技术领域
本发明属于轴承,特别涉及一种大型机械使用的一种空心滚子轴承。
背景技术
轴承是机械中的一种重要部件之一,它的技术性能好坏对机械的性能好坏,使用寿命长短,起到至关重要的作用。不同机械对轴承技术的要求也各不相同。目前对于大型机械要求轴承的承载能力越来越高,因为它关系到使用寿命。目前使用的圆柱、圆锥、球面滚子轴承都是采用直径一样大小的支柱穿过滚子一端,与保持架盖是螺纹连接,另一端与另外一个保持架盖是焊接在一起,这种结构的设计,在大型机械和振动激烈的设备中焊接处易开焊、松动、断裂,出现轴承早期异常损坏的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术不足,提供一种支柱两端螺纹直径尺寸不同,螺纹直径大的一端采取螺纹连接加焊接的空心滚子轴承。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种空心滚子轴承,包括轴承内圈和轴承外圈,在轴承内圈和轴承外圈之间均匀分布对称的装有多对圆锥滚子,圆锥滚子活动地装在支柱上,支柱外端的螺纹一与保持架小端盖螺纹连接,其特征在于并用焊点将保持架小端盖与支柱固定在一起;支柱内端的螺纹二与保持架大端盖螺纹连接,螺纹一直径Φ1大于螺纹二直径Φ2,其值为1mm~20mm。
本发明的有益效果是:该发明避免了焊接处易开焊、松动、断裂,出现轴承早期异常损坏的现象,提高了使用寿命,方便安装,承载抗震能力强。

具体实施方式
实施例一,参照附图1,一种空心滚子轴承,包括轴承内圈1和轴承外圈7,在轴承内圈1和轴承外圈7之间均匀分布对称的装有多对圆锥滚子6,圆锥滚子6活动地装在支柱4上,支柱4外端的螺纹一2与保持架小端盖5螺纹连接,其特征在于并用焊点3将保持架小端盖5与支柱4固定在一起;支柱4内端的螺纹二9与保持架大端盖8螺纹连接,螺纹一直径Φ1大于螺纹二直径Φ2,其值为1mm~20mm。
轴承内圈1中心设有轴孔10,用于与设备中的轴连接。
安装时,将支柱4螺纹二直径Φ2从螺纹一直径Φ1中插入,安好螺纹后将保持架小端盖5与支柱4通过焊点3焊接在一起。
实施例二,参照附图2,主要技术特征完全同实施例一,只是轴承内圈1、轴承外圈7形状有点区别;支柱4上只装一个圆柱滚子12,保持架端盖二11相当于实施例一中的保持架小端盖5,保持架端盖一13相当于实施例一中的保持架大端盖8;其它结构特点是一样的。
安装时将支柱4螺纹二直径Φ2从螺纹一直径Φ1中插入,拧好螺纹后,将保持架端盖二11与支柱4通过焊点3焊接在一起。

1.一种空心滚子轴承,包括轴承内圈(1)和轴承外圈(7),在轴承内圈(1)和轴承外圈(7)之间均匀分布对称的装有多对圆锥滚子(6),圆锥滚子(6)活动地装在支柱(4)上,支柱(4)外端的螺纹一(2)与保持架小端盖(5)螺纹连接,其特征在于并用焊点(3)将保持架小端盖(5)与支柱(4)固定在一起;支柱(4)内端的螺纹二(9)与保持架大端盖(8)螺纹连接,螺纹一直径(Φ1)大于螺纹二直径(Φ2),其值为1mm~20mm。
