Abstract
本发明公开了一种水性环保无污染高温石墨润滑涂料,由按质量份的以下物质组成:石墨10‑60份、有机硅化合物1‑3份、有机氟化合物1‑3份、氮化硼1‑5份、纳米二氧化硅2‑5份、丁醇1‑5份、乙醇10‑30份,表面活性剂2‑5份、果胶5‑10份和蒸馏水20‑50份。本发明采用复合表面活性剂对天然石墨或人造石墨进行表面处理,使其在水中能够稳定地均匀分散,充分发挥了石墨优良的自润滑性能,另外将添加了适量的有机硅化合物和有机硅氟化物,制成了一种兼具润滑性能与抗高温氧化的水性高效石墨润滑保护涂料。
Description
技术领域
本发明专利涉及化学及材料领域,尤其涉及一种高温抗氧化润滑保护涂料,具体来说是一种水性高温抗氧化石墨润滑保护涂料。
背景技术
目前在滑板、脱模、锻造等的润滑系统中大量使用的润滑剂是矿物油润滑剂和人工合成的基础油类润滑剂;还有在矿物油中加入石墨及其他添加剂等油性石墨润滑剂。但这些润滑剂是以矿物油为介质,在高温下,有机物质容易燃烧和分解,达不到润滑的目的且污染环境;特别是在高温下,石墨容易氧化,将丧失其耐磨性能,造成润滑剂的应用温度范围较窄;并且成本较高,不利于大规模应用。这些润滑剂大部分不具备对设备的受损表面进行修复的能力,影响了设备的使用寿命
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种水性环保无污染高温石墨润滑涂料。
本发明的技术方案是:一种水性环保无污染高温石墨润滑涂料,由按质量份的以下物质组成:石墨10-60份、有机硅化合物1-3份、有机氟化合物1-3份、氮化硼1-5份、纳米二氧化硅2-5份、丁醇1-5份、乙醇10-30份,表面活性剂2-5份、果胶5-10份和蒸馏水20-50份。
本发明的进一步改进包括:
所述纳米二氧化硅的纯度在99%以上;粒度在不大于50nm。
所述有机硅化合物是甲基三氯硅烷或二甲基二氯硅烷,所述有机氟化合物是氟化乙烯丙烯。甲基三氯硅烷,二甲基二氯硅烷,氟化乙烯丙烯,这些物质的添加大大增加石墨润滑涂料在高温下的抗氧化性,增加了滑板的使用寿命。所述表面活性剂为由十二烷基苯磺酸钠和脂肪酸钠按照质量比1:1组成。
所述石墨是天然或人造石墨。
所述石墨经复合表面活性剂进行表面处理,对石墨进行亲水改性,使其在水中能够稳定地均匀分散。所述复合表面活性剂是酰胺类化合物与硬脂酸钠水溶液。
本发明采用复合表面活性剂对天然石墨或人造石墨进行表面处理,使其在水中能够稳定地均匀分散,充分发挥了石墨优良的自润滑性能,另外将添加了适量的有机硅化合物和有机硅氟化物,制成了一种兼具润滑性能与抗高温氧化的水性高效石墨润滑保护涂料。
本发明得到的石墨润滑剂是水性的,价格低廉,对环境无污染,添加了有机碳硅化合物、有机碳氟化合物、氮化硼和纳米二氧化硅,能够有效延缓石墨的高温氧化,提高了润滑效果。

下面结合实施例对发明做详细说明。
实施例1
一种水性环保无污染高温石墨润滑涂料,由按质量份的以下物质组成:石墨10-60份、有机硅化合物1-3份、有机氟化合物1-3份、氮化硼1-5份、纳米二氧化硅2-5份、丁醇1-5份、乙醇10-30份,表面活性剂2-5份、果胶5-10份和蒸馏水20-50份。
实施例2
一种水性环保无污染高温石墨润滑涂料,由按质量份的以下物质组成:石墨10-60份、有机硅化合物1-3份、有机氟化合物1-3份、氮化硼1-5份、纳米二氧化硅2-5份、丁醇1-5份、乙醇10-30份,表面活性剂2-5份、果胶5-10份和蒸馏水20-50份。所述纳米二氧化硅的纯度在99%以上;粒度在不大于50nm。
实施例3
