一种墙面复合无纺布的制备方法,包括薄膜的制备、纤维层的制备,制成网状的长纤维层,将短纤维制成短纤维层;纤维浸泡、胶水的制备、将长纤维层附在薄膜上方,短纤维层附在薄膜下方,中间涂上胶水,通过热压,完成合成。本发明的有益效果是:本发明所采用的淀粉来源丰富、价格低廉,对环境友好;并且制得的无纺布强度高、生产成本低、可生物降解,能有效缓解白色污染问题,存放时间长,耐高温,耐水,延长使用寿命,减少白色污染,保护环境。

背景技术:
随着塑料工业的蓬勃发展,废旧塑料薄膜垃圾带来的环境污染也日趋严重,白色污染成为全球瞩目的环境问题。因此,人们必须要加大力度去开发生物可降解的塑料薄膜,治理塑料废弃物对环境所带来污染问题。
无纺布占据了薄膜一部分市场,强度较薄膜强,但是寿命短,阳光直射,长时间无纺布即变脆。
淀粉是一种来源丰富、价格低廉的天然高分子材料,也是一种取之不尽用之不竭的可再生资源,它能在多种环境条件下被生物降解,最终降解产物二氧化碳和水可以通过植物的光合作用再循环,不会对环境造成任何污染。然而淀粉分子链上含有大量羟基,容易在分子链内和分子链外形成氢键,因此难溶、难熔,并且耐水性差,一遇水或长期存放在潮湿空气中容易吸收水分,影响其稳定性。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种工艺简单、生产成本低且对环境友好的墙面复合无纺布的制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种墙面复合无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于:包括:
1)薄膜的制备:磷酸氢二钠15-20份、玉米淀粉100-150份、聚乙烯45-55份、甘油10-15份、鱼磷胶5-10份、聚乳酸5-8份、纳米二氧化硅3-8份、石蜡5-10份、过氧化二异丙苯1-4份、炙款冬花10-12份,炒桔梗5-8份,炙僵蚕10-12份,川贝母3-5份,炙罂粟壳3-5份,炙全蝎1-2份,花茶4-5份;
将组成原料中的炙款冬花、炒桔梗、炙僵蚕、川贝母、炙罂粟壳和炙全蝎,放入蒸馏瓶中,加入5倍的清水,蒸煮,至蒸馏瓶中的水蒸干,收集水蒸气,水蒸气重新液化;同时将花茶放入开水中浸泡,水量为300ml,浸泡5-8分钟,过滤水,得到花茶水;再将收集的水蒸气与花茶水混合,得到混合液;
按配比将混合液和磷酸氢二钠放入搅拌槽中,在不断搅拌下升温至60℃,使得磷酸氢二钠溶液完全溶解,按配比将玉米淀粉和磷酸氢二钠溶液充分混合后加入反应器中,物料在反应器中搅拌升温70-80℃,当混合液减少到20%以下时,升温至150-200℃,使淀粉与磷酸氢二钠进行反应,当物料的黏度大于50Pa·s时,终止反应,降温出料,即得磷酸酯淀粉;
机械搅拌下依次向甘油和鱼磷胶中加入聚乳酸、纳米二氧化硅、石蜡和过氧化二异丙苯,然后与聚乙烯和制备的磷酸酯淀粉一起加入到高速混合机中,充分混合;
将混合均匀的物料加入到挤出机中,经螺杆的转动、挤压和搅拌,物料在一定温度作用下熔融塑化,并在螺杆推动下,经过滤网、分流板后通过机头环形口模间隙挤出成薄壁管,然后在流动状态下趁热用压缩空气将其吹胀,冷却定型、夹平,由导辊压紧牵引入卷取辊,即得薄膜;
2)纤维层的制备:磷酸氢二钠15-20份、玉米淀粉100-150份、苯酚99-109份、甲醛101-120份、烧碱8-10份、尿素120-150份、氢氧化铵15-25份、水200-220份;
①按配比将水和磷酸氢二钠放入搅拌槽中,在不断搅拌下升温至60℃,使得磷酸氢二钠溶液完全溶解,按配比将玉米淀粉和磷酸氢二钠溶液充分混合后加入反应器中,物料在反应器中搅拌升温70-80℃,当水量减少到20%以下时,升温至150-200℃,使淀粉与磷酸氢二钠进行反应,当物料的黏度大于50Pa·s时,终止反应,降温出料,即得磷酸酯淀粉。

