本发明涉及塑料‑钢网复合式轻质隔墙及施工方法,结构主要包括:下层楼板、结构墙柱、上层楼板、地垄、预埋螺杆、竖向工字钢骨架、横向槽钢骨架、槽钢端板、工字钢端部扩大板、整体式钢丝网架、保温板、射钉、射钉垫板、紧固螺栓、槽钢预埋孔、密封板、带槽垫板、防水隔音棉、压型塑料板、水泥砂浆层、抹灰层、扎丝、管线支撑。主要施工步骤包括:1)预埋件安装;2)竖向龙骨安装;3)横向龙骨安装;4)保温板安装;5)钢丝网架安装;6)墙体面层施工。本发明涉及的施工方法操作方便,安装快速、不受场地影响,具有较好的经济技术效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑轻质超长内隔墙的施工方法。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,各种轻型墙体如加气砼小型砌块、粉煤灰空心砌块及GRC板、岩棉板等不断出现,它们在建筑节能、节约土地资源,进行可持续发展方面都起到了重要作用。在内隔墙墙体方面,虽然各种材料都具有轻质特点,但是它们在质轻、壁薄、施工方便、保温隔热、隔声、防火、环保、安全文明施工等方面各有优缺点,尤其是抹灰后面层易出现裂纹是一大质量通病。
轻钢龙骨隔墙是一种轻质非承重隔墙,具有绿色环保、节能保温、物理分隔性能良好、施工简便等优点,广泛用于酒店、高档住宅、办公楼等高档装修工程中。但该隔墙结构中因轻钢骨架刚性不强,不能承受较大的墙面悬挑负载,在完成投入使用后,往往出现隔墙板面裂缝、罩面板不平、明凹缝不均等质量通病,影响了隔墙的稳定性、隔声效果以及墙面的美观。
鉴于此,如何通过一些技术措施提高轻钢龙骨隔墙的结构稳定性和建筑功能性,是一个亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供塑料-钢网复合式轻质隔墙及施工方法,为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
塑料-钢网复合式轻质隔墙,包括:下层楼板、结构墙柱、上层楼板、地垄、预埋螺杆、竖向工字钢骨架、横向槽钢骨架、槽钢端板、工字钢端部扩大板、整体式钢丝网架、保温板、射钉、射钉垫板、紧固螺栓、槽钢预埋孔、密封板、带槽垫板、防火隔音棉、压型塑料板、水泥砂浆层、抹灰层、扎丝、管线支撑。竖向工字钢骨架通过预埋螺杆分别与上层楼板和下层楼板相连,横向槽钢骨架通过预埋螺杆与结构墙柱相连,横向槽钢骨架通过紧固螺栓与竖向工字钢骨架翼缘相连,保温板通过射钉与横向槽钢骨架固定,管线支撑焊接于竖向工字钢骨架腹板上。
塑料-钢网复合式轻质隔墙的施工方法,其特征包括以下施工步骤:
1)预埋件安装:在墙体施工前,先分别在结构墙柱、地垄和上层楼板上安装预埋螺杆;
2)竖向龙骨安装:先在竖向工字钢骨架两头焊接工字钢端部扩大板,然后吊装竖向工字钢骨架至预定位置,与下层楼板和上层楼板上安装好的预埋螺杆连接固定;
3)横向龙骨安装:先将管线支撑焊接于竖向工字钢骨架腹板上,然后安装横向槽钢骨架,横向槽钢骨架的腹板与竖向工字钢骨架的翼缘通过紧固螺栓连接固定;
4)保温板安装:保温板与横向槽钢骨架腹板通过射钉固定,竖向工字钢骨架翼缘内侧与保温板通过胶水粘结;
5)钢丝网架安装:在整体式钢丝网架安装前先依次铺设防火隔音棉层和压型塑料板层,然后安装整体式钢丝网架,整体式钢丝网架通过扎丝与横向槽钢骨架翼缘相连;
6)墙体面层施工:先进行水泥砂浆层的施工,采用往整体式钢丝网架上喷射水泥砂浆的方法,抹平后进行墙面抹灰层的施工;
作为优选:步骤4)中所述竖向工字钢骨架翼缘与保温板交界处采用带槽垫板,槽口空隙处采用密封板封住。
有益效果:
(1)在钢丝网架内部设置防火隔音棉层和压型塑料板,提高了墙体的隔音效果。
(2)采用工字钢骨架结合槽钢骨架,形成整体大刚度骨架,提高了轻质墙体的稳定性。

具体实施方式
本实施方式钢结构焊接工艺、螺栓连接施工工艺、模板设置工艺等本实施中就不在累述,重点阐述本发明涉及结构的实施方式。
