本发明公开了一种标签袋封装检测顺序打码系统及打码方法,它包括RFID标签扫描器2,所述的标签袋4在标签生产线5台面表面,标签袋封装机1、RFID标签扫描器2、标签喷码器3均与控制系统6连接,标签袋封装机1、RFID标签扫描器2、标签喷码器3全部安装在标签生产线5台面正上方,RFID标签扫描器2正对标签袋4标签位置,利用本发明的技术方案解决生产线固化,二次封装的标签不管是否已经损坏,均按照顺序进行标签袋顺序喷码,再检测标签是否损坏,最后对损坏的标签标记挑废、记录编码以及最后补袋打码并按顺序归标记位,导致出现浪费大量的人力和时间,存在工作效率不高,自动化程度低的致命缺陷问题。

一种标签袋封装检测顺序打码系统及打码方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种顺序打码系统及打码方法,特别是一种标签袋封装检测顺序打码系统及打码方法。
背景技术
RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)使用的是电磁波非接触识别技术,利用在标签封装上即为RFID标签封装技术。对于如何实现RFID电子标签低成本、大批量、高可靠性地制造电子标签是当前能否大量推广应用的关键之一。针对RFID标签制造中核心的封装工艺,以各向异性导电胶实现RFID芯片与天线基板的快速倒装互连,并进行工艺可靠性研究,以实现标签低成本高可靠性的制造要求,最终提出优化的RFID标签封装制造工艺,构建RFID标签示范生产线,提高国内RFID标签的制造水平,推动电子标签在国内的普及。
RFID电子标签封装保护两次封装,第一次封装即芯片与天线互连,是RFID标签封装;第二次封装RFID标签根据不同的应用,需要经过层压、冲裁、印刷等第二次封装,也就是外包装,制成最终的RFID标签产品。
传统的RFID标签二次封装工艺为标签植入→制袋成型→激光打码→标签检测→标记挑废→记录编码→补袋打码按顺序归标记位。利用该标签封装生产线二次封装RFID标签,由于在标签二次封装过程中,特别是标签植入和制袋成型过程中,部分标签由于种种原因被损坏无法正常使用,但由于生产线固化的原因,导致出现二次封装的标签不管是否已经损坏,均按照顺序在标签袋上喷码,再顺序喷码后检测到已经损坏的标签,需要对损坏的标签标记挑废、记录编码以及最后补袋打码按顺序归标记位并重新喷码,导致出现浪费大量的人力和时间,存在工作效率不高,自动化程度低的致命缺陷。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种标签袋封装检测顺序打码系统及打码方法,利用标签袋封装检测顺序打码系统及打码方法解决生产线固化,二次封装的标签不管是否已经损坏,均按照顺序进行标签袋顺序喷码,再检测标签是否损坏,最后对损坏的标签标记挑废、记录编码以及最后补袋打码并按顺序归标记位,导致出现浪费大量的人力和时间,存在工作效率不高,自动化程度低的致命缺陷问题。
本发明的技术方案是一种标签袋封装检测顺序打码系统及打码方法,它包括标签袋封装机、RFID标签扫描器、标签喷码器、标签袋、标签生产线、控制系统,标签袋在标签生产线台面表面,标签袋封装机、RFID标签扫描器、标签喷码器均与控制系统6连接,标签袋封装机、RFID标签扫描器、标签喷码器全部安装在标签生产线台面正上方,RFID标签扫描器正对标签袋标签位置。
所述的RFID标签扫描器为RFIDRFID标签扫描器。
所述的控制系统为可编程控制系统。
其打码方法,包括下述步骤:
第一步:将标签植入标签袋;
第二步:利用标签袋封装机制袋成型;
第三步:对制袋成型的标签检测;
第四步:对已经通过标签检测的标签袋按顺序作激光打码;
第五步:对未激光喷码的标签挑废。
采用本发明的技术方案组合的标签袋封装检测顺序打码系统及打码方法,在标签封装机完成标签袋封装后,随生产线往下一工序进行标签质量检测,RFID标签扫描器可以立即扫描已经完成封装的标签袋,一旦RFID标签扫描器检测到标签信号,即可判断为标签封装过程未损坏,可顺利进入下一工序进行顺序喷码,如果RFID标签扫描器未扫描到标签信号,说明标签在封装过程或封装前已经损坏,此时由于RFID标签扫描器未响应,故标签喷码器放弃打码,直接到达最后的标签挑废,无需再标记挑废、记录编码以及补袋打码按顺序归标记位,这样就只需在完成标签激光喷码后直接将未激光喷码的标签袋分拣即可完成全部封装工作。