一种水性环保无污染高温石墨润滑涂料,由按质量份的以下物质组成:石墨10-60份、有机硅化合物1-3份、有机氟化合物1-3份、氮化硼1-5份、纳米二氧化硅2-5份、丁醇1-5份、乙醇10-30份,表面活性剂2-5份、果胶5-10份和蒸馏水20-50份。所述纳米二氧化硅的纯度在99%以上;粒度在不大于50nm。所述有机硅化合物和或有机氟化合物。所述有机硅化合物是甲基三氯硅烷或二甲基二氯硅烷,所述有机氟化合物是氟化乙烯丙烯。甲基三氯硅烷,二甲基二氯硅烷,氟化乙烯丙烯,这些物质的添加大大增加石墨润滑涂料在高温下的抗氧化性,增加了滑板的使用寿命。所述表面活性剂为由十二烷基苯磺酸钠和脂肪酸钠按照质量比1:1组成。
实施例4
一种水性环保无污染高温石墨润滑涂料,由按质量份的以下物质组成:石墨10-60份、有机硅化合物1份、有机氟化合物1份、氮化硼1份、纳米二氧化硅2份、丁醇1份、乙醇10-,表面活性剂2份、果胶5份和蒸馏水20份。所述纳米二氧化硅的纯度在99%以上;粒度是30nm。所述石墨是天然或人造石墨。
实施例5
一种水性环保无污染高温石墨润滑涂料,由按质量份的以下物质组成:石墨10-60份、有机硅化合物3份、有机氟化合物3份、氮化硼5份、纳米二氧化硅5份、丁醇5份、乙醇30份,表面活性剂5份、果胶10份和蒸馏水50份。所述纳米二氧化硅的纯度在99%以上;粒度是20nm。
实施例6
一种水性环保无污染高温石墨润滑涂料,由按质量份的以下物质组成:石墨10-60份、有机硅化合物2份、有机氟化合物2份、氮化硼3份、纳米二氧化硅4份、丁醇2份、乙醇20份,表面活性剂3份、果胶7份和蒸馏水35份。所述纳米二氧化硅的纯度在99%以上;粒度在不大于50nm。
所述石墨经复合表面活性剂进行表面处理,对石墨进行亲水改性,使其在水中能够稳定地均匀分散。所述复合表面活性剂是酰胺类化合物与硬脂酸钠水溶液。

1.一种水性环保无污染高温石墨润滑涂料,其特征在于,由按质量份的以下物质组成:石墨10-60份、有机硅化合物1-3份、有机氟化合物1-3份、氮化硼1-5份、纳米二氧化硅2-5份、丁醇1-5份、乙醇10-30份,表面活性剂2-5份、果胶5-10份和蒸馏水20-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性环保无污染高温石墨润滑涂料,其特征在于,所述纳米二氧化硅的纯度在99%以上;粒度在不大于50nm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性环保无污染高温石墨润滑涂料,其特征在于,所述有机硅化合物和或有机氟化合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种水性环保无污染高温石墨润滑涂料,其特征在于,所述有机硅化合物是甲基三氯硅烷或二甲基二氯硅烷,所述有机氟化合物是氟化乙烯丙烯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性环保无污染高温石墨润滑涂料,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为由十二烷基苯磺酸钠和脂肪酸钠按照质量比1:1组成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性环保无污染高温石墨润滑涂料,其特征在于,所述石墨是天然或人造石墨。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性环保无污染高温石墨润滑涂料,其特征在于,所述石墨经复合表面活性剂进行表面处理,对石墨进行亲水改性,使其在水中能够稳定地均匀分散。
8.权利要求7所述的一种水性环保无污染高温石墨润滑涂料,其特征在于,所述复合表面活性剂是酰胺类化合物与硬脂酸钠水溶液。
