Abstract

本发明公开了一种骨炭高粘结性透波涂层粉料的制备方法,属透波涂层制备技术领域。针对目前制备的透波涂层粉料主要通过陶瓷进行制备,但材料与涂料基层连接较差,使用过程中很容易发生剥落或其他破坏性变化的问题,提供了一种通过将牛骨蒸煮,随后破碎炭化制备骨炭,由于骨炭耐热性能良好,膨胀率较低,同时对其接枝亲水性单体甲氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯,大幅改善其对涂料及基料的粘附性能,本发明粘结性较强,漆膜涂层硬度达到6H,涂层附着力大于一级,涂层柔韧性为1.5~2.0mm,且制备过程简单,绿色环保无污染。

技术领域
本发明公开了一种骨炭高粘结性透波涂层粉料的制备方法,属透波涂层制备技术领域。
背景技术
随着现代战争的发展,导弹必须具有更高的飞行速度、更宽的打击范围及更精确的制导。因此,安装在导弹头部的天线罩必须能承受更高的、气动加热带来的高温,必须有更好的抗热冲击性能,并且需要能在更宽的频带具有良好的透波性能。对于多层罩壁结构的天线罩,天线罩的表层材料除了要具有透波、抗高温等性能外,还有一个必需具有的性能就是必须能和芯层材料很好的结合,在使用过程中不会剥落或发生其他破坏性变化,只有这样才能很好的起到透波、承载和保护作用。
对于航空、航天透波材料,使用过程中温度是不断变化的,有的使用温度可达几千度。温度变化的过程往往伴随着材料的一系列的沉积、熔化、气化、分解、电离等不可逆变化。对于战术型应用的透波材料,一般使用温度不超过1500℃,这种低环境状态下,熔化、气化及电离等对材料介电性能产生突变性影响的现象出现较少,材料物性变化和受热表面电导增大是材料介电性能的主要影响因素。现有的透波涂料粉体主要通过陶瓷进行制备,而陶瓷耐热效果显著,但材料与涂料基层连接较差,使用过程中很容易发生剥落或其他破坏性变化,所以制备一种高粘结性的透波材料粉体很有必要。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题:针对目前制备的透波涂层粉料主要通过陶瓷进行制备,但材料与涂料基层连接较差,使用过程中很容易发生剥落或其他破坏性变化的问题,提供了一种通过将牛骨蒸煮,随后破碎炭化制备骨炭,由于骨炭耐热性能良好,膨胀率较低,同时对其接枝亲水性单体甲氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯,大幅改善其对涂料及基料的粘附性能,有效的解决了透波涂层粉料主要通过陶瓷进行制备,但材料与涂料基层连接较差,使用过程中很容易发生剥落或其他破坏性变化的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
(1)收集新鲜牛骨,将其洗净并晾干,将其粉碎并过筛,制备得20~30目牛骨颗粒,随后按质量比1:10,将其与去离子水搅拌混合,再在100~105℃下蒸煮25~30min,随后静置冷却至室温,过滤并收集蒸煮牛骨颗粒,自然晾干后在65~80℃下干燥6~8h,随后碾磨并过筛,制备得80~90目牛骨粉末;
(2)将上述制备的牛骨粉末置于管式炉中,随后通氮气排除空气,在氮气气氛下,在120~150℃下预热25~30min,随后按10℃/min升温至550~600℃,随后保温炭化1~2h,待炭化完成后,静置冷却至室温,收集骨炭并碾磨过筛,制备得120~130目骨炭粉末;
(3)按重量份数计,分别称量10~15份甲基丙烯酸十八酯、15~20份甲氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯、3~5份乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、2~3份1,4-丁二醇、1~2份过硫酸铵和20~30份上述制备的骨炭粉末置于三口烧瓶中,搅拌混合并置于65~80℃下水浴加热1~2h;
(4)待水浴加热完成后,对三口烧瓶通氮气排除空气,随后在氮气气氛下,在65~70℃下水浴加热2~3h,待加热完成后,静置冷却至室温,过滤并收集滤饼,用无水乙醇洗涤3~5次后,再在65~80℃下干燥6~8h后,碾磨制备得改性骨炭粉末;
(5)按质量比1:2,将骨炭粉末与碳酸钙粉末搅拌混合并置于球磨罐中,在450~520r/min下球磨1~2h后,收集球磨粉末,即可制备得一种骨炭高粘结性透波涂层粉料。
本发明的应用方法是:按质量比2:1,将上述制备的骨炭高粘结性透波涂层粉料与聚丙烯乳液搅拌混合,通过静电喷涂,涂覆至,处理涂覆表面,控制涂覆厚度为0.5~1.0mm,待喷涂完成后,静置固化1~2h后,再在135~150℃鼓风干燥箱中固化25~30min。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明粘结性较强,漆膜涂层硬度达到6H,涂层附着力大于一级,涂层柔韧性为1.5~2.0mm;
(2)本发明制备过程简单,绿色环保无污染。
具体实施方式

