本发明提供了一种治疗烧烫伤的中药组合物，由以下药物制备而成：黄柏70g、黄芩80g、地榆100g、虎杖80g、桃仁60g、板蓝根80g、丹参70g、白芷60g、红花80g、柴胡70g、五倍子60g、连翘60g、冰片20g。本发明对烧烫伤具有显著的疗效。

Description

一种治疗烧烫伤的中药组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗烧烫伤的药物，具体涉及一种由中草药制备而成的治疗烧烫伤的中药组合物。
背景技术
烧烫伤中医称为“烫火伤”、“烫水伤”，系由火热之毒侵入人体所致，烧烫伤创面，特别是严重烧烫伤创面，如果不能得到及时有效的处理，常会在创面愈后形成瘢痕，影响功能，影响皮肤美容。如何才能做到及时有效的正确处理创面，减缓和抑制疤痕形成，恢复皮肤弹性，恢复患者的人生自信，这是皮肤美容科医生的追求目标。目前，对烧烫伤后治疗的药物，鲜有疗效确切的，不能满足临床使用的需求。
发明内容
为了解决以上技术问题，本发明提供了一种治疗烧烫伤的中药组合物。
本发明的技术方案如下：
一种治疗烧烫伤的中药组合物，由以下药物制备而成：黄柏70g、黄芩80g、地榆100g、虎杖80g、当归60g、板蓝根80g、丹参70g、白芷60g、红花80g、柴胡70g、五倍子60g、连翘60g、冰片20g。
制备方法：取冰片粉碎成细粉，其余碎断，另取食用麻油4500g，同置锅内炸枯，去渣，滤过，加入麻油量20-40%的蜂蜡融化，待温后加入冰片粉，混匀，即得。
临床资料
一般资料
治疗组男92例，女63例，年龄5个月～62岁，平均41岁。创面情况，烧烫伤面积<5% 94例；10～20% 60例；>20%1例。
治疗过程
换药前，要清洗一下伤口，可用生理盐水或淡盐开水清洗，正确的方法是用医用棉球或棉签沾盐水轻轻的擦。
（1）起水泡的地方，用消过毒的剪刀从水泡的最低处剪开让水泡里面的水流出来，坏死的皮肤可稍微剪掉一点点，以便让药接触伤口。疱皮已脱落者可直接涂本发明。前三天每3～4h换药一次，始终保持创面有药膏，以后视情况6～8h换药一次，换药时先清除创面液化物。
（2）创面形成焦痂或深度及Ⅲ度的创面首先进行清创，不能清创的可用手术刀采用“#”字耕耘法，划开痂皮，以不出血疼痛为度，目的是利于药膏渗透入坏死组织内，尽快使坏死组织液化、排除。
Ⅰ度烧伤 换药3～4次/d，一般在2～3d内愈合，愈合无瘢痕。
浅Ⅱ度烧伤　用消过毒的剪刀从水泡的最低处剪开让水泡里面的水流出来，前3d每3～4个h换药一次，始终保持创面有药膏湿润。烧伤面积较大患者，同样，前3d每3～4h换药一次，以后换药4次/d。一般经过治疗5d左右开始出现脱皮、发痒等现象，皮肤逐渐恢复，约1周后自然愈合，愈后无瘢痕形成。个别患者可暂时有色素沉着，有点状浅色斑，经过一个夏天后，逐渐恢复正常颜色。
深Ⅱ度烧伤　用消过毒的剪刀剪开水疱，同时剪除部分坏死组织，前7d每3～4 h换药一次，始终保持创面有药膏湿润，以后每天换药两次。大约1周左右坏死组织逐渐脱落，开始有痛感。10d左右出现发痒、针刺痛感，逐渐恢复。大部分患者15d愈合，一般情况愈合后无瘢痕。但已化脓感染过的伤口愈合后，可能会留有瘢痕。
结果
本组155例烫伤经换药治疗后，治愈率达100%，Ⅰ度创面2～3d愈合，浅Ⅱ度创面5～10d愈合，深Ⅱ度创面3周愈合，治疗时间最短2d，最长20d愈合。均无增生性瘢痕生长，无功能障碍。

 下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
   取冰片粉碎成细粉，其余黄柏70g、黄芩80g、地榆100g、虎杖80g、当归60g、板蓝根80g、丹参70g、白芷60g、红花80g、柴胡70g、五倍子60g、连翘60g碎断，另取食用麻油4500g，同置锅内炸枯，去渣，滤过，加入麻油量20-40%的蜂蜡融化，待温后加入冰片粉，混匀，即得。
