本发明公开了一种用于木地板耐腐蚀涂料,由以下重量份的原料制备制成:环氧改性有机硅树脂70‑80、甲苯10‑14、膨润土2‑4、海泡石粉8‑12、生石灰1‑2、偶氮二异丁腈0.05‑0.1、丙烯磺酸钠0.5‑0.6、聚酯树脂12‑15、二甲基硅油0.4‑0.5、六偏磷酸钠0.4‑0.5、苯乙烯12‑14、偶氮二异丁腈1.2‑1.4、钛酸酯偶联剂0.3‑0.35、二氧化硅0.3‑0.4、马来酸酐0.7‑0.9、纳米碳粉;本发明提供了一种用于木地板耐腐蚀涂料,不仅耐磨性能高,而且涂膜平滑亮度好,耐高低温差性好,不易开裂,抗老化性强,干燥收缩体积小,值得推广。

一种用于木地板耐腐蚀涂料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于木地板耐腐蚀涂料。
背景技术
中国制定的2010年发展目标中,建筑业将成为中国国民经济的支柱产业之一。随着建筑业的发展,室内装修业将有更大的发展,而木地板作为室内装修的重要材料之一也将随之发展。据预测,中国木地板市场的年增长率约在15~30%。木地板在生产过程中需要涂料对木地板的表面进行固化喷涂,但是还存在一些缺点,如自由基型光固化涂料固化过程受氧气阻抑,表面固化不良,还有黄变、易爆色、不耐低温、成本高、耐腐蚀性差等一系列问题,都需要针对不同的用途继续改良,降低生产成本,扩大用途。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种用于木地板耐腐蚀涂料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种用于木地板耐腐蚀涂料,由以下重量份的原料制备制成:环氧改性有机硅树脂70-80、甲苯10-14、膨润土2-4、海泡石粉8-12、生石灰1-2、偶氮二异丁腈0.05-0.1、丙烯磺酸钠0.5-0.6、聚酯树脂12-15、二甲基硅油0.4-0.5、六偏磷酸钠0.4-0.5、苯乙烯12-14、偶氮二异丁腈1.2-1.4、钛酸酯偶联剂0.3-0.35、二氧化硅0.3-0.4、马来酸酐0.7-0.9、纳米碳粉1-2、铝酸酯偶联剂0.14-0.2、氧化钙2.5-3.5、助剂3-5、无水乙醇适量。
所述助剂由以下重量份的原料制成: 活性白土2-2.5、聚己二酸丙二醇酯0.2-0.3、2-甲基丙烯酸甲酯2-3、松节油3-5,丙三醇1-2,乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯10-15,植酸0.5-1;制备方法是将上述原料混合,在10000-16000转/分搅拌下加入活性白土,加热至60-80℃,在1300-1500转/分下搅拌反应10-20分钟,加入过氧化乙酰,搅拌反应1-2小时,即得。
2、根据权利要求1所述的用于木地板耐腐蚀涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将海泡石粉,边搅拌边加入甲苯,混合均匀放置1-2小时;
(2)将环氧改性有机硅树脂、膨润土、生石灰、权利要求1所述的剩余原料和第(1)步得到的物料混合,升温至60-80℃,在1200-1400/分下搅拌15-20分钟,降温到35℃以下再加入其他剩余成分,继续研磨搅拌10-20分钟,即得。
本发明的优点是:
本发明提供了一种用于木地板耐腐蚀涂料,不仅耐磨性能高,而且涂膜平滑亮度好,耐高低温差性好,不易开裂,抗老化性强,干燥收缩体积小,值得推广。
具体实施方式
一种用于木地板耐腐蚀涂料,由以下重量份的原料制备制成:环氧改性有机硅树脂70-80、甲苯10-14、膨润土2-4、海泡石粉8-12、生石灰1-2、偶氮二异丁腈0.05-0.1、丙烯磺酸钠0.5-0.6、聚酯树脂12-15、二甲基硅油0.4-0.5、六偏磷酸钠0.4-0.5、苯乙烯12-14、偶氮二异丁腈1.2-1.4、钛酸酯偶联剂0.3-0.35、二氧化硅0.3-0.4、马来酸酐0.7-0.9、纳米碳粉1-2、铝酸酯偶联剂0.14-0.2、氧化钙2.5-3.5、助剂3-5、无水乙醇适量。
所述助剂由以下重量份的原料制成: 活性白土2-2.5、聚己二酸丙二醇酯0.2-0.3、2-甲基丙烯酸甲酯2-3、松节油3-5,丙三醇1-2,乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯10-15,植酸0.5-1;制备方法是将上述原料混合,在10000-16000转/分搅拌下加入活性白土,加热至60-80℃,在1300-1500转/分下搅拌反应10-20分钟,加入过氧化乙酰,搅拌反应1-2小时,即得。
2、根据权利要求1所述的用于木地板耐腐蚀涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将海泡石粉,边搅拌边加入甲苯,混合均匀放置1-2小时;
(2)将环氧改性有机硅树脂、膨润土、生石灰、权利要求1所述的剩余原料和第(1)步得到的物料混合,升温至60-80℃,在1200-1400/分下搅拌15-20分钟,降温到35℃以下再加入其他剩余成分,继续研磨搅拌10-20分钟,即得。

1.一种用于木地板耐腐蚀涂料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备制成:环氧改性有机硅树脂70-80、甲苯10-14、膨润土2-4、海泡石粉8-12、生石灰1-2、偶氮二异丁腈0.05-0.1、丙烯磺酸钠0.5-0.6、聚酯树脂12-15、二甲基硅油0.4-0.5、六偏磷酸钠0.4-0.5、苯乙烯12-14、偶氮二异丁腈1.2-1.4、钛酸酯偶联剂0.3-0.35、二氧化硅0.3-0.4、马来酸酐0.7-0.9、纳米碳粉1-2、铝酸酯偶联剂0.14-0.2、氧化钙2.5-3.5、助剂3-5、无水乙醇适量;
所述助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:活性白土2-2.5、聚己二酸丙二醇酯0.2-0.3、2-甲基丙烯酸甲酯2-3、松节油3-5,丙三醇1-2,乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯10-15,植酸0.5-1;制备方法是将上述原料混合,在10000-16000转/分搅拌下加入活性白土,加热至60-80℃,在1300-1500转/分下搅拌反应10-20分钟,加入过氧化乙酰,搅拌反应1-2小时,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于木地板耐腐蚀涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将海泡石粉,边搅拌边加入甲苯,混合均匀放置1-2小时;
(2)将环氧改性有机硅树脂、膨润土、生石灰、权利要求1所述的剩余原料和第(1)步得到的物料混合,升温至60-80℃,在1200-1400/分下搅拌15-20分钟,降温到35℃以下再加入其他剩余成分,继续研磨搅拌10-20分钟,即得。
