本发明公开了一种汽车内饰构件冲压加工设备,包括冲孔装置、冲孔凹模及机床,所述机床的床身为呈“匚”形的结构,所述机床还设有沿机床床身的“匚”形滑轨,所述机床上设有可沿“匚”形滑轨定向滑动的凹模支撑台及立柱支撑台,所述凹模支撑台设于立柱支撑台的左侧,并且二者均可通过底部丝杆锁定在所述“匚”形滑轨上,所述凹模支撑台上方可拆卸固定所述冲孔凹模,所述立柱支撑台上方可拆卸固定一立柱,立柱上设有纵向导轨,所述冲孔装置沿所述纵向导轨滑动,且冲孔装置带有一可伸入到内饰构件内加工的冲头。本发明通过冲孔凹模锁定在“匚”形滑轨的不同位置,由冲头从内饰构件相应位置内向外部冲孔,可对需要加工多个孔位的内饰构件进行加工。

一种汽车内饰构件冲压加工设备
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车部件加工设备领域,具体涉及一种汽车内饰构件冲压加工设备。
背景技术
在汽车内饰构件加工中,会涉及较多的冲孔工序,常用的冲孔加工设备,都是将冲头设置在构件外面,即通过外部向内进行冲孔加工,这种传统的方法在使用和加工上比较方便,但冲孔加工后的孔边会留下毛刺边,由于毛刺边留在构件内,很难清除,这对构件的质量连接带来影响,近几年随着汽车加工质量的普遍升级要求,内留的毛刺已经成为汽车配件生产厂家的加工难以处理的瓶颈,直接给企业生存发展以及经济效益带来了极大的影响。
国家知识产权局于2014年9月24日公布了申请公布号为CN104056896A的名称为“汽车构件内冲孔装置”的发明专利,其在带有底座的立架上方设置一个定向滑块,并在定向滑块的上模板安装可伸入到加工构件内进行冲孔的冲头;在底座的支垫上再设置与冲头上固定凸模冲杆对应的凹模。该方案加工汽车构件时,只能够完成一个孔位的加工,对于需要加工多孔的构件,则无法完成全部由内向外冲孔的过程,尤其无法加工构件上方的加工孔位,若改变构件的位置进行冲孔,则又会带来构件的固定难度大、加工孔位误差大等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车内饰构件冲压加工设备,可以由内饰构件任意位置内向外部冲孔,可对需要加工多个孔位的构件进行加工,以解决上述现有技术不足的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明提供了一种汽车内饰构件冲压加工设备,包括冲孔装置、冲孔凹模及机床,所述机床的床身为呈“匚”形的结构,所述机床还设有沿机床床身的“匚”形滑轨,所述机床上设有可沿“匚”形滑轨定向滑动的凹模支撑台及立柱支撑台,所述凹模支撑台设于立柱支撑台的左侧,并且二者均可通过底部丝杆锁定在所述“匚”形滑轨上,所述凹模支撑台上方可拆卸固定所述冲孔凹模,所述立柱支撑台上方可拆卸固定一立柱,立柱上设有纵向导轨,所述冲孔装置沿所述纵向导轨滑动,所述立柱上还设有固定内饰构件的夹持组件,且冲孔装置带有一可伸入到内饰构件内加工的冲头。
作为本发明对上述方案的优选,所述夹持组件共有一对,对称设于冲头上方和冲头下方,使内饰构件在加工过程中的稳定性更高,尽量避免了加工误差。
作为本发明对上述方案的优选,所述夹持组件包括液压缸基座,液压缸基座左端设有液压杆,液压缸基座左端面与液压杆左端均固定有夹板,所述夹持组件还包括设于立柱左侧的前后向导轨,所液压缸基座沿所述前后向导轨定向滑动,且液压缸基座可通过底部丝杆锁定在所述前后向导轨上。
作为本发明对上述方案的优选,所述两夹板内侧面还设有垫板,可以避免对内饰构件的表面形成压痕。
作为本发明对上述方案的优选,所述冲头通过转动轴固定在冲孔装置上,可以调整冲头的加工角度,便于进行冲孔。
作为本发明对上述方案的优选,所述“匚”形滑轨的拐点处设置圆角,便于找准与冲头对应的冲孔凹模位置,以使冲头冲出内饰构件后与冲孔凹模吻合。
作为本发明对上述方案的优选,所述冲孔凹模与凹模支撑台、立柱与立柱支撑台通过锁紧螺栓及螺栓垫片可拆卸固定,成本较低且固定效果稳定。
作为本发明对上述方案的优选,所述凹模支撑台及冲孔凹模分别设有至少一个,当存在两组及两组以上的凹模支撑台及冲孔凹模时,不需要移动冲孔凹模的位置即可进行多个孔位的加工,使得加工过程更为快捷。
