本发明公开了一种塑料板切槽机构,包括两个竖直支撑板,上水平调节板固定在两个竖直支撑板的顶面上,上水平调节板的中部具有移动通槽,移动通槽的前后两端处的上水平调节板上固定有上支撑块,移动螺杆的两端铰接在两个上支撑块上,上水平调节板上固定有移动电机,移动电机的输出轴通过联轴器与移动螺杆伸出对应的上支撑块的一端相连接,移动块螺接在移动螺杆上,移动块插套在移动通槽中,移动块的底面固定有调节板体。它可以安装在机架上,通过将塑料板切割或切槽处处于切割片下方,进行自动切割或切槽,效果好,自动化程度高,安全性好。

本发明涉及塑料制品加工设备技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种塑料板切槽机构。
背景技术:
塑料板在进行加工时一般通过人工固定后,对塑料板的边部进行人工切割,切槽等,其人工切割和切槽安全性差,效率低,效果差。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种塑料板切槽机构,它可以安装在机架上,通过将塑料板切割或切槽处处于切割片下方,进行自动切割或切槽,效果好,自动化程度高,安全性好。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种塑料板切槽机构,包括两个竖直支撑板,上水平调节板固定在两个竖直支撑板的顶面上,上水平调节板的中部具有移动通槽,移动通槽的前后两端处的上水平调节板上固定有上支撑块,移动螺杆的两端铰接在两个上支撑块上,上水平调节板上固定有移动电机,移动电机的输出轴通过联轴器与移动螺杆伸出对应的上支撑块的一端相连接,移动块螺接在移动螺杆上,移动块插套在移动通槽中,移动块的底面固定有调节板体,调节板体的底面左右两侧固定有竖直水平板体部,调节螺杆的两端铰接在对应的竖直水平板体部上,其中一个竖直水平板体部上固定有调节电机,调节电机的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在对应的调节螺杆的一端具有的花键孔中,切槽架的顶部具有的移动连接块体螺接在调节螺杆中,切槽架中固定有升降气缸,升降气缸的推杆穿过切割架的顶面并固定有切割装置。
所述切割装置包括切割连接架,切割连接架固定在升降气缸的推杆上,切割电机固定在切割连接架的底面中部具有的间隔支撑板上,切割电机的输出轴伸出间隔支撑板并固定有切割片。
所述切割连接架的顶面固定有导向杆,导向杆插套在切割连接架的底板上。
所述移动通槽的左右两个内侧壁上固定有耐磨层,移动块的左右两侧壁压靠在对应的耐磨层上。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它可以安装在机架上,通过将塑料板切割或切槽处处于切割片下方,进行自动切割或切槽,效果好,自动化程度高,安全性好。

具体实施方式:
实施例:见图1至图3所示,一种塑料板切槽机构,包括两个竖直支撑板20,上水平调节板21固定在两个竖直支撑板20的顶面上,上水平调节板21的中部具有移动通槽22,移动通槽22的前后两端处的上水平调节板21上固定有上支撑块23,移动螺杆24的两端铰接在两个上支撑块23上,上水平调节板21上固定有移动电机25,移动电机25的输出轴通过联轴器与移动螺杆24伸出对应的上支撑块23的一端相连接,移动块26螺接在移动螺杆24上,移动块26插套在移动通槽22中,移动块26的底面固定有调节板体27,调节板体27的底面左右两侧固定有竖直水平板体部271,调节螺杆272的两端铰接在对应的竖直水平板体部271上,其中一个竖直水平板体部271上固定有调节电机273,调节电机273的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在对应的调节螺杆272的一端具有的花键孔中,切槽架28的顶部具有的移动连接块体螺接在调节螺杆272中,切槽架28中固定有升降气缸281,升降气缸281的推杆穿过切割架28的顶面并固定有切割装置30。
进一步的说,所述切割装置30包括切割连接架31,切割连接架31固定在升降气缸32的推杆上,切割电机33固定在切割连接架31的底面中部具有的间隔支撑板34上,切割电机33的输出轴伸出间隔支撑板34并固定有切割片35。
进一步的说,所述切割连接架31的顶面固定有导向杆36,导向杆36插套在切割连接架31的底板上。
进一步的说,所述移动通槽22的左右两个内侧壁上固定有耐磨层221,移动块26的左右两侧壁压靠在对应的耐磨层221上。
工作原理:将本实施例装置安装在机架上,通过切割电机33运行,实现切割片35转动进行对塑料板的左侧处进行切槽,通过,调节电机273运行,可以实现切割片35的左右移动,而通过移动电机25运行,可以实现切割片35的前后移动,通过升降气缸281的推杆上下推动可以实现切割片35的上下移动实现各个位置的切割。

1.一种塑料板切槽机构,包括两个竖直支撑板(20),其特征在于:上水平调节板(21)固定在两个竖直支撑板(20)的顶面上,上水平调节板(21)的中部具有移动通槽(22),移动通槽(22)的前后两端处的上水平调节板(21)上固定有上支撑块(23),移动螺杆(24)的两端铰接在两个上支撑块(23)上,上水平调节板(21)上固定有移动电机(25),移动电机(25)的输出轴通过联轴器与移动螺杆(24)伸出对应的上支撑块(23)的一端相连接,移动块(26)螺接在移动螺杆(24)上,移动块(26)插套在移动通槽(22)中,移动块(26)的底面固定有调节板体(27),调节板体(27)的底面左右两侧固定有竖直水平板体部(271),调节螺杆(272)的两端铰接在对应的竖直水平板体部(271)上,其中一个竖直水平板体部(271)上固定有调节电机(273),调节电机(273)的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在对应的调节螺杆(272)的一端具有的花键孔中,切槽架(28)的顶部具有的移动连接块体螺接在调节螺杆(272)中,切槽架(28)中固定有升降气缸(281),升降气缸(281)的推杆穿过切割架(28)的顶面并固定有切割装置(30)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种塑料板切槽机构,其特征在于:所述切割装置(30)包括切割连接架(31),切割连接架(31)固定在升降气缸(32)的推杆上,切割电机(33)固定在切割连接架(31)的底面中部具有的间隔支撑板(34)上,切割电机(33)的输出轴伸出间隔支撑板(34)并固定有切割片(35)。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种塑料板切槽机构,其特征在于:所述切割连接架(31)的顶面固定有导向杆(36),导向杆(36)插套在切割连接架(31)的底板上。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种塑料板切槽机构,其特征在于:所述移动通槽(22)的左右两个内侧壁上固定有耐磨层(221),移动块(26)的左右两侧壁压靠在对应的耐磨层(221)上。
