Abstract

本发明公开了一种治疗烧烫伤的药酒，由黄芩、连翘、鸭脚艾、毛草龙、虎杖、酢浆草、蜈蚣、红花、桃仁、松针、鬼针草、冰片、白酒按一定份数或重量配比，通过粉碎、混合、搅拌、密封制成。该药酒具有泻火解毒、消肿止痛、祛腐生肌、修复创伤等功效，治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ度烧烫伤，见效快、愈期短、不留疤痕，一般用药3分钟后就缓解伤痛，Ⅰ度患者3天左右就痊愈，Ⅱ度患者10天左右就痊愈；其配伍精简，药源广，成本低，制作方便。

一种治疗烧烫伤的药酒
技术领域
本发明属于中药技术领域，涉及一种治疗烧烫伤的药酒及其制备方法。
背景技术
烧烫伤中医称为“烫火伤”、“火烧疮”，是由于接触火、开水、热油等高热物质而发生的一种急性皮肤损伤，轻者可自愈。烧烫伤是日常生活中比较常见的意外情况之一，对患者的生理和心理都造成很大的影响给病人带来很大的精神创伤和躯体损伤。据统计我国一般平均每年烧烫伤发生率为总人口的0.5～1%左右，其中的1/10的病人需要住院治疗。由于烧烫伤治疗技术、治疗药物的差异，目前治疗烧烫伤创面中西医外用药物种类颇多，西药治疗存在费用高、副作用大等缺点，而且效果不够明显；中药治疗效果也不错，但仍存在创面疼痛、易感染、伤口愈合易留疤痕、新生肌肉会出现白斑、治疗周期长等问题。使用中草药配制的药酒治疗各类疾病是祖国传统医学治疗方法，存在使用方便、成本低、疗效快等优点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用中草药配制成的治疗烧烫伤的药酒及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种治疗烧烫伤的药酒，其组方和配比是：黄芩15-25，连翘15-25，鸭脚艾 15-20，毛草龙15-20，虎杖15-20，酢浆草15-20，蜈蚣10-15，红花10-15，桃仁10-15，松针5-10，鬼针草5-10，冰片2-5，白酒500。
本发明的优选组方和配比是：黄芩、连翘各20，鸭脚艾、毛草龙、虎杖、酢浆草各17，蜈蚣、红花、桃仁各12，松针、鬼针草各8，冰片3，白酒500。
本发明的制备方法：按上述组方和配比称取药量，将黄芩、连翘、鸭脚艾、毛草龙、虎杖、酢浆草、蜈蚣、红花、桃仁、松针、鬼针草粉碎后，装入密封容器内，然后加入白酒，最后加入冰片，搅拌均匀，密封7天以上，即得本发明药酒。
本发明药酒的用法：用喷水器具将本发明药喷酒在烧烫伤患处，每隔10分钟喷酒1次。
禁忌事项：用药期间禁忌食用油炸粘腻、辛辣、刺激性等食物。
适用范围：本发明药酒适用于治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ度烧烫伤。常见烧烫伤按损伤程度分为三度。Ⅰ度：—损伤仅及表皮，局部红斑充血，无水疱出现。Ⅱ度：伤及真皮层，局部出现水疤，基底红润，肿胀，剧痛。Ⅲ度：伤及皮肤全层和肌肉，甚至深达骨组织，局部皮肤焦黑或苍白，干燥，呈皮革状，失去弹性和知觉。
本发明的各组成药方的药用性能如下：
黄芩：为唇形科植物黄芩Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi的干燥根。苦，寒。归肺、胆、脾、大肠、小肠经。清热燥湿，泻火解毒，止血，安胎。用于湿温、暑温胸闷呕恶，湿热痞满，泻痢，黄疸，肺热咳嗽，高热烦渴，血热吐衄，痈肿疮毒，胎动不安。黄芩的临床应用抗菌比黄连还好，而且不产生抗药性；
连翘：为木犀科植物连翘 Forsythia suspensa(Thunb.)Vahl的干燥果实。苦，微寒。归肺、心、胆经。含连翘酚、甾醇化合物、皂甙 ( 无溶血性 ) 及黄酮醇甙类、马苔树脂醇甙等。清热解毒，消肿散结，疏散风热，有“疮家圣药”之称。连翘有广谱抗菌作用；
鸭脚艾：为菊科艾属植物白苞蒿Artemisia lactiflora Wall.，以全草入药草。甘、微苦，平。理气，活血，调经，利湿，解毒，消肿。用于月经不调，闭经，慢性肝炎，肝硬化，肾炎水肿，白带，荨麻疹，腹胀，疝气；外用治跌打损伤，外伤出血，烧烫伤，疮疡，湿疹；
毛草龙：为柳叶菜科植物水丁香Ludwigia octoualuis (Jacq.)Raven[Jussiaeasuffruticosa L,;Oenothera octoualuis Jacq.]的全草。味苦、微辛，性寒。清热利湿，解毒消肿。主感冒发热，小儿疳热，咽喉肿痛，口舌生疮，高血压，水肿，湿热泻痢，淋痛，白浊，带下，乳痈，疔疮肿毒，痔疮，烫火伤，毒蛇咬伤；
虎杖：为蓼科植物虎杖 Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb. et Zucc.，的干燥根茎和根。微苦，微寒。归肝、胆、肺经。祛风利湿，散瘀定痛，止咳化痰。用于关节痹痛，湿热黄疸，经闭，症瘕，水火烫伤，跌扑损伤，痈肿疮毒，咳嗽痰多；
酢浆草：为酢浆草科植物酢浆草Oxalis corniculata L.的全草。酸，凉。清热利湿，解毒消肿。用于感冒发热，肠炎，尿路感染，尿路结石，神经衰弱。外用治跌打损伤，毒蛇咬伤，痈肿疮疖，脚癣，湿疹，烧烫伤；