将组成原料中的荆芥、炒桔梗、蒸百部、蒸白前、蒸紫菀、梨皮和炒甘草,放入蒸馏瓶中,加入5倍的清水,蒸煮,至蒸馏瓶中的水蒸干,收集水蒸气,水蒸气重新液化;同时将花茶放入开水中浸泡,水量为300ml,浸泡5-8分钟,过滤水,得到花茶水;再将收集的水蒸气与花茶水混合;
将双降解母料熔融后通过气流牵伸纺丝制成网状的长纤维层;将短纤维制成短纤维层;
再将纤维层浸泡在浸泡液中,加热,水温控制在60℃,浸泡10-11小时,取出晾干;
4)胶水的制备:MQ硅树脂5-9份、107硅橡胶2-5份、催化剂0.7-1份、增粘剂0.7-1份、200#溶解汽油2-4份;
将MQ硅树脂和107硅橡胶搅拌混合,同时加入催化剂,在90℃以上的高温下至完全混合;再将200#溶解汽油加入调节粘度,同时加入增粘剂,搅拌20分钟即可;
5)无纺布的合成:将长纤维层附在薄膜上方,短纤维层附在薄膜下方,中间涂上胶水,通过热压,完成合成。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所采用的淀粉来源丰富、价格低廉,对环境友好;并且制得的无纺布强度高、生产成本低、可生物降解,能有效缓解白色污染问题,存放时间长,耐高温,耐水,延长使用寿命,减少白色污染,同时本身不含有任何甲醛等有害气体,并且通过浸泡液的浸泡,时刻散出药物成分,保证不对人体造成损害,保护环境。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
具体实施例:一种墙面复合无纺布的制备方法,包括:
1)薄膜的制备:磷酸氢二钠15份、玉米淀粉100份、聚乙烯45份、甘油10份、鱼磷胶5份、聚乳酸5份、纳米二氧化硅3份、石蜡5份、过氧化二异丙苯1份、炙款冬花10份,炒桔梗5份,炙僵蚕10份,川贝母3份,炙罂粟壳3份,炙全蝎1份,花茶4份;
将组成原料中的炙款冬花、炒桔梗、炙僵蚕、川贝母、炙罂粟壳和炙全蝎,放入蒸馏瓶中,加入5倍的清水,蒸煮,至蒸馏瓶中的水蒸干,收集水蒸气,水蒸气重新液化;同时将花茶放入开水中浸泡,水量为300ml,浸泡5-8分钟,过滤水,得到花茶水;再将收集的水蒸气与花茶水混合,得到混合液;
按配比将混合液和磷酸氢二钠放入搅拌槽中,在不断搅拌下升温至60℃,使得磷酸氢二钠溶液完全溶解,按配比将玉米淀粉和磷酸氢二钠溶液充分混合后加入反应器中,物料在反应器中搅拌升温70-80℃,当混合液减少到20%以下时,升温至150-200℃,使淀粉与磷酸氢二钠进行反应,当物料的黏度大于50Pa·s时,终止反应,降温出料,即得磷酸酯淀粉;
机械搅拌下依次向甘油和鱼磷胶中加入聚乳酸、纳米二氧化硅、石蜡和过氧化二异丙苯,然后与聚乙烯和制备的磷酸酯淀粉一起加入到高速混合机中,充分混合;
将混合均匀的物料加入到挤出机中,经螺杆的转动、挤压和搅拌,物料在一定温度作用下熔融塑化,并在螺杆推动下,经过滤网、分流板后通过机头环形口模间隙挤出成薄壁管,然后在流动状态下趁热用压缩空气将其吹胀,冷却定型、夹平,由导辊压紧牵引入卷取辊,即得薄膜;
2)纤维层的制备:磷酸氢二钠15份、玉米淀粉100份、苯酚99份、甲醛101份、烧碱8份、尿素120份、氢氧化铵15份、水200份;
①按配比将水和磷酸氢二钠放入搅拌槽中,在不断搅拌下升温至60℃,使得磷酸氢二钠溶液完全溶解,按配比将玉米淀粉和磷酸氢二钠溶液充分混合后加入反应器中,物料在反应器中搅拌升温70-80℃,当水量减少到20%以下时,升温至150-200℃,使淀粉与磷酸氢二钠进行反应,当物料的黏度大于50Pa·s时,终止反应,降温出料,即得磷酸酯淀粉。
②将甲醛和苯酚混合;
③将②中的混合后的溶剂与步骤1中的磷酸酯淀粉加入到瓶中,搅拌,5-9小时;
④再升温,加入烧碱和尿素,在90-100℃下保持反应1小时;
⑤加入对氢氧化铵调节PH值6-7,终止反应,降温;
⑥然后用经双螺杆挤出机挤出、水冷、切割后制得双降解母料;
3)浸泡液的制备:荆芥8份,炒桔梗8份,蒸百部8份,蒸白前8份,蒸紫菀8份,梨皮5份,炒甘草3份,花茶4份;
将组成原料中的荆芥、炒桔梗、蒸百部、蒸白前、蒸紫菀、梨皮和炒甘草,放入蒸馏瓶中,加入5倍的清水,蒸煮,至蒸馏瓶中的水蒸干,收集水蒸气,水蒸气重新液化;同时将花茶放入开水中浸泡,水量为300ml,浸泡5-8分钟,过滤水,得到花茶水;再将收集的水蒸气与花茶水混合;

