背景技术
现有在宽带局域网中使用的数字通信对称电缆,由于电缆结构上的原因,其阻燃、防火性能不够好,使用场所一旦发生火灾,电缆容易引燃,不仅导致通信中断,还会产生有毒有害气体,对人造成伤害。
发明内容
为了克服现有宽带局域网用对称电缆的不足,本实用新型提供一种高阻燃防火型宽带局域网用对称电缆。这种电缆阻燃、防火性能好,使用场所一旦发生火灾,电缆不容易引燃,不会导致通信中断,也不会产生有毒有害气体。
本实用新型提供一种高阻燃防火型宽带局域网用对称电缆,包括缆芯及其外护套,在缆芯内设有数个导线组,每个导线组内具有数个导线对,在缆芯与外护套之间依次设有云母铝箔复合带层和镀锡铜丝编织层,在云母铝箔复合带层与镀锡铜丝编织层之间设有排流线。
本实用新型的有益效果是:阻燃、防火性能好,使用场所一旦发生火灾,电缆不容易引燃,不会导致通信中断,也不会产生有毒有害气体;而且,本实用新型的屏蔽性能佳。

具体实施方式
参照图1,本实用新型的导线3由导体2外包覆绝缘层4而制成,将两根导线3绞合成导线对5,再将数个导线对5绞合成导线组1,然后将数个导线组1绞合制成缆芯6,在缆芯6外包覆以云母带为基带、一面粘贴玻璃纤维布、另一面粘贴带铝箔的聚酯薄膜层的云母铝箔复合带层7,再在云母铝箔复合带层7外设置排流线9,然后依次包覆镀锡铜丝编织层8和由低烟无卤护套料制成的外护套10,即制成本实用新型。

1.一种高阻燃防火型宽带局域网用对称电缆,包括缆芯及其外护套,在缆芯内设有数个导线组,每个导线组内具有数个导线对,其特征在于在缆芯与外护套之间依次设有云母铝箔复合带层和镀锡铜丝编织层,在云母铝箔复合带层与镀锡铜丝编织层之间设有排流线。
