨基树脂8-15份,流平剂4-8份硬脂酸锌3-8份,乙二醇丁醚4-7份,醋酸丁酸纤维素4-8份,氧化锌微米颗粒1~2份。
进一步,所述面漆由以下重量份数的物质组成:月桂基硫酸镁10-15份、羟甲基甘氨酸钠4-9份、二甲基磺酸铵20-30份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠20-30份、烷基酚聚氯乙烯醚30-40份。
本发明提高了耐腐蚀性,另有效的提高了漆层结构强度,增强抵御外力冲击及低温形变的能力,从而达到提高使用性能的目的。
具体实施方式
实施例1
制备底漆:将碳纳米管12份,环已酮7份,氨基树脂10份,流平剂5份硬脂酸锌7份,乙二醇丁醚6份,醋酸丁酸纤维素5份,氧化锌微米颗粒1份混合均匀;
制备面漆:将月桂基硫酸镁12份、羟甲基甘氨酸钠5份、二甲基磺酸铵20份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠30份、烷基酚聚氯乙烯醚40份混合均匀。
对钢板进行磨砂至表面粗糙度为200,然后在钢板上焊接强化筋,强化筋厚度不大于钢板的1/8;然后对钢板两面涂覆底漆并烘干;在底漆表面涂覆面漆烘干后并在100℃下烤制2h。
实施例2
制备底漆:将碳纳米管15份,环已酮10份,氨基树脂15份,流平剂8份硬脂酸锌8份,乙二醇丁醚7份,醋酸丁酸纤维素8份,氧化锌微米颗粒2份混合均匀;
制备面漆:将月桂基硫酸镁15份、羟甲基甘氨酸钠9份、二甲基磺酸铵30份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠30份、烷基酚聚氯乙烯醚40份混合均匀。
对钢板进行磨砂至表面粗糙度为200,然后在钢板上焊接强化筋,强化筋厚度不大于钢板的1/8;然后对钢板两面涂覆底漆并烘干;在底漆表面涂覆面漆烘干后并在200℃下烤制2h。
实施例3
制备底漆:将碳纳米管9份,环已酮4份,氨基树脂8份,流平剂4份硬脂酸锌3份,乙二醇丁醚4份,醋酸丁酸纤维素4份,氧化锌微米颗粒1.5份混合均匀;
制备面漆:将月桂基硫酸镁10份、羟甲基甘氨酸钠4份、二甲基磺酸铵20份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠20份、烷基酚聚氯乙烯醚30份混合均匀。
对钢板进行磨砂至表面粗糙度为100,然后在钢板上焊接强化筋,强化筋厚度不大于钢板的1/8;然后对钢板两面涂覆底漆并烘干;在底漆表面涂覆面漆烘干后并在100℃下烤制1~2h。

1)对钢板进行磨砂至表面粗糙度为100~200,然后在钢板上焊接强化筋,强化筋厚度不大于钢板的1/8;
2)对经过步骤1)处理的钢板两面涂覆底漆并烘干;
3)在底漆表面涂覆面漆烘干后并在100~200℃下烤制1~2h。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀复合板的制作方法,其特征在于,所述底漆由以下重量份数的物质组成:碳纳米管9-15份,环已酮4-10份,氨基树脂8-15份,流平剂4-8份硬脂酸锌3-8份,乙二醇丁醚4-7份,醋酸丁酸纤维素4-8份,氧化锌微米颗粒1~2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀复合板的制作方法,其特征在于,所述面漆由以下重量份数的物质组成:月桂基硫酸镁10-15份、羟甲基甘氨酸钠4-9份、二甲基磺酸铵20-30份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠20-30份、烷基酚聚氯乙烯醚30-40份。