实施例二:一种墙面复合无纺布的制备方法,包括:
1)薄膜的制备:磷酸氢二钠20份、玉米淀粉150份、聚乙烯55份、甘油15份、鱼磷胶10份、聚乳酸8份、纳米二氧化硅8份、石蜡10份、过氧化二异丙苯4份、炙款冬花12份,炒桔梗8份,炙僵蚕12份,川贝母5份,炙罂粟壳5份,炙全蝎2份,花茶5份;
将组成原料中的炙款冬花、炒桔梗、炙僵蚕、川贝母、炙罂粟壳和炙全蝎,放入蒸馏瓶中,加入5倍的清水,蒸煮,至蒸馏瓶中的水蒸干,收集水蒸气,水蒸气重新液化;同时将花茶放入开水中浸泡,水量为300ml,浸泡5-8分钟,过滤水,得到花茶水;再将收集的水蒸气与花茶水混合,得到混合液;
按配比将混合液和磷酸氢二钠放入搅拌槽中,在不断搅拌下升温至60℃,使得磷酸氢二钠溶液完全溶解,按配比将玉米淀粉和磷酸氢二钠溶液充分混合后加入反应器中,物料在反应器中搅拌升温70-80℃,当混合液减少到20%以下时,升温至150-200℃,使淀粉与磷酸氢二钠进行反应,当物料的黏度大于50Pa·s时,终止反应,降温出料,即得磷酸酯淀粉;

①按配比将水和磷酸氢二钠放入搅拌槽中,在不断搅拌下升温至60℃,使得磷酸氢二钠溶液完全溶解,按配比将玉米淀粉和磷酸氢二钠溶液充分混合后加入反应器中,物料在反应器中搅拌升温70-80℃,当水量减少到20%以下时,升温至150-200℃,使淀粉与磷酸氢二钠进行反应,当物料的黏度大于50Pa·s时,终止反应,降温出料,即得磷酸酯淀粉。
②将甲醛和苯酚混合;

将双降解母料熔融后通过气流牵伸纺丝制成网状的长纤维层;将短纤维制成短纤维层;
再将纤维层浸泡在浸泡液中,加热,水温控制在60℃,浸泡10-11小时,取出晾干;
4)胶水的制备:MQ硅树脂9份、107硅橡胶5份、催化剂1份、增粘剂1份、200#溶解汽油4份;
将MQ硅树脂和107硅橡胶搅拌混合,同时加入催化剂,在90℃以上的高温下至完全混合;再将200#溶解汽油加入调节粘度,同时加入增粘剂,搅拌20分钟即可;
5)无纺布的合成:将长纤维层附在薄膜上方,短纤维层附在薄膜下方,中间涂上胶水,通过热压,完成合成。

