Abstract

本发明公开了一种家用美缝剂,所述家用美缝剂包含:改性苯丙乳液25‑45%;改性含氟聚合物乳液3‑10%;填料40‑50%;杀菌剂0.001%;其他助剂2‑10%。该美缝剂填充缝隙后可以在表面形成一层憎水憎油膜,从而保护美缝剂内部不受细菌侵袭;另外通过添加无机杀菌剂,可以长期稳定存在,杀菌效果好,保证美缝剂可以长期使用不变黄、不变黑、不生霉,长期保持美观。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种装饰材料技术领域,具体涉及一种家用美缝剂。
背景技术
在现代家装过程中,客厅、厨房、卫生间等墙地面瓷砖、马赛克缝隙,主要使用勾缝剂、填缝剂或者白水泥等材料进行填充。这些材料在功能方面较差,一般只具有填充功能。美缝剂的发明,解决了这些填充材料在其他方面的功能,如美观、防霉、杀菌等。但是现有技术中,主要还是通过添加有机杀菌剂、有机防霉剂来实现防霉、杀菌等功能,而添加的这些有机小分子功能助剂功能性差、稳定性差,时间久了以后容易变质,从而造成填缝剂失去这些功能,从而导致美缝剂变黄、变黑、生霉等。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明旨在提供一种家用美缝剂,该美缝剂填充缝隙后可以在表面形成一层憎水憎油膜,从而保护美缝剂内部不受细菌侵袭,另外通过添加无机杀菌剂,可以长期稳定存在,杀菌效果好,保证美缝剂可以长期使用不变黄、不变黑、不生霉。
为达到上述目的,本发明提出以下技术方案:一种家用美缝剂,其组分及含量为:
其中,所述改性苯丙乳液选自有机硅改性苯丙乳液、有机氟改性苯丙乳液、环氧改性苯丙乳液、阳离子改性苯丙乳液中的一种或多种。
所述改性含氟聚合物乳液选自含氟丙烯酸乳液、硅烷改性含氟丙烯酸乳液、含氟丙烯酸酯乳液中的一种或多种。
所述改性苯丙乳液和改性含氟聚合物乳液的含量总和为40-50%。改性乳液的总量超过50%时,配制出来的美缝剂太稀,需要加入增稠剂,势必影响美缝剂的粘结力;而当改性乳液总量低于40%时,体系中需要加入大量的填料,填料量增加也会影响粘结性能,另外,填料量大了还可能导致表面成膜不均匀,影响防水效果。
所述填料为二氧化硅、碳酸钙、碳酸锌、硫酸钡中的一种或多种。
所述的杀菌剂为银纳米粒子(1-10nm)、银纳米线(直径1-10nm)、超支化聚乙烯纳米颗粒中的一种或多种混合物。本发明采用改性含氟聚合物乳液作为乳液添加剂,可以在成膜时在表面形成一层憎水膜,可以防止细菌侵入,同时加入银纳米颗粒作为杀菌剂,添加量可以在非常低的条件下达到杀菌效果。本发明通过表面憎水憎油膜与无机杀菌剂的协同作用,大大降低了杀菌的使用量。
所述的助剂包括触变剂、流平剂、消泡剂。
所述助剂的成分及比例为触变剂:流平剂:消泡剂=6∶2∶2。
本发明填充缝隙后在表面形成一层憎水憎油膜,防止细菌的侵入;同时,本发明加入纳米材料作为杀菌剂,可以长期稳定存在,杀菌效果好,保证美缝剂可以长期使用不变黄、不变黑、不生霉。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种家用美缝剂,其各组分及其含量为:有机硅改性苯丙乳液30%;环氧改性苯丙乳液10%;硅烷改性含氟丙烯酸乳液5%;碳酸钙30%;二氧化硅15%;银纳米颗粒0.001%;余量为助剂(触变剂6%、流平剂2%、消泡剂2%)。
制备方法:有机硅改性苯丙乳液、环氧改性苯丙乳液、硅烷改性含氟丙烯酸乳液混合后搅拌均匀,加入银纳米颗粒搅拌均匀;然后在其中加入触变剂、流平剂、碳酸钙、二氧化硅,搅拌均匀加入消泡剂即可。得到的美缝剂收边效果较好,无需二次填充。
实施例2
一种家用美缝剂,其各组分及其含量为:有机硅改性苯丙乳液38%;有机氟改性苯丙乳液5%;含氟丙烯酸乳液5%;含氟丙烯酸酯乳液2%;碳酸钙25%;碳酸锌15%;银纳米线0.001%;余量助剂(触变剂6%、流平剂2%、消泡剂2%)。
制备方法:有机硅改性苯丙乳液、有机氟改性苯丙乳液、含氟丙烯酸乳液、含氟丙烯酸酯乳液混合后搅拌均匀,加入银纳米颗粒搅拌均匀;然后在其中加入触变剂、流平剂、碳酸钙、碳酸锌,搅拌均匀加入消泡剂即可。得到的美缝剂收边效果较好,无需二次填充。
实施例3
一种家用美缝剂,其各组分及其含量为:有机硅改性苯丙乳液32%;阳离子改性苯丙乳液2%;含氟丙烯酸乳液3%、含氟丙烯酸酯乳液3%;碳酸钙25%;碳酸锌15%;硫酸钡10%;超支化聚乙烯0.001%;余量助剂(触变剂6%、流平剂2%、消泡剂2%)。
制备方法:有机硅改性苯丙乳液、阳离子改性苯丙乳液、含氟丙烯酸乳液、含氟丙烯酸酯乳液混合后搅拌均匀,加入银纳米颗粒搅拌均匀;然后在其中加入触变剂、流平剂、碳酸钙、碳酸锌、硫酸钡,搅拌均匀加入消泡剂即可。得到的美缝剂收边效果较好,无需二次填充。
本发明的家用美缝剂具有很广的应用范围,良好的应用性能,适合多种条件下的缝隙填充。填充后的表面具有憎水憎油性能,防止细菌入侵;加入的纳米颗粒杀菌剂可以长期有效,使美缝剂可以长期保持美观,不发黄、不变黑、不生霉。
除上述实施例以外,本发明还可以有其他方式实现,在不脱离本发明内容的前提下,任何显而易见的替换均在本发明的保护范围之内。

3.根据权利要求1所述的家用美缝剂,其特征在于,所述的改性含氟聚合物乳液选自含氟丙烯酸乳液、硅烷改性含氟丙烯酸乳液、含氟丙烯酸酯乳液中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的家用美缝剂,其特征在于,所述改性苯丙乳液和改性含氟聚合物乳液的含量总和为40-50%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的家用美缝剂,其特征在于,所述的填料为二氧化硅、碳酸钙、碳酸锌、硫酸钡中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的家用美缝剂,其特征在于,所述的杀菌剂为银纳米粒子、银纳米线、超支化聚乙烯纳米颗粒中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的家用美缝剂,其特征在于:所述助剂包括触变剂、流平剂、消泡剂。