塑料-钢网复合式轻质隔墙,包括:下层楼板1、结构墙柱2、上层楼板3、地垄4、预埋螺杆5、竖向工字钢骨架6、横向槽钢骨架7、槽钢端板8、工字钢端部扩大板9、整体式钢丝网架10、保温板11、射钉12、射钉垫板13、紧固螺栓14、槽钢预埋孔15、密封板16、带槽垫板17、防火隔音棉18、压型塑料板19、水泥砂浆层20、抹灰层21、扎丝22、管线支撑23。竖向工字钢骨架6通过预埋螺杆5分别与上层楼板3和下层楼板1相连,横向槽钢骨架7通过预埋螺杆5与结构墙柱2相连,横向槽钢骨架7通过紧固螺栓14与竖向工字钢骨架6翼缘相连,保温板11通过射钉12与横向槽钢骨架7固定,管线支撑23焊接于竖向工字钢骨架6腹板上。
塑料-钢网复合式轻质隔墙的施工方法,其特征包括以下施工步骤:
1)预埋件安装:在墙体施工前,先分别在结构墙柱2、地垄4和上层楼板3上安装预埋螺杆5;
2)竖向龙骨安装:先在竖向工字钢骨架6两头焊接工字钢端部扩大板9,然后吊装竖向工字钢骨架6至预定位置,与下层楼板1和上层楼板3上安装好的预埋螺杆5连接固定;
3)横向龙骨安装:先将管线支撑23焊接于竖向工字钢骨架6腹板上,然后安装横向槽钢骨架7,横向槽钢骨架7的腹板与竖向工字钢骨架6的翼缘通过紧固螺栓连接固定;
4)保温板11安装:保温板11与横向槽钢骨架7腹板通过射钉12固定,竖向工字钢骨架6翼缘内侧与保温板11通过胶水粘结;
5)钢丝网架安装:在整体式钢丝网架10安装前先依次铺设防水隔音棉18层和压型塑料板19层,然后安装整体式钢丝网架10,整体式钢丝网架10通过扎丝22与横向槽钢骨架7翼缘相连;
6)墙体面层施工:先进行水泥砂浆层20的施工,采用往整体式钢丝网架10上喷射水泥砂浆的方法,抹平后进行墙面抹灰层21的施工;
步骤4)中所述竖向工字钢骨架6翼缘与保温板11交界处采用带槽垫板17,槽口空隙处采用密封板16封住;
参照图1所示,图中:在横向槽钢骨架7翼缘上每隔300mm对称预留直径2mm的孔洞。

1.一种塑料-钢网复合式轻质隔墙的施工方法,其特征在于,塑料-钢网复合式轻质隔墙结构包括:下层楼板(1)、结构墙柱(2)、上层楼板(3)、地垄(4)、预埋螺杆(5)、竖向工字钢骨架(6)、横向槽钢骨架(7)、槽钢端板(8)、工字钢端部扩大板(9)、整体式钢丝网架(10)、保温板(11)、射钉(12)、射钉垫板(13)、紧固螺栓(14)、槽钢预埋孔(15)、密封板(16)、带槽垫板(17)、防火隔音棉(18)、压型塑料板(19)、水泥砂浆层(20)、抹灰层(21)、扎丝(22)和管线支撑(23);竖向工字钢骨架(6)通过预埋螺杆(5)分别与上层楼板(3)和下层楼板(1)相连,横向槽钢骨架(7)通过预埋螺杆(5)与结构墙柱(2)相连,横向槽钢骨架(7)通过紧固螺栓(14)与竖向工字钢骨架(6)翼缘相连,保温板(11)通过射钉(12)与横向槽钢骨架(7)固定,管线支撑(23)焊接于竖向工字钢骨架(6)腹板上;包括以下施工步骤:
1)预埋件安装:在墙体施工前,先分别在结构墙柱(2)、地垄(4)和上层楼板(3)上安装预埋螺杆(5);
2)竖向龙骨安装:先在竖向工字钢骨架(6)两头焊接工字钢端部扩大板(9),然后吊装竖向工字钢骨架(6)至预定位置,与下层楼板(1)和上层楼板(3)上安装好的预埋螺杆(5)连接固定;
3)横向龙骨安装:先将管线支撑(23)焊接于竖向工字钢骨架(6)腹板上,然后安装横向槽钢骨架(7),横向槽钢骨架(7)的腹板与竖向工字钢骨架(6)的翼缘通过紧固螺栓连接固定;
4)保温板(11)安装:保温板(11)与横向槽钢骨架(7)腹板通过射钉(12)固定,竖向工字钢骨架(6)翼缘内侧与保温板(11)通过胶水粘结;所述竖向工字钢骨架(6)翼缘与保温板(11)交界处采用带槽垫板(17),槽口空隙处采用密封板(16)封住;
5)钢丝网架安装:在整体式钢丝网架(10)安装前先依次铺设防水隔音棉(18)层和压型塑料板(19)层,然后安装整体式钢丝网架(10),整体式钢丝网架(10)通过扎丝(22)与横向槽钢骨架(7)翼缘相连;
6)墙体面层施工:先进行水泥砂浆层(20)的施工,采用往整体式钢丝网架(10)上喷射水泥砂浆的方法,抹平后进行墙面抹灰层(21)的施工。
