Abstract

本发明公开了一种圆盘泵,包括一泵体、一驱动轴和一圆环等部件,泵体内设置有静止的隔板,密封较好,虽然隔板两侧的压差较大但是不容易发生泄露现象。本发明的圆盘泵的优点是:流量大,压力大,效率较高,适用范围广。

本发明涉及一种圆盘泵。
背景技术
中国实用新型专利ZL200920014912.9公开了一种圆环滑板泵,包括壳体、偏心轴、圆环和滑板、摆轴等部件,具有流量大、结构简单等优点,但是其滑板的两侧液体的压力差极大,滑板又是活动件,其与壳体间较难密封,因此滑板和壶体间极容易发生泄露现象,导致其效率并不高,压力力也不够大。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种流量大,压力大,效率较高,适用范围广的圆盘泵。
本发明通过下述技术方案来解决现有技术中所存在的技术问题:
一种圆盘泵,包括一泵体、一驱动轴和一圆环,所述的泵体为中空的圆盘形结构,所述的驱动轴与所述的泵体的中心转动连接,所述的泵体的侧面设置有一进液管和一出液管,所述的进液管与所述的出液管相互平行布置且布置在所述的泵体的同一侧,所述的泵体内设置有一隔板,所述的隔板沿所述的泵体的径向布置,所述的隔板布置在所述的进液管和出液管之间;所述的圆环上设置有一缺口、内侧设置有一“n”形连接杆,所述的“n”形连接杆的中部布置有一转轴孔,所述的“n”形连接杆的两端与所述的圆环相连接,所述的“n”形连接杆的两端布置在所述的缺口的两侧;所述的驱动轴的端部设置有一连接圆盘,所述的连接圆盘的中心与所述的驱动轴相互垂直连接,所述的连接轴与所述的连接圆盘的边沿相互垂直连接;所述的连接轴与所述的转轴孔转动连接,所述的“n”形连接杆跨在所述的隔板上,所述的缺口卡在所述的隔板上且与所述的隔板的表面相互贴合。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的缺口的两侧分别布置有一月牙板,所述的月牙板与所述的圆环相连接且布置在所述的“n”形连接杆的内侧,所述的月牙板开口朝向内侧布置,所述的月牙板内布置有一拱形密封块,所述的拱形密封块的横截面为拱形、包括一圆弧密封面和一平密封面,所述的圆弧密封面与所述的月牙板滑动连接,所述的平密封面与所述的隔板滑动连接,所述的拱形密封块的两个端面与所述的泵体的内表面滑动连接。
本发明的圆盘泵的优点是:流量大,压力大,效率较高,适用范围广。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的优选实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明的圆盘泵的优点是:流量大,压力大,效率较高,适用范围广。
如图1、图2所示,一种圆盘泵,包括一泵体1、一驱动轴2和一圆环3,该泵体1为中空的圆盘形结构,该驱动轴2与该泵体1的中心转动连接,
如图3所示,该泵体1的侧面设置有一进液管11和一出液管12,该进液管11与该出液管12相互平行布置且布置在该泵体1的同一侧,该泵体1内设置有一隔板13,该隔板13沿该泵体1的径向布置,该隔板13布置在该进液管11和出液管12之间;
如图4所示,该圆环3上设置有一缺口31、内侧设置有一“n”形连接杆32,该“n”形连接杆32的中部布置有一转轴孔33,该“n”形连接杆32的两端与该圆环3相连接,该“n”形连接杆32的两端布置在该缺口31的两侧;
如图5所示,该驱动轴2的端部设置有一连接圆盘21,该连接圆盘21的中心与该驱动轴2相互垂直连接,该连接轴22与该连接圆盘21的边沿相互垂直连接;
如图2所示,该连接轴22与该转轴孔33转动连接,该“n”形连接杆32跨在该隔板13上,该缺口31卡在该隔板13上且与该隔板13的表面相互贴合。
随着该驱动轴2的转动,该连接轴22与该驱动轴为非同轴布置,在该连接轴22的驱动下,该圆环3的表面周期性的贴合在该泵体1的不同部位、该缺口31在该隔板13上滑动,该圆环3可周期性的将该从进液管11中进入的液体推至该出液管12,达到泵的效果。虽然隔板13两侧液体的压力差较大,但是由于隔板13是静止零件,因此较容易完全密封,因而效率较高。
如图2、图5、图6所示,该缺口31的两侧分别布置有一月牙板34,该月牙板34与该圆环3相连接且布置在该“n”形连接杆32的内侧,该月牙板34开口朝向内侧布置,该月牙板34内布置有一拱形密封块4,该拱形密封块4的横截面为拱形、包括一圆弧密封面41和一平密封面42,该圆弧密封面41与该月牙板34滑动连接,该平密封面42与该隔板13滑动连接,该拱形密封块4的两个端面与该泵体1的内表面滑动连接。这一结构能够增加该缺口31与该隔板13间的密封面积,提高密封效果,提高该圆盘泵的可靠性;而且设置该该拱形密封块4后可以避免更换成本较高的圆环3,拱形密封块4被磨损后更换成本也较低。
以上仅仅是本发明的部分实施方式的设计思路,在系统允许的情况下,本发明可以扩展为同时外接更多的功能模块,从而最大限度扩展其功能。

1.一种圆盘泵,包括一泵体(1)、一驱动轴(2)和一圆环(3),所述的泵体(1)为中空的圆盘形结构,所述的驱动轴(2)与所述的泵体(1)的中心转动连接,所述的泵体(1)的侧面设置有一进液管(11)和一出液管(12),所述的进液管(11)与所述的出液管(12)相互平行布置且布置在所述的泵体(1)的同一侧,其特征在于:所述的泵体(1)内设置有一隔板(13),所述的隔板(13)沿所述的泵体(1)的径向布置,所述的隔板(13)布置在所述的进液管(11)和出液管(12)之间;所述的圆环(3)上设置有一缺口(31)、内侧设置有一“n”形连接杆(32),所述的“n”形连接杆(32)的中部布置有一转轴孔(33),所述的“n”形连接杆(32)的两端与所述的圆环(3)相连接,所述的“n”形连接杆(32)的两端布置在所述的缺口(31)的两侧;所述的驱动轴(2)的端部设置有一连接圆盘(21),所述的连接圆盘(21)的中心与所述的驱动轴(2)相互垂直连接,所述的连接轴(22)与所述的连接圆盘(21)的边沿相互垂直连接;所述的连接轴(22)与所述的转轴孔(33)转动连接,所述的“n”形连接杆(32)跨在所述的隔板(13)上,所述的缺口(31)卡在所述的隔板(13)上且与所述的隔板(13)的表面相互贴合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的圆盘泵,其特征在于:所述的缺口(31)的两侧分别布置有一月牙板(34),所述的月牙板(34)与所述的圆环(3)相连接且布置在所述的“n”形连接杆(32)的内侧,所述的月牙板(34)开口朝向内侧布置,所述的月牙板(34)内布置有一拱形密封块(4),所述的拱形密封块(4)的横截面为拱形、包括一圆弧密封面(41)和一平密封面(42),所述的圆弧密封面(41)与所述的月牙板(34)滑动连接,所述的平密封面(42)与所述的隔板(13)滑动连接,所述的拱形密封块(4)的两个端面与所述的泵体(1)的内表面滑动连接。
