保险杠注塑模具变形空间让位机构,包括下复板上设模脚和上、下顶针板,上顶针板上设上顶针,下顶针板上设下顶针,模脚上设动模板上设动模镶块,动模镶块上有保险杠,保险杠两头制弧面,弧面下制下内倒扣和侧内倒扣,其特征在于所述动模板上位于动模镶块一侧设导轨安装座、固定座、直顶块、侧抽芯让位块和内抽芯滑块,导轨安装座一侧设斜导轨,固定座一侧制上斜面和下直面,直顶块位于侧抽芯让位块一侧制内斜面,侧抽芯让位块后侧制后斜面与固定座上斜面和下直面配合,侧抽芯让位块内侧制内导面与直顶块内斜面配合,侧抽芯让位块外侧与保险杠侧内倒扣配合,内抽芯滑块一侧制侧滑槽与斜导轨配合,内抽芯滑块前侧与保险杠下内倒扣配合。

技术领域
本发明涉及保险杠注塑模具,特别是涉及保险杠注塑模具变形空间让位机构。
背景技术
注塑模具在对保险杠注塑成型后,若保险杠的两头制有向下的弧面,且在弧面下端制有下内倒扣,弧面的前侧制有侧内倒扣,而下内倒扣与侧内倒扣之间有90°的夹角,因此下内倒扣的镶块与侧内倒扣的镶块之间相互限制了向内位移的空间,已有技术通常是由顶针将下内倒扣和侧内倒扣位置的镶块与保险杠一起向上顶出,然后利用保险杠材料弹性的特性,由人工将保险杠取出,这样无法实现全自动脱模,增加了工人劳动强度和提高了人工成本,并且降低了生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点,提供一种同时抽出保险杠的下内倒扣和侧内倒扣,并在内抽芯时给保险杠的弧面留出一个向内弹性变形的空间,脱模方便,减轻工人劳动强度,节省人工成本的保险杠注塑模具变形空间让位机构。
本发明保险杠注塑模具变形空间让位机构的技术方案是:包括下复板,下复板上设置模脚,模脚之间的下复板上设置上顶针板和下顶针板,上顶针板上设置上顶针,下顶针板上设置下顶针,在模脚上设置动模板,动模板上设置动模镶块,动模镶块上有注塑成型的保险杠,保险杠的两头制有向下的弧面,弧面下制有下内倒扣,弧面的前侧制有侧内倒扣,其特征在于:所述的动模板上位于动模镶块一侧设置导轨安装座、固定座、直顶块、侧抽芯让位块和内抽芯滑块,在导轨安装座一侧设置斜导轨,固定座的一侧制有上斜面和下直面,直顶块位于侧抽芯让位块一侧制有内斜面,侧抽芯让位块的后侧制有后斜面,后斜面与固定座的上斜面和下直面相配合,侧抽芯让位块的内侧制有内导面,内导面与直顶块的内斜面相配合,侧抽芯让位块的外侧与保险杠的侧内倒扣相配合,在内抽芯滑块一侧制有侧滑槽,侧滑槽与斜导轨相配合,内抽芯滑块的前侧与保险杠的下内倒扣相配合。
本发明公开了一种保险杠注塑模具变形空间让位机构,当保险杠注塑成型后,模具开模,由上、下顶针板带动上、下顶针,上、下顶针同时将保险杠、直顶块、侧抽芯让位块和内抽芯滑块一起向上顶出,此时内抽芯滑块的侧滑槽与导轨安装座一侧的斜导轨配合,使内抽芯滑块在向上移动的同时,倾斜向内侧移动,使其逐渐脱出保险杠的下内倒扣,由于该下内倒扣较宽且较深,在内抽芯滑块向内脱的时候会带动保险杠的弧面轻微向内弹性变形,而弧面向内弹性变形又会带动侧内倒扣位置轻微变形,此时内抽芯滑块向内移动同时也带动侧抽芯让位块向内移动,而由于固定座为不动,且其下直面顶住侧抽芯让位块,使得侧抽芯让位块只能沿着直顶块的内斜面倾斜向后侧移动,侧抽芯让位块倾斜向后侧移动一方面能脱出保险杠的侧内倒扣,另一方面给保险杠的弧面让出向内弹性变形的空间,避免弧面以及侧内倒扣位置的弹性变形受到阻碍,当内抽芯滑块和侧抽芯让位块脱出保险杠后,直顶块继续向上将保险杠顶出脱模。本方案保险杠注塑模具变形空间让位机构,通过在内抽芯滑块的上部和直顶块的一侧之间设置侧抽芯让位块,使其能顺利脱出保险杠的侧内倒扣,又能使内抽芯滑块脱下内倒扣时,给弧面以及侧内倒扣位置让出弹性变形的空间,保证产品能顺利抽芯,实现全自动脱模,减轻工人劳动强度,节省人工成本。
本发明保险杠注塑模具变形空间让位机构,所述的侧抽芯让位块下制有下滑块,在内抽芯滑块上开有上滑槽,上滑槽中设置上滑轨,上滑轨和下滑块相配合。有了上滑轨和侧抽芯让位块的下滑块配合,使侧抽芯让位块滑动时起到导向和限位作用,保证其滑动准确。

