Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐高温抗老化城市铸铜雕塑用涂料,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:正硅酸乙酯1‑2,纳米氧化锌0.3‑0.5,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠0.1‑0.2,γ‑缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷1‑2,没食子酸丙酯0.1‑0.15,甲基丙烯酸1‑2,甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯6‑8,八甲基环四硅氧烷0.5‑1,过硫酸铵0.03‑0.05,十二烷基硫酸钠0.1‑0.15,肌醇六磷酸酯0.1‑0.15,硅丙乳液1‑2。本发明的涂料既能提供优异的耐腐蚀性能,还具有良好的柔韧性、附着性和机械性能,同时还具有耐高温、抗老化的特点,适合在热带、亚热带城市高温环境中使用,实用价值高。

技术领域
本发明涉及铸铜雕塑用涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐高温抗老化城市铸铜雕塑用涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们城市生活质量要求的提高,城市雕塑作为城市文化的具体有型的载体之一,受到越来越多的重视。城市雕塑是立于城市公共场所中的雕塑作品,它在高楼林立、道路纵横的城市中,起到缓解因建筑物集中而带来的拥挤、迫塞和呆板、单一的现象,有时也可在空旷的场地上起到增加平衡的作用,不仅能美化城市环境,还体现出了城市文化,彰显了时代精神。其中,铸铜雕塑是城市雕塑文化艺术的重要组成部分。
铸铜的历史非常悠久,且技术成熟,艺术创作的复原性好,适合成为精细作品的材料,受到广泛的喜爱,尤其以人物雕塑最为常见。但铸铜对存放环境条件要求高,长期处于室外环境中容易氧化变质,保养困难,因此需要采取一定的手段对其进行表面防护。文献《铜合金表面巯基官能有机硅溶胶-凝胶涂层中TEOS含量对其防腐性能的影响》通过在铜表面制备有机硅溶胶-凝胶涂层的方法对铜进行防护,涂层的耐蚀性较佳,但是,有机硅溶胶-凝胶涂层存在着与铜的附着力较差、交联程度低,柔韧性差,易开裂,防腐效果也较为有限等问题,不适合在铸铜雕塑领域进行实际应用。因此,有必要对其进行改进,提供具有良好附着性、耐用性和防腐效果的铸铜雕塑用涂料。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种兼具良好机械性能和高附着性、并且致密性好、防腐性能优异的耐高温抗老化城市铸铜雕塑用涂料及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种耐高温抗老化城市铸铜雕塑用涂料,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
正硅酸乙酯1-2,纳米氧化锌0.3-0.5,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠0.1-0.2,γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷1-2,没食子酸丙酯0.1-0.15,甲基丙烯酸1-2,甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯6-8,八甲基环四硅氧烷0.5-1,过硫酸铵0.03-0.05,十二烷基硫酸钠0.1-0.15,肌醇六磷酸酯0.1-0.15,硅丙乳液1-2。
一种耐高温抗老化城市铸铜雕塑用涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将正硅酸乙酯与γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷按重量比1:10-1:12与0.01-0.015mol/L的盐酸溶液混合后于常温下搅拌8-10h,然后加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和肌醇六磷酸酯搅拌溶解完全,将pH调至5-6,得A组分;
(2)先将十二烷基硫酸钠按重量比1:60-1:80加入水中并搅拌5-10min,然后加入甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯和八甲基环四硅氧烷40-60℃搅拌10-15min得预乳液,将过硫酸铵配制成3-5%的溶液得到引发剂,然后将10-15%重量的预乳液与50-60%重量的引发剂共同加入反应釜中80-85℃搅拌0.5-1h,再滴加剩余的引发剂和预乳液,先搅拌0.5-1h,然后保温处理2-4h,冷却后得B组分;
(3)先将A组分与除B组分外的其余原料混合并搅拌均匀得到混合液,然后缓慢加入B组分并低速搅拌均匀,过滤除去杂质即得耐高温抗老化城市铸铜雕塑用涂料。
本发明的优点是:
