技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐高温绝缘线,特别涉及一种氟塑料耐高温绝电缆。
背景技术
目前,在国内的各种建筑工程固定布线用电线电缆是量大面广的产品,不但涉及到千家万户,而且工业厂房、商业、办公楼、娱乐、石油、矿山、船舶等防火安全条件高的场合,建筑工程固定布线用电线电缆目前在世界上主要是以IEC为代表的聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆,即国家标准GB5023-2008和机械行业标准JB8734-1998中所包含的部分产品,电缆的绝缘层大都采用含卤的绝缘材料,故一经火灾就会蔓延燃烧,并产生大量的烟雾和有害的腐蚀性卤化氢气体,形成“二次灾害”;近年来,健康环保意识深入人心,环境问题已经成为众人关注的一个焦点,不仅欧洲、美国、日本等发达国家对与电线有关的公害十分重视,制订了一系列严格的法律,我国也规定在大中型建筑和公共场所不应使用PVC等非环保电缆。为应对欧盟环保指令,国内建筑业、电子业等领域也相应出台环保法规。
发明内容
本发明为了解决以上问题提供了一种结构简单、耐高温、低烟阻燃、重量轻、生产成本低、使用寿命长的耐高温绝缘电缆。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种耐高温绝缘电缆,所述的电缆包括若干导体、氟塑料绝缘层、硅橡胶内护套、耐高温薄膜绕包带、硅橡胶外护套和涂层,所述的每根导体外设置有绝缘层,所述的绝缘层外设置有内护套构成绝缘线芯,所述的若干绝缘线芯外挤包内护套构成绝缘缆芯,所述的缆芯外设置有绕包带,所述的绕包带外设置有外护套,所述的外护套外设置有涂层。
所述的导体由若干铜丝相互铰接成束而成。
本发明的耐高温绝缘电缆结构简单、耐高温、低烟阻燃、重量轻、生产成本低、使用寿命长。

本实施例中的导体由若干铜丝相互铰接成束而成。
