本发明公开了一种百里酚纳米粒子免洗洗手液,其原料按重量百分比包括:百里酚纳米粒子精华液0.5~1.5%,卡波姆0.1~0.3%,三乙醇胺0.05~0.09%,1,2‑丙二醇0.05~0.15%,羟乙基尿素0.05~0.15%,乳酸钠0.05~0.15%,香精0.05~0.15%,食用色素0.05~0.15%,余量为蒸馏水。本发明有效解决百里酚的不稳定和不溶于水的问题,所得洗手液具有广谱、高效的杀菌效果,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌都具有良好的杀灭作用,稳定性好,对皮肤无刺激,同时具有保湿护肤功效。

本发明涉及洗手液技术领域,尤其涉及一种百里酚纳米粒子免洗洗手液及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前国内外常用的杀菌剂成分是合成的有机小分子类,如二氯苯氧氯酚、醋酸氯己定等。这些杀菌剂虽然杀菌效果强,但是已经有报道称二氯苯氧氯酚等存在致癌风险,尤其对新生儿,会导致畸变。而利用草本植物提取物来作为消毒剂,更加安全。
百里酚是从百里香中被发现并提取出来。百里酚是一种非常有效的抗菌剂,且毒性低,对口腔咽喉粘膜有杀菌、杀真菌作用,对龋齿腔有防腐作用,常用于口腔、咽喉的消毒杀菌、皮肤癣菌病、放射菌病及耳炎。但是百里酚不溶于水、不稳定,限制了其在日常生活中的使用。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种百里酚纳米粒子免洗洗手液及其制备方法,有效解决百里酚的不稳定和不溶于水的问题,所得洗手液具有广谱、高效的杀菌效果,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌都具有良好的杀灭作用,稳定性好,对皮肤无刺激,同时具有保湿护肤功效。

优选地,杀菌护肤物料的制备方法如下:将艾草、薄荷、金银花、藏红花加入水中煮沸,保温,过滤得到滤渣和第一滤液;将滤渣加入水中煮沸,保温,过滤得到第二滤液;将第一滤液和第二滤液混合后,浓缩得到浸膏;将浸膏和蜂王浆混合均匀得到杀菌护肤物料。

优选地,百里酚纳米粒子精华液的制备方法如下:将卵磷脂和胆固醇混合均匀,再加入百里酚混合均匀,干燥,接着加入磷酸缓冲盐溶液震荡,水浴超声,黑暗环境静置得到百里酚纳米粒子精华液。

本发明还提出的上述百里酚纳米粒子免洗洗手液的制备方法,将卡波姆加入蒸馏水中,加入过程中不停搅拌至完全溶胀;再加入1,2丙二醇、羟乙基尿素、乳酸钠、香精和色素搅拌0.8~1.2h至均匀,再加入百里酚纳米粒子精华液,搅拌0.4~0.6h,然后加入三乙醇胺形成凝胶得到百里酚纳米粒子免洗洗手液。
本发明采用卵磷脂和胆固醇混合形成磷脂膜,包覆在百里酚表面形成百里酚纳米粒子,使百里酚分子与氧气隔绝,从而提高了百里酚分子的稳定性,同时磷脂膜具有亲水基团,使百里酚纳米粒子能溶于水,易于与其他原料混合均匀,并且纳米粒子跟易于进入细菌细胞内部,可以更加有效帮助杀菌。再辅以艾草、薄荷、金银花的提取物,四者相互配合,使本发明所得洗手液具有广泛的抗菌谱,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌都具有良好的杀灭作用,对皮肤真菌、白喉杆菌、结核杆菌、霍乱弧菌、痢疾杆菌和白色念珠菌都有抑制作用,还具有抗流感病毒的效果。同时艾草和藏红花的提取物相互配合,对皮肤没有任何不良刺激,能滋润皮肤,增强皮肤营养,促进皮肤血液循环,与蜂王浆相互配合,可以有效防止皮肤脱水、硬化、起皱,从而保持皮肤角质层中的水分,令肌肤嫩滑富有弹性。1,2-丙二醇、羟乙基尿素、乳酸钠可以进一步促进艾草和藏红花的提取物渗透进入角质层中,增加皮肤含水量,缓解干燥,填补细纹,增加皮肤弹性。本发明采用三乙醇胺、1,2-丙二醇、羟乙基尿素、乳酸钠相互配合作为保湿剂和抗冻剂,以卡波姆和三乙醇胺作为增稠剂,使本发明所得洗手液性能稳定,可以进一步保护使用者洗手后皮肤不干燥、不起皮。
综上所述,本发明所得洗手液具有广谱、高效的杀菌效果,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌都具有良好的杀灭作用,稳定性好,对皮肤无刺激,同时具有保湿护肤功效。