本发明利用正硅酸乙酯和γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷水解得到有机-无机杂化硅溶胶,改善涂层的机械性能和耐候性;利用入甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯和八甲基环四硅氧烷进行聚合形成互穿网络结构复合乳液,改善涂层的柔韧性、附着性和致密性;通过两者的协同作用以及其余原料的添加和复配,使得到的铸铜雕塑用涂料与铜表面结合力强,能在铜雕塑表面形成均匀、致密的涂层,既能提供优异的耐腐蚀性能,还具有良好的柔韧性、附着性和机械性能,同时还具有耐高温、抗老化的特点,适合在热带、亚热带城市高温环境中使用,实用价值高。
具体实施方式
一种耐高温抗老化城市铸铜雕塑用涂料,由下列重量(kg)的组分原料制备而成:
正硅酸乙酯1,纳米氧化锌0.3,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠0.1,γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷1,没食子酸丙酯0.1,甲基丙烯酸1,甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯6,八甲基环四硅氧烷0.5,过硫酸铵0.03,十二烷基硫酸钠0.1,肌醇六磷酸酯0.1,硅丙乳液1。
一种耐高温抗老化城市铸铜雕塑用涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将正硅酸乙酯与γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷按重量比1:10与0.01mol/L的盐酸溶液混合后于常温下搅拌8h,然后加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和肌醇六磷酸酯搅拌溶解完全,将pH调至5,得A组分;
(2)先将十二烷基硫酸钠按重量比1:60加入水中并搅拌5min,然后加入甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯和八甲基环四硅氧烷40℃搅拌10min得预乳液,将过硫酸铵配制成3%的溶液得到引发剂,然后将10%重量的预乳液与50%重量的引发剂共同加入反应釜中80℃搅拌0.5h,再滴加剩余的引发剂和预乳液,先搅拌0.5h,然后保温处理2h,冷却后得B组分;
(3)先将A组分与除B组分外的其余原料混合并搅拌均匀得到混合液,然后缓慢加入B组分并低速搅拌均匀,过滤除去杂质即得耐高温抗老化城市铸铜雕塑用涂料。
上述制得的涂料性能如下:
附着力:1级;
耐酸性(浸入5%H2SO4溶液中):15d不起泡、不脱落;
耐碱性(浸入5%NaOH溶液中):15d不起泡、不脱落;
耐盐水性 (浸入5%NaCl溶液中):15d不起泡、不脱落;
耐热性(150℃):15d不起泡、不脱落;
耐人工气候老化性 :人工加速老化2000h后失光率21.4%。
Claims (2)
1.一种耐高温抗老化城市铸铜雕塑用涂料,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
正硅酸乙酯1-2,纳米氧化锌0.3-0.5,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠0.1-0.2,γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷1-2,没食子酸丙酯0.1-0.15,甲基丙烯酸1-2,甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯6-8,八甲基环四硅氧烷0.5-1,过硫酸铵0.03-0.05,十二烷基硫酸钠0.1-0.15,肌醇六磷酸酯0.1-0.15,硅丙乳液1-2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温抗老化城市铸铜雕塑用涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将正硅酸乙酯与γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷按重量比1:10-1:12与0.01-0.015mol/L的盐酸溶液混合后于常温下搅拌8-10h,然后加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和肌醇六磷酸酯搅拌溶解完全,将pH调至5-6,得A组分;
(2)先将十二烷基硫酸钠按重量比1:60-1:80加入水中并搅拌5-10min,然后加入甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯和八甲基环四硅氧烷40-60℃搅拌10-15min得预乳液,将过硫酸铵配制成3-5%的溶液得到引发剂,然后将10-15%重量的预乳液与50-60%重量的引发剂共同加入反应釜中80-85℃搅拌0.5-1h,再滴加剩余的引发剂和预乳液,先搅拌0.5-1h,然后保温处理2-4h,冷却后得B组分;
(3)先将A组分与除B组分外的其余原料混合并搅拌均匀得到混合液,然后缓慢加入B组分并低速搅拌均匀,过滤除去杂质即得耐高温抗老化城市铸铜雕塑用涂料。
