本发明公开了一种功劳去火片的制备方法,属于中药材的制备技术领域,旨在提供一种效率高、提高药效、使适应人群更广的新方法,本发明的技术方案的要点包括黄柏与功劳木的煎煮、黄芩与栀子的煎煮、干燥和制粒,其中黄柏与功劳木的煎煮是加水煎煮三次,第一次加5倍量水、第二次和第三次分别加4倍量水,每次2小时;黄芩与栀子的煎煮是加水煎煮两次,第一次加5倍量水,第二次加4倍量水,每次2小时。本发明的方法可用于功劳去火片的制备。

一种功劳去火片的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药的制备方法,尤其涉及到一种功劳去火片的制备方法。
背景技术
根据中国药典规定,功劳去火片的处方为功劳木604g、黄柏302g、黄芩302g、栀子302g,制备方法是:取黄柏100g,粉碎成细粉,剩余的黄柏与功劳木加水煎煮三次,第一次加7倍量水,第二次和第三次分别加6倍量水,每次2小时,合并煎液,滤过,滤液浓缩成稠膏。黄芩、栀子加水煎煮二次,第一次加7倍水,第二次加6倍量水,每次2小时,合并煎液,滤过,滤液浓缩成稠膏。上述两种稠膏分别加入黄柏粉,混匀,干燥,粉碎成细粉,混匀,制成颗粒,压制成1000片,包糖衣;或压制成600片,包薄膜衣,即得。
上述的煎煮过程,由于加水量较多,造成后期的浓缩及干燥时间较长,能耗高;而且由于黄柏细粉量较少,而总稠膏量较大,即稠膏多,细粉少,故细粉吸收稠膏中水分量有限,造成干燥时间较长,并且在一定的干燥温度和水分等条件下,黄柏细粉中主要成分盐酸小檗碱与稠膏中的黄芩苷容易产生反应变成另一物质,消耗了盐酸小檗碱和黄芩苷,造成这两种成分含量下降;在制粒方面将功劳木、黄柏干膏粉与黄芩、栀子、黄柏干膏粉混合均匀,用糖浆作粘合剂进行制粒,限制了用药群体,特别是一些不能服用蔗糖的患者使用,如糖尿病人或血糖偏高的病人用药。这些因素存在影响了药品质量和疗效的稳定性。
因此寻找一种新的功劳去火片的制备方法,既能提高药品的质量和缩短生产周期,又能增加用药群体,成为当务之急。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种生产效率高、能耗较低的功劳去火片的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种功劳去火片的制备方法,包括包括黄柏与功劳木的煎煮、黄芩与栀子的煎煮、干燥和制粒,其中,黄柏与功劳木的煎煮是加水煎煮三次,第一次加5倍量水、第二次和第三次分别加4倍量水,每次2小时;黄芩与栀子的煎煮是加水煎煮两次,第一次加5倍量水,第二次加4倍量水,每次2小时。
优选的,上述的功劳去火片的制备方法中,在干燥时,是把黄柏细粉全部加入到黄芩与栀子煎煮液浓缩的稠膏中,然后再真空干燥成干膏,可以加快干燥时间。
更进一步的,上述的功劳去火片的制备方法中,制粒时,是用功劳木与黄柏煎煮液浓缩的稠膏作为粘合剂,将黄芩与栀子煎煮液和黄柏细粉制作的干膏粉碎后与上述粘合剂混合混匀,制粒。
本发明采用上述技术方案后,与现有技术相比,具有下述优点:
由于减少了煎煮时的加水量,煎煮液的浓缩及干燥时间可缩短1/3,缩短了药品的生产周期;并且由于采用真空干燥,温度降低、有效的控制了盐酸小檗碱与黄芩苷的反应,提高了药品的质量与药效的稳定性。
进一步改进后,由于不需要使用糖浆作粘合剂,片芯含辅料少,用药群体更加广泛,特别是一些不能服用蔗糖的糖尿病人或血糖偏高的病人用药。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细说明,但不构成对本发明技术方案的任何限制。
实施例1
处方:功劳木604g、黄柏302g、黄芩302g、栀子302g。
制备方法:
(1)取黄柏100g,粉碎成细粉,备用;
(2)剩余的黄柏与功劳木加水煎煮三次,黄柏与功劳木的煎煮是加水煎煮三次,第一次加药材用量5倍量水、第二次和第三次分别加药材用量4倍量水,每次2小时;合并煎煮液,滤过,浓缩成稠膏,备用;
(3)黄芩与栀子的煎煮是加水煎煮两次,黄芩与栀子的煎煮是加水煎煮两次,第一次加药材用量5倍量水,第二次加药材用量4倍量水,每次2小时;合并煎煮液,滤过,浓缩成稠膏;然后把步骤(1)所得黄柏细粉全部加入到上述稠膏中,混合,真空干燥得到的干膏,粉碎后备用;
(4)用步骤(2)所得黄柏与功劳木煎煮液浓缩的稠膏作为为粘合剂,与步骤(3)所得的干膏粉混合混匀,制粒,制成1000片素片,包糖衣即得。
实施例2
处方:功劳木604g、黄柏302g、黄芩302g、栀子302g。
制备方法:
(1)取黄柏100g,粉碎成细粉,备用;
(2)剩余的黄柏与功劳木加水煎煮三次,黄柏与功劳木的煎煮是加水煎煮三次,第一次加药材用量5倍量水、第二次和第三次分别加药材用量4倍量水,每次2小时;合并煎煮液,滤过,浓缩成稠膏,备用;
(3)黄芩与栀子的煎煮是加水煎煮两次,黄芩与栀子的煎煮是加水煎煮两次,第一次加药材用量5倍量水,第二次加药材用量4倍量水,每次2小时;合并煎煮液,滤过,浓缩成稠膏;然后把步骤(1)所得黄柏细粉全部加入到上述稠膏中,混合,真空干燥得到的干膏,粉碎后备用;
(4)用步骤(2)所得黄柏与功劳木煎煮液浓缩的稠膏作为为粘合剂,与步骤(3)所得的干膏粉混合混匀,制粒,制成600片素片,包薄膜衣即得。
功劳去火片通过本发明的制备后,与传统制备方法进行对比,在同样条件下测试每片糖衣片或薄膜片中盐酸小檗碱的含量,结果如下表1:

从表1数据可以看出,本发明的提取方法与传统法相比,有效的控制了盐酸小檗碱与黄芩苷的反应,明显提高了每片功劳去火片中盐酸小檗碱的含量,保证了药物治疗效果。

Claims (1)

1.一种功劳去火片的制备方法,包括黄柏与功劳木的煎煮、黄芩与栀子的煎煮、干燥和制粒,其特征在于,黄柏与功劳木的煎煮是加水煎煮三次,第一次加5倍量水、第二次和第三次分别加4倍量水,每次2小时;黄芩与栀子的煎煮是加水煎煮两次,第一次加5倍量水,第二次加4倍量水,每次2小时;
在干燥时,是把黄柏细粉全部加入到黄芩与栀子煎煮液浓缩的稠膏中,然后再真空干燥成干膏;
制粒时,是用功劳木与黄柏煎煮液浓缩的稠膏作为粘合剂,将黄芩与栀子煎煮液和黄柏细粉制作的干膏粉碎后与前述粘合剂混合混匀,制粒。
