痛风是一种由于嘌呤生物合成代谢增加，尿酸产生过多或因尿酸排泄不良而致血中尿酸升高，尿酸盐结晶沉积在关节滑膜、滑囊、软骨及其他组织中引起的反复发作性，炎性疾病。它是由于单钠尿酸盐结晶(MSU)或尿酸在细胞外液形成超饱和状态，使其晶体在组织中沉积而造成的一组异源性疾病。痛风属于进行性、加重性疾病，每发作一次，病情就会加重一次，如果不管不治，发作会越来越重，引发多种疾病甚至危及生命。

临床资料
对来院的30例病人采用本发明的中药组合物进行治疗，治疗组总有效率为97％。
案例1：谈某，女，46岁，北京人，患痛风多年，治疗后不见好转，服用本发明药物，15g/剂，一日两次，两个月为一个疗程，服用五个疗程后明显好转。
案例2：汤某，女，58岁，河南人，有三年病史，临床症状肢体局部肿胀，关节冷痛，服用本发明药物，15g/剂，服用四个疗程后，症状减轻，后续继续服用两个疗程后，治愈。

(2)取为混合物重量3-5倍的水，进行煎煮，总计煎煮2次，每次煎煮1-2小时，将两次的煎液混合后，过滤即得。
