Abstract

本发明涉及一种汽车尾气净化装置,包括尾气管、消音管、压力控制阀、沉淀室、法兰盘和过滤管道,所述尾气管道的左端设置有进气口,所述进气口的右端连接消音管,所述消音管的右端通过压力控制阀连接沉淀室。该汽车尾气PM2.5净化装置,通过消音管降低了噪音,加快了尾气的散热,提高散热效率,进行排杂时,通过空气瓶与空气压缩机的配合使用,实现杂质的自动排放,也实现了过滤网的冲刷,降低了过滤网的维护和更换次数,提高了过滤网的使用寿命,实现了尾气内的PM2.5颗粒自动收集,提高空气质量,并且,过滤网的连接处通过法兰盘连接,方便过滤网的维修和更换。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车尾气净化技术领域,具体为一种汽车尾气净化装置。
背景技术
细颗粒物又称细粒、细颗粒、PM2.5,细颗粒物指环境空气中空气动力学当量直径小于等于2.5微米的颗粒物,它能较长时间悬浮于空气中,其在空气中含量浓度越高,就代表空气污染越严重,虽然PM2.5只是地球大气成分中含量很少的组分,但它对空气质量和能见度等有重要的影响,与较粗的大气颗粒物相比,PM2.5粒径小,面积大,活性强,易附带有毒、有害物质(例如,重金属、微生物等),且在大气中的停留时间长、输送距离远,因而对人体健康和大气环境质量的影响更大。
然而汽车的尾气中往往会排出PM2.5,现有的设备只能进行简单的过滤,无法实现尾气内细颗粒物的自动净化与收集,且结构都比较简单,存在一定局限性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车尾气净化装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种汽车尾气净化装置,包括尾气管、消音管、压力控制阀、沉淀室、法兰盘和过滤管道,所述尾气管道的左端设置有进气口,所述进气口的右端连接消音管,所述消音管的右端通过压力控制阀连接沉淀室,所述沉淀室的下方设置有收集室,所述收集室的底部设置有压力放残阀,所述沉淀室的右端面上端通过法兰盘连接过滤通道;
所述消音管的外侧表面均匀设置有散热片,所述消音管的内部均匀开有蜂窝通道,所述蜂窝通道的内部表面均匀设置有反射凸点;
所述法兰盘的外端边缘处上下左右对称开有安装孔,所述法兰盘的表面上部开有弧型孔,所述弧型孔的外侧设置有密封环,所述安装孔的内侧法兰盘表面的边缘处设置有橡胶环;
所述过滤通道的左端嵌有过滤网,所述过滤通道的右端通过电磁阀连接排气口,所述过滤通道的下部通过单向阀连接进气管道的上端,所述进气管道的下端连接空气瓶,所述空气瓶的左端通过出气管道连接空气压缩机。
优选的,所述沉淀室的左端为扩散管。
优选的,所述收集室为漏斗型结构。
优选的,所述安装孔至少设置有4个。
优选的,所述空气瓶与空气压缩机的底部安装座均通过螺栓固定在尾气管道的外壁。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:一种汽车尾气净化装置,利用消音管内部的蜂窝通道对尾气进行分散,通过蜂窝通道内壁的反射凸点对尾气内的噪音进行反射,不停的改变噪音的传播方向,从而降低噪音的传播,降低噪音,并且,在消音管的外表面均匀设置有散热片,来加快尾气的散热,提高散热效率,进行排杂时,将汽车熄火,空气瓶打开,空气瓶内的气体通过单向阀进入过滤管道,从过滤管道的左端过滤网反向流进沉淀室,压力达到压力放残阀的压力时,实现杂质的自动排放,也实现了过滤网的冲刷,降低了过滤网的维护和更换次数,提高了过滤网的使用寿命,实现了尾气内的PM2.5颗粒自动收集,提高空气质量,并且,过滤网的连接处通过法兰盘连接,方便过滤网的维修和更换。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
参照图1-3可知,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种汽车尾气净化装置,包括尾气管道1、消音管3、压力控制阀4、沉淀室5、法兰盘6和过滤管道7,所述尾气管道1的左端设置有进气口2,所述进气口2的右端连接消音管3,所述消音管3的右端通过压力控制阀4连接沉淀室5,所述沉淀室5的左端为扩散管,降低尾气进入沉淀室5流速,方便PM2.5沉积在沉淀室5内,所述沉淀室5的下方设置有收集室51,所述收集室51为漏斗型结构,方便进行排杂,所述收集室51的底部设置有压力放残阀52,所述沉淀室5的右端面上端通过法兰盘6连接过滤通道7;