相比于现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:所述机床的床身为呈“匚”形的结构,所述机床还设有沿机床床身的“匚”形滑轨,凹模支撑台及立柱支撑台可沿着所述“匚”形滑轨滑动,并且凹模支撑台设于立柱支撑台的左侧,可以对于立柱上的冲孔装置固定在“匚”形滑轨的任意位置来完成内饰构件的不同位置的孔位加工;同时夹持组件还包括设于立柱左侧的前后向导轨,所液压缸基座沿所述前后向导轨定向滑动,且液压缸基座可通过底部丝杆锁定在所述前后向导轨上,利用夹持组件固定内饰构件,并通过夹持组件可以在前后向导轨滑动,更加方便内饰构件的多个孔位加工。本发明中冲孔凹模与凹模支撑台上方可拆卸固定,方便更换冲孔凹模。此外,本发明还具有结构简单,易于操作的特点。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1所述的一种汽车内饰构件冲压加工设备,包括冲孔装置1、冲孔凹模2及机床3,所述机床3的床身为呈“匚”形的结构,所述机床3还设有沿机床3床身的“匚”形滑轨4,所述机床3上设有两个可沿“匚”形滑轨4定向滑动的支撑台,分别为凹模支撑台5及立柱支撑台6,所述凹模支撑台5设于立柱支撑台6的左侧,并且二者均可通过底部丝杆锁定在所述“匚”形滑轨4上,所述凹模支撑台5上方可拆卸固定所述冲孔凹模2,所述立柱支撑台6上方可拆卸固定一立柱7,立柱7上设有纵向导轨8,所述冲孔装置1沿所述纵向导轨8滑动,所述立柱7上还设有固定内饰构件16的夹持组件,且冲孔装置1带有一可伸入到内饰构件16内加工的冲头9,可以通过将冲孔凹模2锁定在“匚”形滑轨4的不同位置以对应内饰构件16的不同位置的孔位加工。
在本实例中,所述夹持组件共有一对,对称设于冲头9上方和冲头9下方,使内饰构件16在加工过程中的稳定性更高,尽量避免了加工误差。
在本实例中,所述夹持组件包括液压缸基座10,液压缸基座10左端设有液压杆11,液压缸基座10左端面与液压杆11左端均固定有夹板12,所述夹持组件还包括设于立柱7左侧的前后向导轨13,所液压缸基座10沿所述前后向导轨13定向滑动,且液压缸基座10可通过底部丝杆锁定在所述前后向导轨13上,利用夹持组件固定内饰构件16,并通过夹持组件可以使内饰构件16在前后向导轨13滑动,更加方便内饰构件16的多个孔位加工。
在本实例中,所述两夹板12内侧面还设有垫板14,可以避免对内饰构件16的表面形成压痕。
在本实例中,所述冲头9通过转动轴15固定在冲孔装置1上,可以调整冲头9的加工角度,便于进行冲孔。
作为本发明对上述方案的优选,所述“匚”形滑轨4的拐点处设置圆角,便于找准与冲头9对应的冲孔凹模2位置,以使冲头9冲出内饰构件16后与冲孔凹模2吻合。
在本实例中,所述冲孔凹模2与凹模支撑台5、立柱7与立柱支撑台6通过锁紧螺栓及螺栓垫片可拆卸固定,成本较低且固定效果稳定。

1.一种汽车内饰构件冲压加工设备,包括冲孔装置、冲孔凹模及机床,其特征在于,所述机床的床身为呈“匚”形的结构,所述机床还设有沿机床床身的“匚”形滑轨,所述机床上设有可沿“匚”形滑轨定向滑动的凹模支撑台及立柱支撑台,所述凹模支撑台设于立柱支撑台的左侧,并且二者均可通过底部丝杆锁定在所述“匚”形滑轨上,所述凹模支撑台上方可拆卸固定所述冲孔凹模,所述立柱支撑台上方可拆卸固定一立柱,立柱上设有纵向导轨,所述冲孔装置沿所述纵向导轨滑动,所述立柱上还设有固定内饰构件的夹持组件,且冲孔装置带有一可伸入到内饰构件内加工的冲头;所述夹持组件共有一对,对称设于冲头上方和冲头下方,所述夹持组件包括液压缸基座,液压缸基座左端设有液压杆,液压缸基座左端面与液压杆左端均固定有夹板,所述夹持组件还包括设于立柱左侧的前后向导轨,所液压缸基座沿所述前后向导轨定向滑动,且液压缸基座可通过底部丝杆锁定在所述前后向导轨上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车内饰构件冲压加工设备,其特征在于,所述两夹板内侧面还设有垫板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车内饰构件冲压加工设备,其特征在于,所述冲头通过转动轴固定在冲孔装置上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车内饰构件冲压加工设备,其特征在于,所述“匚”形滑轨的拐点处设置圆角。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车内饰构件冲压加工设备,其特征在于,所述冲孔凹模与凹模支撑台、立柱与立柱支撑台通过锁紧螺栓及螺栓垫片可拆卸固定。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车内饰构件冲压加工设备,其特征在于,所述凹模支撑台及冲孔凹模分别设有至少一个。
