本发明公开一种保温坑盖吊起结构，包括盖体，所述盖体为四边形，所述盖体的四角设置锁紧装置；4根链条的一端固定在锁紧装置上，另外一端固定在吊座上；吊座的中央设置吊耳；所述锁紧装置包括固定在盖体上的支撑架，所述支撑架设置通孔，螺杆穿过所述通孔，螺杆的前端设置挂环；螺杆穿过所述通孔处的两端设置锁紧螺母，在螺杆后端的锁紧螺母外侧还设置配重块，所述配重块设置螺孔，螺杆与所述螺孔配合。本发明的优点是：由于采用了链条结构，因此，可尽早发现缺陷；由于设置了长度调节装置及配置调整装置，可保证起吊过程中盖体的平衡，保证了生产安全。

本发明涉及机械领域，具体说是一种起吊结构。
背景技术
保温坑是特钢厂铸钢车间根据钢材生产工艺要求，在铸钢生产区域内建设的保温设施，一般为多个。因坑内有大量保温钢坯，每天调运的钢材量大，频率高，因此对其起吊要求较高。
现有的结构是采用钢丝绳将盖体起吊，仅仅是将钢丝绳绑在盖体上，用吊车起吊。因此，不能保证盖体的平衡，而且不易发现钢丝绳中出现的断裂情况，无法保证安全生产。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的目的是提供一种可调整平衡，且具有补偿调节功能及配置功能的吊起结构，具体技术方案如下：
一种保温坑盖吊起结构，包括盖体，其特征在于：所述盖体为四边形，所述盖体的四角设置锁紧装置；4根链条的一端固定在锁紧装置上，另外一端固定在吊座上；吊座的中央设置吊耳；所述锁紧装置包括固定在盖体上的支撑架，所述支撑架设置通孔，螺杆穿过所述通孔，螺杆的前端设置挂环；螺杆穿过所述通孔处的两端设置锁紧螺母，在螺杆后端的锁紧螺母外侧还设置配重块，所述配重块设置螺孔，螺杆与所述螺孔配合。
本发明的优点是：由于采用了链条结构，因此，可尽早发现缺陷；由于设置了长度调节装置及配置调整装置，可保证起吊过程中盖体的平衡，保证了生产安全。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图具体说明本发明，如图1-3所示，本发明包括盖体1，所述盖体1为四边形，所述盖体1的四角设置锁紧装置2；4根链条3的一端固定在锁紧装置2上，另外一端固定在吊座4上；吊座4的中央设置吊耳5；所述锁紧装置2包括固定在盖体1上的支撑架6，所述支撑架6设置通孔，螺杆7穿过所述通孔，螺杆7的前端设置挂环8；所述挂环8与链条3的一端连接；螺杆7穿过所述通孔处的两端设置锁紧螺母9、10，在螺杆后端的锁紧螺母10外侧还设置配重块11，所述配重块11设置螺孔，螺杆7与所述螺孔配合。
使用过程中，由于链条是由一个个圆环套接而成，由于受力不均，不可能4根链条的长度始终保持一致，为保证起吊时盖体与水平面的角度不变，可通过螺栓进行某一根链条长度的调整，还可以通过配重块进行调整。