Claims (1)

1.一种墙面复合无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于:包括:
1)薄膜的制备:磷酸氢二钠15-20份、玉米淀粉100-150份、聚乙烯45-55份、甘油10-15份、鱼磷胶5-10份、聚乳酸5-8份、纳米二氧化硅3-8份、石蜡5-10份、过氧化二异丙苯1-4份、炙款冬花10-12份,炒桔梗5-8份,炙僵蚕10-12份,川贝母3-5份,炙罂粟壳3-5份,炙全蝎1-2份,花茶4-5份;
将组成原料中的炙款冬花、炒桔梗、炙僵蚕、川贝母、炙罂粟壳和炙全蝎,放入蒸馏瓶中,加入5倍的清水,蒸煮,至蒸馏瓶中的水蒸干,收集水蒸气,水蒸气重新液化;同时将花茶放入开水中浸泡,水量为300ml,浸泡5-8分钟,过滤水,得到花茶水;再将收集的水蒸气与花茶水混合,得到混合液;
按配比将混合液和磷酸氢二钠放入搅拌槽中,在不断搅拌下升温至60℃,使得磷酸氢二钠溶液完全溶解,按配比将玉米淀粉和磷酸氢二钠溶液充分混合后加入反应器中,物料在反应器中搅拌升温70-80℃,当混合液减少到20%以下时,升温至150-200℃,使淀粉与磷酸氢二钠进行反应,当物料的黏度大于50Pa·s时,终止反应,降温出料,即得磷酸酯淀粉;
机械搅拌下依次向甘油和鱼磷胶中加入聚乳酸、纳米二氧化硅、石蜡和过氧化二异丙苯,然后与聚乙烯和制备的磷酸酯淀粉一起加入到高速混合机中,充分混合;
将混合均匀的物料加入到挤出机中,经螺杆的转动、挤压和搅拌,物料在一定温度作用下熔融塑化,并在螺杆推动下,经过滤网、分流板后通过机头环形口模间隙挤出成薄壁管,然后在流动状态下趁热用压缩空气将其吹胀,冷却定型、夹平,由导辊压紧牵引入卷取辊,即得薄膜;
2)纤维层的制备:磷酸氢二钠15-20份、玉米淀粉100-150份、苯酚99-109份、甲醛101-120份、烧碱8-10份、尿素120-150份、氢氧化铵15-25份、水200-220份;
①按配比将水和磷酸氢二钠放入搅拌槽中,在不断搅拌下升温至60℃,使得磷酸氢二钠溶液完全溶解,按配比将玉米淀粉和磷酸氢二钠溶液充分混合后加入反应器中,物料在反应器中搅拌升温70-80℃,当水量减少到20%以下时,升温至150-200℃,使淀粉与磷酸氢二钠进行反应,当物料的黏度大于50Pa·s时,终止反应,降温出料,即得磷酸酯淀粉。
②将甲醛和苯酚混合;
③将②中的混合后的溶剂与步骤1中的磷酸酯淀粉加入到瓶中,搅拌,5-9小时;
④再升温,加入烧碱和尿素,在90-100℃下保持反应1小时;

将组成原料中的荆芥、炒桔梗、蒸百部、蒸白前、蒸紫菀、梨皮和炒甘草,放入蒸馏瓶中,加入5倍的清水,蒸煮,至蒸馏瓶中的水蒸干,收集水蒸气,水蒸气重新液化;同时将花茶放入开水中浸泡,水量为300ml,浸泡5-8分钟,过滤水,得到花茶水;再将收集的水蒸气与花茶水混合;
将双降解母料熔融后通过气流牵伸纺丝制成网状的长纤维层;将短纤维制成短纤维层;
再将纤维层浸泡在浸泡液中,加热,水温控制在60℃,浸泡10-11小时,取出晾干;

5)无纺布的合成:将长纤维层附在薄膜上方,短纤维层附在薄膜下方,中间涂上胶水,通过热压,完成合成。