所述消音管3的外侧表面均匀设置有散热片31,所述消音管3的内部均匀开有蜂窝通道32,所述蜂窝通道32的内部表面均匀设置有反射凸点33;
所述法兰盘6的外端边缘处上下左右对称开有安装孔64,所述安装孔64至少设置有4个,可根据需要设定其数量,所述法兰盘6的表面上部开有弧型孔61,所述弧型孔61的外侧设置有密封环62,所述安装孔64的内侧法兰盘6表面的边缘处设置有橡胶环63;
所述过滤通道7的左端嵌有过滤网71,所述过滤通道7的右端通过电磁阀72连接排气口8,所述过滤通道7的下部通过单向阀73连接进气管道74的上端,所述进气管道74的下端连接空气瓶75,所述空气瓶75的左端通过出气管道76连接空气压缩机77,所述空气瓶75与空气压缩机77的底部安装座均通过螺栓固定在尾气管道1的外壁。
需要说明的是,工作时,首先,尾气通过进气口2进入消音管3,消音管3利用内部的蜂窝通道32对尾气进行分散,通过蜂窝通道32内壁的反射凸点33对尾气内的噪音进行反射,不停的改变噪音的传播方向,从而降低噪音的传播,降低噪音,并且,在消音管3的外表面均匀设置有散热片31,来加快尾气的散热,提高散热效率,经过消音的尾气随后通过压力控制阀4保持定压进入沉淀室5,沉淀室5右端面上部的过滤网71不停的对进入过滤管道7内的尾气进行过滤,使得尾气内的PM2.5颗粒过滤在沉淀室5内,随后慢慢沉积在沉淀室5底部的收集室51内,此时电磁阀72打开,经过过滤的尾气从排气口8排出,当需要排沉淀室5内杂质时,将汽车熄火,此时电磁阀72关闭,空气瓶75打开,空气瓶75内的气体通过单向阀73进入过滤管道7,从过滤管道7的左端过滤网71反向流进沉淀室5,压力达到压力放残阀52的压力时,实现杂质的自动排放,也实现了过滤网71的冲刷,降低了过滤网71的更换次数,提高了过滤网71的使用寿命,实现了尾气内的PM2.5颗粒自动收集,提高空气质量,并且,过滤网71的连接处通过法兰盘6连接,方便过滤网71的维修和更换。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种汽车尾气净化装置,包括尾气管道(1)、消音管(3)、压力控制阀(4)、沉淀室(5)、法兰盘(6)和过滤通道(7),其特征在于:所述尾气管道(1)的左端设置有进气口(2),所述进气口(2)的右端连接消音管(3),所述消音管(3)的右端通过压力控制阀(4)连接沉淀室(5),所述沉淀室(5)的下方设置有收集室(51),所述收集室(51)的底部设置有压力放残阀(52),所述沉淀室(5)的右端面上端通过法兰盘(6)连接过滤通道(7);
所述消音管(3)的外侧表面均匀设置有散热片(31),所述消音管(3)的内部均匀开有蜂窝通道(32),所述蜂窝通道(32)的内部表面均匀设置有反射凸点(33);
所述法兰盘(6)的外端边缘处上下左右对称开有安装孔(64),所述法兰盘(6)的表面上部开有弧型孔(61),所述弧型孔(61)的外侧设置有密封环(62),所述安装孔(64)的内侧法兰盘(6)表面的边缘处设置有橡胶环(63);
所述过滤通道(7)的左端嵌有过滤网(71),所述过滤通道(7)的右端通过电磁阀(72)连接排气口(8),所述过滤通道(7)的下部通过单向阀(73)连接进气管道(74)的上端,所述进气管道(74)的下端连接空气瓶(75),所述空气瓶(75)的左端通过出气管道(76)连接空气压缩机(77)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车尾气净化装置,其特征在于:所述沉淀室(5)的左端为扩散管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车尾气净化装置,其特征在于:所述收集室(51)为漏斗型结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车尾气净化装置,其特征在于:所述安装孔(64)至少设置有4个。
