本发明提供一种公牛附睾注药绝育药物,所述药物包括以下成分:聚维酮碘和普鲁卡因青霉素。所述药物按照以下比例进行配置:95ml的聚维酮碘溶液和100‑200万单位的普鲁卡因青霉素。本发明提供的公牛附睾注药绝育药物不仅绝育效果好、具有镇痛、抗菌消炎的作用,副作用少,并且能很好的维持绝育公牛的正常发育,有利于降低公牛体内脂肪沉积,增加肌肉产量,提高公牛的肉用性能和经济效益。

一种公牛附睾注药绝育药物
技术领域
本发明涉及生物制品领域,尤其涉及一种公牛附睾注药绝育药物。
背景技术
我国主要采用人工授精进行奶牛的育种,使得生产性能迅速提高,产生了很好的经济效益。但是公牛、母牛同时同地饲养,容易发生自然交配导致牛的品质退化,生产性能降低。现有的方法主要是采用公牛去势的方法防止自然交配的发生。公牛去势后,由于睾丸被摘除,睾酮来源中断,肾上腺皮质部分泌的少量雄性激素难以维持公牛的正常发育,容易出现去势公牛体型单薄,、生长发育缓慢,降低了公牛的肉用性能和经济效益。为了解决这一问题,先后研发了免疫去势术、输卵管结扎术和提睾绝育术等方法,但这些方法均因为费用高或者手术繁琐,未能在生产实践中推广应用。
因此,现有的技术仍需要改进和发展。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术的不足,本发明在于提供一种公牛附睾注药绝育药物,旨在解决现有技术费用高或者手术繁琐、难以在生产实践中推广应用的问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种公牛附睾注药绝育药物,其中,所述药物包括以下成分:聚维酮碘和普鲁卡因青霉素。
较佳实施例中,所述药物按照以下比例进行配置:95ml的聚维酮碘溶液和100-200万单位的普鲁卡因青霉素。
优选地,所述聚维酮碘溶液的浓度为5%w/v,是市面上销售的5%聚维酮碘溶液。这样的药物配方不仅配方简单、原料易获取,并且配置方法简单、快速,可高效地配置大批量的公牛附睾注药绝育药物。
所述公牛附睾注药绝育药物是用于公牛的绝育,其使用方法为:将公牛站立保定,左手握住阴囊,在附睾尾顶端进针,沿着阴囊纵膈方向刺向附睾尾端,一边注药一边回针,分别向两侧睾丸注射所述公牛附睾注药绝育药物。
其中,每侧睾丸注射药物的量为1-3mL。
有益效果:本发明提供一种公牛附睾注药绝育药物,所述公牛附睾注药绝育药物不仅绝育效果好、具有镇痛、抗菌消炎的作用,副作用少,并且能很好的维持绝育公牛的正常发育,有利于降低公牛体内脂肪沉积,增加肌肉产量,提高公牛的肉用性能和经济效益。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明提供一种公牛附睾注药绝育药物,其中,所述药物包括以下成分:聚维酮碘和普鲁卡因青霉素。
上述组分制成的公牛附睾注药绝育药物不仅具有绝育作用、并且具有镇痛、抗菌消炎的作用,注射效果好,副作用少。
其中,所述药物按照以下比例进行配置:95ml的聚维酮碘溶液和100-200万单位的普鲁卡因青霉素。优选地,所述聚维酮碘溶液的浓度为5%w/v。
由上述成分配制而成的公牛附睾注药绝育药物不仅具有很好的绝育效果,并且能很好的维持公牛的正常发育,还有利于降低公牛体内脂肪沉积,增加肌肉产量,提高公牛的肉用性能和经济效益。
较佳实施例中,公牛附睾注药绝育药物由95ml的5% w/v聚维酮碘溶液和160万单位的普鲁卡因青霉素混合均匀后配制而成。上述最佳配比的药物,其绝育效果最好,且注射过的公牛的肉用价值最高。
所述公牛附睾注药绝育药物是用于公牛的绝育,其使用方法为:将公牛站立保定,左手握住阴囊,在附睾尾顶端进针,沿着阴囊纵膈方向刺向附睾尾端,一边注药一边回针,分别向两侧睾丸注射所述公牛附睾注药绝育药物。上述使用方法能将公牛附睾注药绝育药物准确注入到附睾内部,使药物基本全部作用到附睾管上皮细胞及睾丸内的生精细胞,达到绝育效果,避免因注射方式不佳引起药物泄露到其他部位,从而造成药物浪费及损伤其他部位的组织。
每侧睾丸注射药物的量为1-3mL。较佳方式中,每侧睾丸注射药物的量为2mL,这种剂量的药物刚好能达到最好的绝育效果,同时避免药物浪费。
现结合下述验证实施例对本发明的公牛附睾注药绝育药物的药效及对公牛正常发育及肉质的影响作进一步详细描述和验证。
实施例1 附睾注药的绝育效果的病理组织学检查
将公牛站立保定,左手握住阴囊,在附睾尾顶端进针,沿着阴囊纵膈方向刺向附睾尾端,一边注药一边回针,每侧睾丸注射2mL药物。注射药物后对睾丸及全身做临床常规检查;在注射药物后第15天、30天及150天摘取睾丸及附睾做病理组织学检查。
试验结果:注射药物后,试验牛的食欲、体温及血常规等指标未见显著异常,睾丸逐渐变小、变细及失去弹性;注射药物后第15天,睾丸轻度肿胀,5-7后肿胀逐渐消退。病理组织学检查发现,附睾管上皮细胞及睾丸内的生精细胞呈现变性坏死,后期部分附睾管状结构被增生的结缔组织取代。
实施例2 附睾注药对公牛育肥增重的影响
选取18-24月龄发育正常的奶公牛30头,随机分成3组。实验组公牛附睾注射药物2.5mL;阳性对照组公牛用睾丸摘除法完全去势;空白对照组公牛不做处理正常饲养。
试验结果:实验组公牛增重为135.8kg,显著高于阳性对照组公牛,略低于空白对照组公牛的增重(见表1),表明附睾注药的绝育方法能较好的维持公牛的正常发育。

实施例3 附睾注药对公牛肉脂品质的影响
选取18-24月龄发育正常的奶公牛30头,随机分成3组。实验组公牛附睾注射药物2.5mL;阳性对照组公牛用睾丸摘除法完全去势;空白对照组公牛不做处理正常饲养。试验结束后,各组去3头牛屠宰,测定眼肌的大理石纹评分及第9-11肋骨软组织的一般化学成分。
试验结果:附睾注药绝育牛胴体眼肌大理石评分和9-11肋软组织的脂肪含量均明显低于完全去势公牛,而注药绝育牛肌肉蛋白质含量则明显高于完全去势公牛。表明与睾丸摘除去势公牛相比,注药绝育公牛更有利于降低体内脂肪沉积,增加肌肉产量。
