本发明涉及一种耐腐蚀的金属底漆。
背景技术
金属底漆属于溶剂型户外用漆,与一般耐候型底漆相比金属底漆具有更好的遮盖力,更长的耐久性,同时还具有豪华的金属外观,金属底漆可广泛使用在建筑物内外墙面、金属、木材等基材上。现有的金属底漆并不能够满足使用要求,因此人们需要一种高性能的金属底漆。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种耐腐蚀的金属底漆,能够很好的保护金属,防止生锈,同时具有很好的耐高温、耐受性,使用方便。
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明采取的技术方案是:一种耐腐蚀的金属底漆,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
炭黑9-15份,二甲苯3-8份,环已酮4-10份,氨基树脂8-15份,流平剂4-8份,有机溶剂4-6份,硬脂酸锌3-8份,乙二醇丁醚4-7份,醋酸丁酸纤维素4-8份,间甲酚2-6份,正丁基醚化脲醛树脂5-8份,硅氧烷5-9份。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明的耐腐蚀的金属底漆,能够很好的保护金属,防止生锈,同时具有很好的耐高温、耐受性,使用方便。
