[0002] 近年来随着国民对质量、环保、低碳、安全的认识度越来越高,特别是随着全球环境问题的日益恶化,迫使人们对环境问题的研究越来越重视,同时政府部门也对在大中型建筑或公共场所禁止使用环保型电缆的规定,而目前我国工程项目和家居布线行业任然大量采用普通PVC材料,竞争也是如火如荼,这使得国内许多厂家采用偷工减料的手法来降低成本,这使得生产的线缆存在很大的安全隐患,无疑会影响消费者的生命财产安全。在欧盟、美国、日本等国分别对线缆产品制定了严格的环保标准,并通过立法来禁止PVC材料的应用,逐步限制PVC线缆的生产。根据统计,国际上35%的火灾是因为电线老化短路引起的,火灾中三分之一的人员死亡是因为PVC线缆燃烧释放的毒气造成的。针对上述的问题,现行业大多采用低烟无卤材料替代,但通过对实际安装敷设、使用的调查表明,低烟无卤材料吸水性强,耐磨性差(主要表现在穿管过程中,绝缘层容易破损),从而造成敷设一段时间后或刚刚敷设好,就出现绝缘电阻低于电阻低于安全值,安全性差。
[0003] 现在传统的电力电缆,大都采用圆形单线绞合导体,绞合导体的填充系数为0.75,经紧压后填充系数达到0.82-0.92,因此造成的导体外径偏大,增加了绝缘、填充、铠装和护套材料的用量,从而增大了生产成本和达不到环保的目的,而普通铠装电缆护套采用PVC材料,材料中含有齒族元素,燃烧时产生有毒气体,该气体发烟量大,透光率低,不仅造成环境污染,而且还制约火灾现场的救援工作。
[0004] 现在的电缆使用用途越来越广,这样电缆就会应用到各个复杂的环境中,就要求电缆要具有各种抗性性能,但现在电缆的防火性能太差,电缆外护套的材质直接影响着电缆的防腐蚀特性、电缆敷设的难易程度,而且影响电缆的使用寿命,为用户的使用带来各种不便;并且人们的环保意识越来越重,则要求电缆也环保、安全。现有环保电缆包括导体、聚氯乙烯制成的绝缘层、聚氯乙烯制成的填充层和聚氯乙烯制成的保护层;绝缘层包裹导体,填充层包裹绝缘层,保护层包裹填充层,现有环保电缆是聚氯乙烯制成的,含有大量卤素,环保电缆燃烧会产生大量的氯化氢,氯化氢有毒,会使人员健康受到伤害、生命受到威胁。

1.耐火环保设备,包括外护套层(12),其特征在于:外护套层(12)内设有玻璃丝填充层(10 ),所述玻璃丝填充层(10 )内设有内村层(9 ),所述内村层(9 )内设有耐高温隔热层(8),所述耐高温隔热层(8)内设有硅橡胶纤维布层(7),所述硅橡胶纤维布层(7)内设有波浪形耐火层(6 ),所述波浪形耐火层(6 )内设有铜片绝缘层(5 ),所述铜片绝缘层(5 )内并排设有三个分屏层(4 ),所述三个分屏层(4 )内均设有外绝缘层(3 ),所述三个外绝缘层(3 )内均设有内绝缘层(2 ),所述三个内绝缘层(2 )内均设有S型联锁铠装层(I),所述的三个S型联锁铠装层(I)内设有低烟无卤环保套(1-1),所述三个低烟无卤环保套(1-1)内设有导体(1-2),所述导体(1-2)采用异型单线通过预扭成型相互绞合,所述低烟无卤环保(1-1)内与导体(1-2)空隙处用无卤填充绳填充(1-3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐火环保设备,其特征在于:所述波浪形耐火层(6)的上下两个波峰之间的距离为2-5mm,所述波浪形耐火层(6)材质为铝合金。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐火环保设备,其特征在于:所述导体(1-2)的材质为铝合金,所述导体的直径为5_50mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐火环保设备,其特征在于:所述铜片绝缘层(5)与三个分屏层(4)之间填充有玻璃丝,所述三个分屏层(4)呈三角形排列。