首先收集新鲜牛骨,将其洗净并晾干,将其粉碎并过筛,制备得25目牛骨颗粒,随后按质量比1:10,将其与去离子水搅拌混合,再在102℃下蒸煮27min,随后静置冷却至室温,过滤并收集蒸煮牛骨颗粒,自然晾干后在72℃下干燥7h,随后碾磨并过筛,制备得85目牛骨粉末;将上述制备的牛骨粉末置于管式炉中,随后通氮气排除空气,在氮气气氛下,在135℃下预热27min,随后按10℃/min升温至575℃,随后保温炭化2h,待炭化完成后,静置冷却至室温,收集骨炭并碾磨过筛,制备得125目骨炭粉末;按重量份数计,分别称量12份甲基丙烯酸十八酯、17份甲氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯、4份乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、3份1,4-丁二醇、2份过硫酸铵和25份上述制备的骨炭粉末置于三口烧瓶中,搅拌混合并置于72℃下水浴加热2h;待水浴加热完成后,对三口烧瓶通氮气排除空气,随后在氮气气氛下,在67℃下水浴加热2h,待加热完成后,静置冷却至室温,过滤并收集滤饼,用无水乙醇洗涤4次后,再在72℃下干燥7h后,碾磨制备得改性骨炭粉末;按质量比1:2,将骨炭粉末与碳酸钙粉末搅拌混合并置于球磨罐中,在475r/min下球磨2h后,收集球磨粉末,即可制备得一种骨炭高粘结性透波涂层粉料。
按质量比2:1,将上述制备的骨炭高粘结性透波涂层粉料与聚丙烯乳液搅拌混合,通过静电喷涂,涂覆至,处理涂覆表面,控制涂覆厚度为0.8mm,待喷涂完成后,静置固化1h后,再在142℃鼓风干燥箱中固化27min。
实例3
首先收集新鲜牛骨,将其洗净并晾干,将其粉碎并过筛,制备得30目牛骨颗粒,随后按质量比1:10,将其与去离子水搅拌混合,再在105℃下蒸煮30min,随后静置冷却至室温,过滤并收集蒸煮牛骨颗粒,自然晾干后在80℃下干燥8h,随后碾磨并过筛,制备得90目牛骨粉末;将上述制备的牛骨粉末置于管式炉中,随后通氮气排除空气,在氮气气氛下,在150℃下预热30min,随后按10℃/min升温至600℃,随后保温炭化2h,待炭化完成后,静置冷却至室温,收集骨炭并碾磨过筛,制备得130目骨炭粉末;按重量份数计,分别称量15份甲基丙烯酸十八酯、20份甲氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯、5份乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、3份1,4-丁二醇、2份过硫酸铵和30份上述制备的骨炭粉末置于三口烧瓶中,搅拌混合并置于80℃下水浴加热2h;待水浴加热完成后,对三口烧瓶通氮气排除空气,随后在氮气气氛下,在70℃下水浴加热3h,待加热完成后,静置冷却至室温,过滤并收集滤饼,用无水乙醇洗涤5次后,再在80℃下干燥8h后,碾磨制备得改性骨炭粉末;按质量比1:2,将骨炭粉末与碳酸钙粉末搅拌混合并置于球磨罐中,在520r/min下球磨2h后,收集球磨粉末,即可制备得一种骨炭高粘结性透波涂层粉料。
按质量比2:1,将上述制备的骨炭高粘结性透波涂层粉料与聚丙烯乳液搅拌混合,通过静电喷涂,涂覆至,处理涂覆表面,控制涂覆厚度为1.0mm,待喷涂完成后,静置固化2h后,再在150℃鼓风干燥箱中固化30min。

Claims (1)

1.一种骨炭高粘结性透波涂层粉料的制备方法,其特征在于具体制备步骤为:
(1)收集新鲜牛骨,将其洗净并晾干,将其粉碎并过筛,制备得20~30目牛骨颗粒,随后按质量比1:10,将其与去离子水搅拌混合,再在100~105℃下蒸煮25~30min,随后静置冷却至室温,过滤并收集蒸煮牛骨颗粒,自然晾干后在65~80℃下干燥6~8h,随后碾磨并过筛,制备得80~90目牛骨粉末;
(2)将上述制备的牛骨粉末置于管式炉中,随后通氮气排除空气,在氮气气氛下,在120~150℃下预热25~30min,随后按10℃/min升温至550~600℃,随后保温炭化1~2h,待炭化完成后,静置冷却至室温,收集骨炭并碾磨过筛,制备得120~130目骨炭粉末;
(3)按重量份数计,分别称量10~15份甲基丙烯酸十八酯、15~20份甲氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯、3~5份乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、2~3份1,4-丁二醇、1~2份过硫酸铵和20~30份上述制备的骨炭粉末置于三口烧瓶中,搅拌混合并置于65~80℃下水浴加热1~2h;
(4)待水浴加热完成后,对三口烧瓶通氮气排除空气,随后在氮气气氛下,在65~70℃下水浴加热2~3h,待加热完成后,静置冷却至室温,过滤并收集滤饼,用无水乙醇洗涤3~5次后,再在65~80℃下干燥6~8h后,碾磨制备得改性骨炭粉末;
(5)按质量比1:2,将骨炭粉末与碳酸钙粉末搅拌混合并置于球磨罐中,在450~520r/min下球磨1~2h后,收集球磨粉末,即可制备得一种骨炭高粘结性透波涂层粉料。
