Abstract
本发明公开了一种清洗方便的工业搅拌装置，包括搅拌罐，所述搅拌罐的顶部中端设置有进料口，所述搅拌罐的左侧下方设置有出料口，所述搅拌罐的内部设置有搅拌腔，所述搅拌罐的顶部并位于进料口的两侧均固定连接有电动伸缩杆，所述电动伸缩杆的伸缩端贯穿搅拌罐并与搅拌腔内部设置的清洗环固定连接，所述清洗环和搅拌腔之间的间隙内设置有保护座，所述保护座套接在电动伸缩杆伸缩端的外部并与搅拌腔的顶部固定连接。本发明清洗方便的工业搅拌装置，结构简单，使用方便，在搅拌罐完成工作之后能够对搅拌罐进行清洗工作，清洗的效果更好，并且清洗的速度快，在清洗时更加方便，节约了大量的水资源。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及工业搅拌装置技术领域，具体为一种清洗方便的工业搅拌装置。
背景技术
搅拌罐也可叫水相罐，广泛应用于涂料、医药、建材、化工、颜料、树脂、食品、科研等行业。该设备可根据用户产品的工艺要求选用碳钢、不锈钢等材料制作，以及设置加热、冷却装置，以满足不同的工艺和生产需要。
目前，在搅拌罐中搅拌工作完成之后需要对搅拌罐的内部进行清洗，采取的清洗技术是人工清洗，把水倒入到搅拌罐中然后进行搅拌清洗，此种清洗方法不仅清洗效果不明显，还大量的浪费了水资源。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种清洗方便的工业搅拌装置，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种清洗方便的工业搅拌装置，包括搅拌罐，所述搅拌罐的顶部中端设置有进料口，所述搅拌罐的左侧下方设置有出料口，所述搅拌罐的内部设置有搅拌腔，所述搅拌罐的顶部并位于进料口的两侧均固定连接有电动伸缩杆，两个电动伸缩杆以进料口的中轴线对称设置，所述电动伸缩杆的伸缩端贯穿搅拌罐并与搅拌腔内部设置的清洗环固定连接，所述清洗环和搅拌腔之间的间隙内设置有保护座，所述保护座套接在电动伸缩杆伸缩端的外部并与搅拌腔的顶部固定连接，所述清洗环的外表面固定连接有毛刷固定环，所述毛刷固定环上固定连接有毛刷，所述毛刷远离毛刷固定环的一端与搅拌腔的腔壁接触，所述清洗环上分别开设有入水口和分流槽，所述入水口位于分流槽的上方并与分流槽连通，所述清洗环的底部固定连接有与分流槽连通的分流头，所述分流头上设置有喷水头，所述搅拌罐的顶部并位于电动伸缩杆的左侧固定连接有连接座，所述连接座上连通有注水管，所述搅拌罐的罐体内开设有与连接座连通的入水孔，所述入水孔远离连接座的一端贯穿搅拌罐并与搅拌腔中设置的伸缩管连通，所述伸缩管的输出端与入水口连通，所述搅拌腔的内部设置有搅拌装置。
优选的，所述清洗环的顶部固定连接有密封环，所述密封环与保护座的内壁接触。
优选的，所述喷水头的数量为两个，两个喷水头以分流头的中轴线左右的对称设置，所述分流头的输出端与喷水头的输入端连通。
优选的，所述搅拌装置包括转动杆和搅拌叶，搅拌叶套接在转动杆上。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
（1）、本发明清洗方便的工业搅拌装置，结构简单，使用方便，在搅拌罐完成工作之后能够对搅拌罐进行清洗工作，清洗的效果更好，并且清洗的速度快，在清洗时更加方便，节约了大量的水资源。
（2）、本发明清洗方便的工业搅拌装置，通过电动伸缩杆、清洗环和毛刷的配合使用，能够对搅拌腔进行更好的清洗，避免了采用水清洗的效果不好的状况，还通过注水管、入水孔、伸缩管、分流槽、分流头和喷水头的配合使用，能够在毛刷清洗时对搅拌腔进行水洗，清洗的效果更好，避免了直接把水倒入到搅拌腔里清洗浪费水资源的状况。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-3，本发明提供一种技术方案：一种清洗方便的工业搅拌装置，包括搅拌罐1，搅拌罐1的顶部中端设置有进料口2，搅拌罐1的左侧下方设置有出料口3，搅拌罐1的内部设置有搅拌腔5，搅拌罐1的顶部并位于进料口2的两侧均固定连接有电动伸缩杆4，两个电动伸缩杆4以进料口2的中轴线对称设置，电动伸缩杆4的伸缩端贯穿搅拌罐1并与搅拌腔5内部设置的清洗环6固定连接，清洗环6和搅拌腔5之间的间隙内设置有保护座7，通过电动伸缩杆4，能够在清洗时推动清洗环6上下移动，起到更好的清洗效果，清洗环6的顶部固定连接有密封环19，采用密封环19，在搅拌罐1工作的时候避免了搅拌的材料进入到电动时伸缩杆4中影