本发明涉及一种戒断吸毒成瘾的注射液及其制造方法。该药和制造方法的特征是盐酸氯胺酮∶盐酸异丙嗪∶东莨菪硷＝100～350∶80～120∶1～3为重量比；将盐酸氯胺酮、盐酸异丙嗪、东莨菪硷药品按上述比例混匀，加入注射用水溶解，灭菌封装即成产品。该药具有制造方法简单，疗效好，副作用小，戒断时间短，复吸率低等优点。

戒毒注射液及其制造方法
本发明涉及一种戒断吸毒成瘾的注射液及其制造方法，该药尤其适用于海洛英吸嗜或注射成瘾者的彻底治疗。
现有的麻醉成瘾戒断-即毒瘾戒断有两种方法，即强迫戒断和药物戒断两种方法。强迫戒断法对人体带来较大痛苦，对于许多患者不易接受，目前普遍采用的药物美散铜等，该药戒断时间长，治疗效果差，副作用大，复吸率高等缺点；二氢埃托啡法较过去的方法优越，但仍为一种姑息性治疗法。
本发明的目的是旨在发明一种毒瘾戒断注射液及其制造方法，这种毒瘾戒断注射液具有戒断时间短、疗效好、副作用小、复吸率低等优点，尤其是本药戒断后，患者不但对原毒品不产生愿望，而且对此药亦不产生依赖性，而且没有不适反应。
本发明毒瘾戒断注射液的配方为：盐酸氯胺酮∶盐酸异丙嗪∶东莨菪硷=100～350∶80～120∶1～3(重量比)，其余成份为水。
该发明毒瘾戒断注射液的制造方法特征是：(1)盐酸氯胺酮∶盐酸异丙嗪∶东莨菪硷=100～350∶80～120∶1～3(重量比)；(2)将盐酸氯胺酮、盐酸异丙嗪、东莨菪硷药品按上述重量比混匀，再加注射用水溶解，灭菌封装即成产品。盐酸氯胺酮的别名为凯他敏或C1-581等，盐酸异丙嗪的别名为盐酸啡那根，东莨菪硷的别名为HYosclne。人体每次用药量按每公斤体重计量为：盐酸氯胺酮为0．2～0．7mg；盐酸异丙嗪为0．16～0．24mg；东莨菪硷为0．002～0．006mg。在使用中一般不能超过上限和下限，超过上限则使病人难以承受，其副作用较大，反之则治疗效果差。该药被制成针剂后，使用时采用肌肉或静脉注射，轻者一日注射三次，重者一日注射五次。轻者三日，重者五日就可使吸毒者无嗜毒之愿望，只有失眠和烦燥仍然存在，为阵发性，但食欲恢复，二便正常，自感有重新恢复到以往的感觉，能痛感吸毒之苦，大有重新做人之志、患者戒断后最主要的反应为失眠，夜间烦燥，安定等镇静药几乎无效，约十日后可自行消失。
该药的制造方法简便，造价低。这种药具有疗效好，副作用小，戒断时间短，复吸率低等优点。
本发明的实施例为：称取氯胺酮135mg，异丙嗪90mg，东茛菪硷0．9mg。经混匀后，再加入18毫升的注射用水，混匀溶解后，然后将此药液分为九份灭菌分装成安瓿即可成为产品。使用时，每份成人每注射一支，每日三次，一日后见效，三日后就见大效。

1、一种戒毒注射液，其特征是该药中的药品成份为盐酸氯胺酮、盐酸异丙嗪、东莨菪硷，其余成份为水，盐酸氯胺酮盐酸异丙嗪∶东莨菪硷=100～350∶80～120∶1～3(重量比)其余成份为水。
2、一种戒毒注射液的制造方法，其特征是：
(1)盐酸氯胺酮∶盐酸异丙嗪∶东莨菪硷=100～350∶80～120∶1～3(重量比)；
(2)将盐酸氯胺酮、盐酸异丙嗪、东莨菪硷药品按上述重量比混匀，再加入注射用水溶解，灭菌封装即成产品。