实施例2
本发明提出的一种百里酚纳米粒子免洗洗手液,其原料按重量百分比包括:百里酚纳米粒子精华液1.5%,卡波姆0.1%,三乙醇胺0.09%,1,2-丙二醇0.05%,羟乙基尿素0.15%,乳酸钠0.05%,香精0.15%,食用色素0.05%,余量为蒸馏水。

百里酚纳米粒子精华液的制备方法如下:按体积份数将2份浓度为10mg/mL的卵磷脂氯仿溶液和2份浓度为2mg/mL的胆固醇氯仿溶液混合均匀,旋蒸得到磷脂膜,再加入2份浓度为1mg/mL的百里酚甲醇溶液混合均匀,氮气干燥,抽真空12h,接着加入5份磷酸缓冲盐溶液震荡15min,水浴超声10min,黑暗环境静置2h得到百里酚纳米粒子精华液,黑暗环境温度为37℃。

百里酚纳米粒子精华液的制备方法如下:按体积份数将3份浓度为8mg/mL的卵磷脂氯仿溶液和3份浓度为1mg/mL的胆固醇氯仿溶液混合均匀,旋蒸得到磷脂膜,再加入6份浓度为0.5mg/mL的百里酚甲醇溶液混合均匀,氮气干燥,抽真空15h,接着加入4份磷酸缓冲盐溶液震荡20min,水浴超声8min,黑暗环境静置2.5h得到百里酚纳米粒子精华液,黑暗环境温度为37℃。
杀菌护肤物料的制备方法如下:按重量份将25份艾草、16份薄荷、15份金银花、10份藏红花加入清水中煮沸,保温2h,过滤得到滤渣和第一滤液;将滤渣加入清水中煮沸,保温1.5h,过滤得到第二滤液;将第一滤液和第二滤液混合后,浓缩至密度为1.05g/mL得到浸膏;将浸膏和20份蜂王浆混合均匀得到杀菌护肤物料。

本发明提出的一种百里酚纳米粒子免洗洗手液,其原料按重量百分比包括:百里酚纳米粒子精华液1.2%,杀菌护肤物料0.25%,卡波姆0.25%,三乙醇胺0.06%,1,2-丙二醇0.12%,羟乙基尿素0.08%,乳酸钠0.12%,香精0.08%,食用色素0.12%,余量为蒸馏水。
百里酚纳米粒子精华液的制备方法如下:按体积份数将1份浓度为12mg/mL的卵磷脂氯仿溶液和1份浓度为3mg/mL的胆固醇氯仿溶液混合均匀,旋蒸得到磷脂膜,再加入4份浓度为1.5mg/mL的百里酚甲醇溶液混合均匀,氮气干燥,抽真空10h,接着加入6份磷酸缓冲盐溶液震荡10min,水浴超声12min,黑暗环境静置1.5h得到百里酚纳米粒子精华液,黑暗环境温度为37℃。
杀菌护肤物料的制备方法如下:按重量份将30份艾草、13份薄荷、20份金银花、7份藏红花加入清水中煮沸,保温2.6h,过滤得到滤渣和第一滤液;将滤渣加入清水中煮沸,保温1h,过滤得到第二滤液;将第一滤液和第二滤液混合后,浓缩至密度为1.10g/mL得到浸膏;将浸膏和15份蜂王浆混合均匀得到杀菌护肤物料。
对本发明实施例3所得百里酚纳米粒子免洗洗手液进行杀菌效果检测(采用载体法测量抑菌圈实验):各细菌分别在培养液中37℃震荡培养24h,然后稀释其菌液至细菌浓度为1×108CFU/mL,在琼脂培养皿上均匀涂抹上细菌。将直径6mm的圆纸片置于1mL实施例3所得百里酚纳米粒子免洗洗手液浸泡,然后置于接种后的培养皿中,37℃培养24h。其结果如下:

2.根据权利要求1所述百里酚纳米粒子免洗洗手液,其特征在于,杀菌护肤物料的制备方法如下:将艾草、薄荷、金银花、藏红花加入水中煮沸,保温,过滤得到滤渣和第一滤液;将滤渣加入水中煮沸,保温,过滤得到第二滤液;将第一滤液和第二滤液混合后,浓缩得到浸膏;将浸膏和蜂王浆混合均匀得到杀菌护肤物料。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述百里酚纳米粒子免洗洗手液,其特征在于,杀菌护肤物料的制备方法如下:按重量份将25~30份艾草、13~16份薄荷、15~20份金银花、7~10份藏红花加入清水中煮沸,保温2~2.6h,过滤得到滤渣和第一滤液;将滤渣加入清水中煮沸,保温1~1.5h,过滤得到第二滤液;将第一滤液和第二滤液混合后,浓缩至密度为1.05~1.10g/mL得到浸膏;将浸膏和15~20份蜂王浆混合均匀得到杀菌护肤物料。
4.根据权利要求1所述百里酚纳米粒子免洗洗手液,其特征在于,百里酚纳米粒子精华液的制备方法如下:将浓度为8~12mg/mL的卵磷脂氯仿溶液和浓度为1~3mg/mL的胆固醇氯仿溶液混合均匀,旋蒸得到磷脂膜,再加入浓度为0.5~1.5mg/mL的百里酚甲醇溶液混合均匀,氮气干燥,抽真空10~15h,接着加入磷酸缓冲盐溶液震荡10~20min,水浴超声8~12min,黑暗环境静置1.5~2.5h得到百里酚纳米粒子精华液,黑暗环境温度为37℃。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述百里酚纳米粒子免洗洗手液,其特征在于,百里酚纳米粒子精华液的制备方法如下:按体积份数将1~3份浓度为8~12mg/mL的卵磷脂氯仿溶液和1~3份浓度为1~3mg/mL的胆固醇氯仿溶液混合均匀,旋蒸得到磷脂膜,再加入4~6份浓度为0.5~1.5mg/mL的百里酚甲醇溶液混合均匀,氮气干燥,抽真空10~15h,接着加入4~6份磷酸缓冲盐溶液震荡10~20min,水浴超声8~12min,黑暗环境静置1.5~2.5h得到百里酚纳米粒子精华液,黑暗环境温度为37℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述百里酚纳米粒子免洗洗手液,其特征在于,其原料按重量百分比包括:百里酚纳米粒子精华液1%,卡波姆0.2%,三乙醇胺0.07%,1,2-丙二醇0.1%,羟乙基尿素0.1%,乳酸钠0.1%,香精0.1%,食用色素0.1%,余量为蒸馏水。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述百里酚纳米粒子免洗洗手液的制备方法,其特征在于,将卡波姆加入蒸馏水中,加入过程中不停搅拌至完全溶胀;再加入1,2-丙二醇、羟乙基尿素、乳酸钠、香精和色素搅拌0.8~1.2h至均匀,再加入百里酚纳米粒子精华液,搅拌0.4~0.6h,然后加入三乙醇胺形成凝胶得到百里酚纳米粒子免洗洗手液。
