本发明涉及搅拌设备技术领域,公开了一种自动补水式搅拌机。其包括内筒体、外筒体和驱动机构,内筒体设置于外筒体内,内筒体侧壁上开设有分选孔,外筒体底部设置有出料口,内筒体顶部设置有进料口,内筒内设置有第一搅拌桨,外筒内设置有第二搅拌桨,外筒体顶部设置有支架,第二搅拌桨通过圆锥滚子轴承与支架连接,第一搅拌桨与驱动机构传动连接,第二搅拌桨通过链传动或者带传动与驱动机构连接,第一搅拌桨和第二搅拌桨的搅拌轴为均中空结构且下部均布置有补水孔,第一搅拌桨和第二搅拌桨的搅拌轴与补水管道相连通。该补水式搅拌机补充的经过搅拌桨发散出去,因此补水均匀,效果好,有利于观测补水量是否达标。

技术领域
本发明涉及搅拌设备技术领域,尤其是一种自动补水式搅拌机。
背景技术
搅拌机在搅拌时根据实时搅拌状况可能还需要进行补加水量,传统加水通常是直接用管道通入搅拌容器内,此方式通常不能第一时间使水分分布均匀,不便于观察加水量是否符合要求,常造成加水量不合适的后果。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可以使补水均匀的补水式搅拌机。
本发明公开的补水式搅拌机,包括内筒体、外筒体和驱动机构,所述内筒体设置于外筒体内,所述内筒体侧壁上开设有分选孔,所述外筒体底部设置有出料口,所述内筒体顶部设置有进料口,所述内筒内设置有第一搅拌桨,所述外筒内设置有第二搅拌桨,所述外筒体顶部设置有支架,所述第二搅拌桨通过圆锥滚子轴承与支架连接,所述第一搅拌桨与驱动机构传动连接,所述第二搅拌桨通过链传动或者带传动与驱动机构连接,所述第一搅拌桨和第二搅拌桨的搅拌轴为均中空结构且下部均布置有补水孔,所述第一搅拌桨和第二搅拌桨的搅拌轴与补水管道相连通。
优选地,所述第一搅拌桨和第二搅拌桨的搅拌轴上均设置有桨片,所述桨片沿搅拌轴轴向设置。
优选地,所述补水孔沿搅拌轴的轴向设置,所述搅拌轴上均沿轴向设置有加强筋,所述加强筋位置与补水孔重叠,且加强筋宽度小于补水孔半径。
优选地,所述内筒体底部为倒锥台状结构,所述分选孔设置于倒锥台状结构的侧壁上。
优选地,所述分选孔为锥台状结构,且位于内筒体内壁的端口直径小于位于内筒体外壁的端口直径。
本发明的有益效果是:该补水式搅拌机补充的经过搅拌桨发散出去,因此补水均匀,效果好,有利于观测补水量是否达标。

下面对本发明进一步说明。
本发明公开的补水式搅拌机,其特征在于:包括内筒体1、外筒体2和驱动机构,所述内筒体1设置于外筒体2内,所述内筒体1侧壁上开设有分选孔6,所述外筒体2底部设置有出料口5,所述内筒体1顶部设置有进料口,所述内筒1内设置有第一搅拌桨4,所述外筒内设置有第二搅拌桨7,所述外筒体2顶部设置有支架9,所述第二搅拌桨7通过圆锥滚子轴承10与支架9连接,所述第一搅拌桨4与驱动机构传动连接,所述第二搅拌桨7通过链传动或者带传动与驱动机构连接,所述第一搅拌桨4和第二搅拌桨7的搅拌轴3为均中空结构且下部均布置有补水孔11,所述第一搅拌桨4和第二搅拌桨7的搅拌轴3与补水管道相连通。
其工作原理如下:
各种搅拌原料及搅拌用水进入内筒体1,在第一搅拌桨4作用下进行搅拌,合格的物料从分选孔中进入外筒体2,外筒体2内的物料同样在第二搅拌桨7作用下,充分搅拌混合,搅拌合格后的产品从外筒体2底部的出料口5送出。当需要加水时,从补水管向中空的搅拌轴3输水,输送的水从搅拌轴3上的补水孔11进入内筒体1和外筒体2,并由搅拌桨将补充的水发散出去,使得补水能够快速均匀分布。为保证补水的发散,所述第一搅拌桨4和第二搅拌桨7的搅拌轴3上均设置有桨片8,所述桨片8沿搅拌轴3轴向设置。而在开设补水孔11后搅拌轴3的强度会降低,为提高其强度,所述补水孔11沿搅拌轴3的轴向设置,所述搅拌轴3上均沿轴向设置有加强筋12,所述加强筋12位置与补水孔11重叠,且加强筋12宽度小于补水孔11半径,同时桨片8也可以其一定的加强作用。
在离心力和重力的共同的作用下,内筒的物料主要集中在内筒体1下部的侧壁上,为便于其进入外筒体2,所述内筒体1底部为倒锥台状结构,所述分选孔6设置于倒锥台状结构的侧壁上。而为了防止分选孔6堵塞,所述分选孔6为锥台状结构,且位于内筒体1内壁的端口直径小于位于内筒体1外壁的端口直径。

1.补水式搅拌机,其特征在于:包括内筒体(1)、外筒体(2)和驱动机构,所述内筒体(1)设置于外筒体(2)内,所述内筒体(1)侧壁上开设有分选孔(6),所述外筒体(2)底部设置有出料口(5),所述内筒体(1)顶部设置有进料口,所述内筒(1)内设置有第一搅拌桨(4),所述外筒内设置有第二搅拌桨(7),所述外筒体(2)顶部设置有支架(9),所述第二搅拌桨(7)通过圆锥滚子轴承(10)与支架(9)连接,所述第一搅拌桨(4)与驱动机构传动连接,所述第二搅拌桨(7)通过链传动或者带传动与驱动机构连接,所述第一搅拌桨(4)和第二搅拌桨(7)的搅拌轴(3)为均中空结构且下部均布置有补水孔(11),所述第一搅拌桨(4)和第二搅拌桨(7)的搅拌轴(3)与补水管道相连通。
2.如权利要求1所述的补水式搅拌机,其特征在于:所述第一搅拌桨(4)和第二搅拌桨(7)的搅拌轴(3)上均设置有桨片(8),所述桨片(8)沿搅拌轴(3)轴向设置。
3.如权利要求1所述的补水式搅拌机,其特征在于:所述补水孔(11)沿搅拌轴(3)的轴向设置,所述搅拌轴(3)上均沿轴向设置有加强筋(12),所述加强筋(12)位置与补水孔(11)重叠,且加强筋(12)宽度小于补水孔(11)半径。
4.如权利要求1所述的补水式搅拌机,其特征在于:所述内筒体(1)底部为倒锥台状结构,所述分选孔(6)设置于倒锥台状结构的侧壁上。
5.如权利要求1所述的补水式搅拌机,其特征在于:所述分选孔(6)为锥台状结构,且位于内筒体(1)内壁的端口直径小于位于内筒体(1)外壁的端口直径。