本发明RFID标签扫描器为RFIDRFID标签扫描器,采用RFID射频识别技术,俗称电子标签。RFID射频识别是一种非接触式的自动识别技术,它通过射频信号自动识别目标对象并获取相关数据,识别工作无须人工干预,可工作于各种恶劣环境。RFID技术可识别高速运动物体,操作快捷方便。
本发明控制系统为可编程控制系统,在控制系统即可完成标签封装、扫描及喷码的全部自动化程序的编程,使得标签袋封装、扫描及喷码无需人工干预,提高了自动化水平。
综上所述,采用本发明的技术方案,可以解决生产线固化,二次封装的标签不管是否已经损坏,均按照顺序进行标签袋顺序喷码,再检测标签是否损坏,最后对损坏的标签标记挑废、记录编码以及最后补袋打码并按顺序归标记位,导致出现浪费大量的人力和时间,存在工作效率不高,自动化程度低的致命缺陷问题。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
图1示出了一种标签袋封装检测顺序打码系统,它包括标签袋封装机1、RFID标签扫描器2、标签喷码器3、标签袋4、标签生产线5、控制系统6,标签袋4在标签生产线5台面表面,标签袋封装机1、RFID标签扫描器2、标签喷码器3均与控制系统6连接,标签袋封装机1、RFID标签扫描器2、标签喷码器3全部安装在标签生产线5台面正上方,RFID标签扫描器2正对标签袋4标签位置。
其打码方法,包括下述步骤:
第一步:将标签植入标签袋;
第二步:利用标签袋封装机制袋成型;
第三步:对制袋成型的标签检测;
第四步:对已经通过标签检测的标签袋按顺序作激光打码;
第五步:对未激光喷码的标签挑废。
试验时,采用本发明的技术方案组合的标签袋封装检测顺序打码系统,先将标签袋封装机1、RFID标签扫描器2、标签喷码器3安装完毕,且标签袋封装机1、RFID标签扫描器2、标签喷码器3监控信号均与控制系统6连接,并进入控制系统6后台对标签袋封装机1、RFID标签扫描器2、标签喷码器3的控制按照控制逻辑进行编程,控制逻辑编程按照图2控制逻辑方式编写,再对系统进行测试,测试出每一道工序所需的准确时间,以便在系统内部完成本工序到下一工序所需的准确时间设置,以便在启动标签封装程序后,控制系统6能发出标签封装指令,对已经植入标签的标签袋4进行二次封装,二次封装完成的标签袋4经过RFID标签扫描器2,RFID标签扫描器2发出的扫描信号对标签进行检测,一旦检测到标签信号,随即按照系统设置好的时间间隔发出标签喷码的指令,在标签袋达4到激光喷码机3位置时对标签袋4进行顺序喷码,如果标签袋4经过RFID标签扫描器3位置时,标签扫描器3未检测到标签信号,则控制系统6不会发送喷码信号,该标签袋4就直接从生产线经过,最后所有标签就到了验收环节,验收人员可直接将未喷码的标签袋4捡出即可,剩余的标签袋均为顺序喷码的标签袋。

1.一种标签袋封装检测顺序打码系统,它包括RFID标签扫描器2,其特征在于:所述的标签袋4在标签生产线5台面表面,标签袋封装机1、RFID标签扫描器2、标签喷码器3均与控制系统6连接,标签袋封装机1、RFID标签扫描器2、标签喷码器3全部安装在标签生产线5台面正上方,RFID标签扫描器2正对标签袋4标签位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种标签袋封装检测顺序打码系统,其特征在于:所述的RFID标签扫描器2为RFID标签扫描器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种标签袋封装检测顺序打码系统,其特征在于:所述的控制系统6为可编程控制系统。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种标签袋封装检测顺序打码系统,其打码方法,包括下述步骤:
第一步:将标签植入标签袋;
第二步:利用标签袋封装机制袋成型;
第三步:对制袋成型的标签检测;
第四步:对已经通过标签检测的标签袋按顺序激光打码;
第五步:对未激光喷码的标签挑废。