本发明涉及一种保险杠注塑模具变形空间让位机构,如图1—图5所示,包括下复板1,下复板上设置模脚2,模脚之间的下复板上设置上顶针板3和下顶针板4,上顶针板上设置上顶针5,下顶针板上设置下顶针6,在模脚上设置动模板7,动模板上设置动模镶块8,动模镶块上有注塑成型的保险杠9,保险杠的两头制有向下的弧面10,弧面下制有下内倒扣11,弧面的前侧制有侧内倒扣12,其特征在于:所述的动模板7上位于动模镶块8一侧设置导轨安装座13、固定座14、直顶块15、侧抽芯让位块16和内抽芯滑块17,在导轨安装座13一侧设置斜导轨18,固定座14的一侧制有上斜面19和下直面20,直顶块15位于侧抽芯让位块16一侧制有内斜面21,侧抽芯让位块16的后侧制有后斜面25,后斜面与固定座14的上斜面19和下直面20相配合,侧抽芯让位块的内侧制有内导面26,内导面与直顶块15的内斜面21相配合,侧抽芯让位块的外侧与保险杠9的侧内倒扣12相配合,在内抽芯滑块17一侧制有侧滑槽28,侧滑槽与斜导轨18相配合,内抽芯滑块的前侧与保险杠9的下内倒扣11相配合。当保险杠9注塑成型后,模具开模,由上、下顶针板3、4带动上、下顶针5、6,上、下顶针同时将保险杠9、直顶块15、侧抽芯让位块16和内抽芯滑块17一起向上顶出,此时内抽芯滑块的侧滑槽28与导轨安装座13一侧的斜导轨18配合,使内抽芯滑块17在向上移动的同时,倾斜向内侧移动,使其逐渐脱出保险杠9的下内倒扣11,由于该下内倒扣较宽且较深,在内抽芯滑块17向内脱的时候会带动保险杠9的弧面10轻微向内弹性变形,而弧面向内弹性变形又会带动侧内倒扣12位置轻微变形,此时内抽芯滑块17向内移动同时也带动侧抽芯让位块16向内移动,而由于固定座14为不动,且其下直面20顶住侧抽芯让位块16,使得侧抽芯让位块只能沿着直顶块15的内斜面21倾斜向后侧移动,侧抽芯让位块16倾斜向后侧移动一方面能脱出保险杠9的侧内倒扣12,另一方面给保险杠的弧面10让出向内弹性变形的空间,避免弧面以及侧内倒扣位置的弹性变形受到阻碍,当内抽芯滑块17和侧抽芯让位块16脱出保险杠9后,直顶块15继续向上将保险杠顶出脱模。本方案保险杠注塑模具变形空间让位机构,通过在内抽芯滑块17的上部和直顶块15的一侧之间设置侧抽芯让位块16,使其能顺利脱出保险杠9的侧内倒扣12,又能使内抽芯滑块17脱下内倒扣11时,给弧面10以及侧内倒扣12位置让出弹性变形的空间,保证产品能顺利抽芯,实现全自动脱模,减轻工人劳动强度,节省人工成本。所述的侧抽芯让位块16下制有下滑块22,在内抽芯滑块17上开有上滑槽23,上滑槽中设置上滑轨24,上滑轨和下滑块22相配合。有了上滑轨24和侧抽芯让位块16的下滑块22配合,使侧抽芯让位块滑动时起到导向和限位作用,保证其滑动准确。

1.保险杠注塑模具变形空间让位机构,包括下复板(1),下复板上设置模脚(2),模脚之间的下复板上设置上顶针板(3)和下顶针板(4),上顶针板上设置上顶针(5),下顶针板上设置下顶针(6),在模脚上设置动模板(7),动模板上设置动模镶块(8),动模镶块上有注塑成型的保险杠(9),保险杠的两头制有向下的弧面(10),弧面下制有下内倒扣(11),弧面的前侧制有侧内倒扣(12),其特征在于:所述的动模板(7)上位于动模镶块(8)一侧设置导轨安装座(13)、固定座(14)、直顶块(15)、侧抽芯让位块(16)和内抽芯滑块(17),在导轨安装座(13)一侧设置斜导轨(18),固定座(14)的一侧制有上斜面(19)和下直面(20),直顶块(15)位于侧抽芯让位块(16)一侧制有内斜面(21),侧抽芯让位块(16)的后侧制有后斜面(25),后斜面与固定座(14)的上斜面(19)和下直面(20)相配合,侧抽芯让位块的内侧制有内导面(26),内导面与直顶块(15)的内斜面(21)相配合,侧抽芯让位块的外侧与保险杠(9)的侧内倒扣(12)相配合,在内抽芯滑块(17)一侧制有侧滑槽(28),侧滑槽与斜导轨(18)相配合,内抽芯滑块的前侧与保险杠(9)的下内倒扣(11)相配合。
