Abstract
本发明涉及制鞋技术领域,尤其是一种鞋用水性粘胶剂的制备方法,称取组分,质量份数为:丙烯酸甲酯20‑30份、水性聚氨酯50‑60份、丙烯酸丁酯12‑18份、丙烯酸乙酯1‑3份、水15‑30份、聚醋酸乙烯5‑10份、甲醇8‑12份,然后将上述组分添加在反应釜中,加温至55‑60℃,保温持续3‑4h,然后以300转/min的速度持续搅拌5‑10min即可。本发明所得到的鞋用水性粘胶剂的制备方法,其工艺简单,加工时间短,效率高,能降低粘胶剂的生产成本高,且确保使用性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及制鞋技术领域,尤其是一种鞋用水性粘胶剂的制备方法。
背景技术
目前的鞋用粘胶剂,尤其是水性粘胶剂,大都为进口,价格昂贵,使用成本高。而国内生产的则质量、性能较差,影响鞋子的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种加工成本低,工艺简单的鞋用水性粘胶剂的制备方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的鞋用水性粘胶剂的制备方法,称取组分,质量份数为:丙烯酸甲酯20-30份、水性聚氨酯50-60份、丙烯酸丁酯12-18份、丙烯酸乙酯1-3份、水15-30份、聚醋酸乙烯5-10份、甲醇8-12份,然后将上述组分添加在反应釜中,加温至55-60℃,保温持续3-4h,然后以300转/min的速度持续搅拌5-10min即可。
本发明所得到的鞋用水性粘胶剂的制备方法,其工艺简单,加工时间短,效率高,能降低粘胶剂的生产成本高,且确保使用性能。

下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1:
本实施例描述的鞋用水性粘胶剂的制备方法,其特征是:称取组分,质量份数为:丙烯酸甲酯25份、水性聚氨酯55份、丙烯酸丁酯15份、丙烯酸乙酯2份、水18份、聚醋酸乙烯8份、甲醇10份,然后将上述组分添加在反应釜中,加温至58℃,保温持续3.5h,然后以300转/min的速度持续搅8min即可。
实施例2:
本实施例描述的鞋用水性粘胶剂的制备方法,其特征是:称取组分,质量份数为:丙烯酸甲酯28份、水性聚氨酯53份、丙烯酸丁酯14份、丙烯酸乙酯2份、水27份、聚醋酸乙烯9份、甲醇11份,然后将上述组分添加在反应釜中,加温至56℃,保温持续3.2h,然后以300转/min的速度持续搅拌7min即可。

1.一种鞋用水性粘胶剂的制备方法,其特征是:称取组分,质量份数为:丙烯酸甲酯20-30份、水性聚氨酯50-60份、丙烯酸丁酯12-18份、丙烯酸乙酯1-3份、水15-30份、聚醋酸乙烯5-10份、甲醇8-12份,然后将上述组分添加在反应釜中,加温至55-60℃,保温持续3-4h,然后以300转/min的速度持续搅拌5-10min即可。