蜈蚣：为蜈蚣科动物少棘巨蜈蚣Scolopendra subspinipes mutilans L. Koch的干燥体。辛，温；有毒。归肝经。息风镇痉，功毒散结，通络止痛。用于小儿惊风，抽搐痉挛，中风口歪，半身不遂，破伤风，风湿顽痹，疮疡，瘰疬，毒蛇咬伤；
红花：为菊科植物红花Carthamus tinctorius L.的干燥花。辛，温。归心、肝经。活血通经，散瘀止痛。用于经闭，痛经，恶露不行，症瘕痞块，跌扑损伤，疮疡肿痛；
桃仁：为蔷薇科植物桃Prunus persica （L.） Batsch 或山桃 Prunus davidiana（Carr.）Franch.的干燥成熟种子。苦、甘，平。归心、肝、大肠经。活血祛瘀，润肠通便。用于经闭，痛经，癓瘕痞块，跌扑损伤，肠燥便秘；
松针：为松科植物华山松、黄山松、马尾松、黑松、油松、云南松、红松等（1.Pinusarmandi Franch2.Pinus taiwanensis Hayata[P.hwangshanensis Hsia]3.Pinusmassoniana Lamb.4.Pinus thunbergii Parl.5.Pinus tabulaeformis Carr.6.Pinusyunnanensis Franch.7.Pinus koraiensis Sied.et.Zucc）的针叶。味苦，性温。归心、脾经。祛风燥湿，杀虫止痒，活血安神。主风湿痿痹，脚气，湿疮，癣，风疹瘙痒，跌打损伤，神经衰弱，慢性肾炎，高血压病。预防乙脑、流感；
鬼针草：为菊科植物鬼针草Bidens bipinnata L的全草。甘，平。归心、肺、脾、胃经 。补脾益气，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛，调和诸药。用于脾胃虚弱，倦怠乏力，心悸气短，咳嗽痰多，脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛，痈肿疮毒，缓解药物毒性、烈性；
冰片：冰片 ( 合成龙脑 ) ：本品为无色透明或白色半透明的片状松脆结晶；气清香，味辛、凉；具挥发性，点燃发生浓烟，并有带光的火焰。天然冰片 ( 右旋龙脑 ) ：本品为 樟科植物樟 Cinnamomum camphora(L.)Presl 的新鲜枝、叶经提取加工制成。艾片 ( 左旋龙脑 ) ：本品为菊科植物艾纳香 Blumea balsami fera(L.)DC. 的新鲜叶经提取加工制成的结晶。辛、苦，微寒。归心、脾、肺经。开窍醒神，清热止痛。用于热病神昏、痉厥，中风痰厥，气郁暴厥，中恶昏迷，目赤，口疮，咽喉肿痛，耳道流脓；
白酒：也称白干、高梁酒、烧酒，酒精度一般在35°以上。性热，味辛、甘。归心、肝、肾经。具有活血行气、畅通血脉、祛风散寒、健脾养胃、通络止痛、杀虫避瘴、消冷积、厚肠胃、促消化及引药上行、助运药力等多种功效。
本发明治疗烧烫伤的药酒具有泻火解毒、消肿止痛、祛腐生肌、修复创伤等功效。治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ度烧烫伤，见效快、愈期短、不留疤痕，一般用药3分钟后就缓解伤痛，Ⅰ度患者3天左右就痊愈，Ⅱ度患者10天左右就痊愈。其配伍精简，药源广，成本低，制作方便。
治疗效果：用本发明药酒治疗烧烫伤患者27例，其中Ⅰ烧烫伤16例，Ⅱ度烧烫伤11例，全部治愈，无1例留有疤痕。
具体实施方式
实施例1：黄芩、连翘各20克，鸭脚艾、毛草龙、虎杖、酢浆草各17克，蜈蚣、红花、桃仁各12克，松针、鬼针草各8克，冰片3克，白酒500毫升。将按上述配比称取药量，将黄芩、连翘、鸭脚艾、毛草龙、虎杖、酢浆草、蜈蚣、红花、桃仁、松针、鬼针草粉碎后，装入密封容器内，然后加入白酒，最后加入冰片，搅拌均匀，密封7天以上，即得本发明药酒。其用法是，用喷水器具将本发明药酒喷酒在烧烫伤患处，每隔10分钟喷酒1次。
实施例2：黄芩、连翘各25克，鸭脚艾、毛草龙、虎杖、酢浆草各20克，蜈蚣、红花、桃仁各15克，松针、鬼针草各8克，冰片5克，白酒500毫升。将按上述配比称取药量，将黄芩、连翘、鸭脚艾、毛草龙、虎杖、酢浆草、蜈蚣、红花、桃仁、松针、鬼针草粉碎后，装入密封容器内，然后加入白酒，最后加入冰片，搅拌均匀，密封7天以上，即得本发明药酒。其用法是，用喷水器具将本发明药酒喷酒在烧烫伤患处，每隔10分钟喷酒1次。

2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种治疗烧烫伤的药酒，其特征在于其优选组方和配比是：黄芩、连翘各20，鸭脚艾、毛草龙、虎杖、酢浆草各17，蜈蚣、红花、桃仁各12，松针、鬼针草各8，冰片3，白酒500。
3. 根据权利要求 1、2 所述的一种治疗烧烫伤的药酒，其特征还在于其制备方法：按上述组方和配比称取药量，将黄芩、连翘、鸭脚艾、毛草龙、虎杖、酢浆草、蜈蚣、红花、桃仁、松针、鬼针草粉碎后，装入密封容器内，然后加入白酒，最后加入冰片，搅拌均匀，密封7天以上，即得本发明药酒。