响其工作的状况，密封环19与保护座7的内壁接触，保护座7套接在电动伸缩杆4伸缩端的外部并与搅拌腔5的顶部固定连接，清洗环6的外表面固定连接有毛刷固定环8，毛刷固定环8上固定连接有毛刷9，通过电动伸缩杆4、清洗环6和毛刷9的配合使用，能够对搅拌腔5进行更好的清洗，避免了采用水清洗的效果不好的状况，毛刷9远离毛刷固定环8的一端与搅拌腔5的腔壁接触，清洗环6上分别开设有入水口10和分流槽11，入水口10位于分流槽11的上方并与分流槽11连通，清洗环6的底部固定连接有与分流槽11连通的分流头12，分流头12上设置有喷水头13，喷水头13的数量为两个，两个喷水头13以分流头12的中轴线左右的对称设置，分流头12的输出端与喷水头13的输入端连通，搅拌罐1的顶部并位于电动伸缩杆4的左侧固定连接有连接座14，连接座14上连通有注水管15，搅拌罐1的罐体内开设有与连接座14连通的入水孔16，入水孔16远离连接座14的一端贯穿搅拌罐1并与搅拌腔5中设置的伸缩管17连通，通过注水管15、入水孔16、伸缩管17、分流槽11、分流头12和喷水头13的配合使用，能够在毛刷9清洗时对搅拌腔5进行水洗，清洗的效果更好，避免了直接把水倒入到搅拌腔5里清洗浪费水资源的状况，伸缩管17的输出端与入水口10连通，并且采用伸缩管17，能够根据电动伸缩杆4的推动进行拉长持续供水，搅拌腔5的内部设置有搅拌装置18，搅拌装置18包括转动杆和搅拌叶，搅拌叶套接在转动杆上，结构简单，使用方便，在搅拌罐1完成工作之后能够对搅拌罐1进行清洗工作，清洗的效果更好，并且清洗的速度快，在清洗时更加方便，节约了大量的水资源。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例，对于本领域的普通技术人员而言，可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型，本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (4)
1.一种清洗方便的工业搅拌装置，包括搅拌罐（1），所述搅拌罐（1）的顶部中端设置有进料口（2），所述搅拌罐（1）的左侧下方设置有出料口（3），所述搅拌罐（1）的内部设置有搅拌腔（5），其特征在于：所述搅拌罐（1）的顶部并位于进料口（2）的两侧均固定连接有电动伸缩杆（4），两个电动伸缩杆（4）以进料口（2）的中轴线对称设置，所述电动伸缩杆（4）的伸缩端贯穿搅拌罐（1）并与搅拌腔（5）内部设置的清洗环（6）固定连接，所述清洗环（6）和搅拌腔（5）之间的间隙内设置有保护座（7），所述保护座（7）套接在电动伸缩杆（4）伸缩端的外部并与搅拌腔（5）的顶部固定连接，所述清洗环（6）的外表面固定连接有毛刷固定环（8），所述毛刷固定环（8）上固定连接有毛刷（9），所述毛刷（9）远离毛刷固定环（8）的一端与搅拌腔（5）的腔壁接触，所述清洗环（6）上分别开设有入水口（10）和分流槽（11），所述入水口（10）位于分流槽（11）的上方并与分流槽（11）连通，所述清洗环（6）的底部固定连接有与分流槽（11）连通的分流头（12），所述分流头（12）上设置有喷水头（13），所述搅拌罐（1）的顶部并位于电动伸缩杆（4）的左侧固定连接有连接座（14），所述连接座（14）上连通有注水管（15），所述搅拌罐（1）的罐体内开设有与连接座（14）连通的入水孔（16），所述入水孔（16）远离连接座（14）的一端贯穿搅拌罐（1）并与搅拌腔（5）中设置的伸缩管（17）连通，所述伸缩管（17）的输出端与入水口（10）连通，所述搅拌腔（5）的内部设置有搅拌装置（18）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种清洗方便的工业搅拌装置，其特征在于：所述清洗环（6）的顶部固定连接有密封环（19），所述密封环（19）与保护座（7）的内壁接触。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种清洗方便的工业搅拌装置，其特征在于：所述喷水头（13）的数量为两个，两个喷水头（13）以分流头（12）的中轴线左右的对称设置，所述分流头（12）的输出端与喷水头（13）的输入端连通。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种清洗方便的工业搅拌装置，其特征在于：所述搅拌装置（18）包括转动杆和搅拌叶，搅拌叶套接在转动杆上。
