Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于增强免疫力的组合物,包括VC、猫爪草、姜、紫锥花、葡萄籽提取物、大蒜素、黄芪、鱼腥草、蒲公英提取物、菊花、VD、VA、VE;通过功效成分与功能的关系、各成分配伍科学依据、功效成分用量与安全性、功效用量间的关系等,确定本发明的主要原料,各组分间协同作用,为机体持续不断的促进细胞因子的产生,参与调节神经‑内分泌‑免疫网络,激活免疫细胞活性,增强体内细胞免疫的功能,促进细胞的营养吸收,有效的清除超氧阴离子自由基,保护机体免疫功能免受破坏,刺激机体淋巴细胞的增殖,增强巨噬细胞的吞噬能力及促进成纤维细胞对胶原纤维的合成能力,进而从根本上提高机体免疫力,在提高免疫力。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品保健领域,特别涉及用于增强免疫力的组合物及其应用。
背景技术
免疫力是人体自身的防御机制,是人体识别和消灭外来侵入的任何异物例如病毒、细菌等,处理衰老、损伤、死亡、变性的自身细胞以及识别和处理体内突变细胞和病毒感染细胞的能力。现代免疫学认为,免疫力是人体识别和排除“异己”的生理反应。人体内执行这一功能的是免疫系统。因此,免疫力低下,病毒性疾病易侵入,易感冒等,得了疾病难以根治,患病后疾病的治疗的疗程长。人体免疫力增强,能预防病毒性的疾病发生,也能控制和减少细菌性疾病的产生和发展,还能提高人体素质,又能加速大多数疾病的治愈,增强自身的免疫力是一种强身健体的最佳方法。而增强自身免疫力的方法有很多,其中,中药增强免疫力无毒、无副作用。如冬虫夏草、天麻等名贵中药,可增强人体的免疫力,但因成本高,一般大众难以接受。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于增强免疫力的组合物及其应用,各组分间协同作用,为机体持续不断的提供免疫增强因子,激活免疫细胞活性,增强体内细胞免疫的功能,促进细胞的营养吸收,有效的清除超氧阴离子自由基,保护机体免疫功能免受破坏,使身体细胞能够保持正常的生理状态,刺激机体淋巴细胞的增殖,增强巨噬细胞的吞噬能力及促进成纤维细胞对胶原纤维的合成能力,进而从根本上提高机体免疫力。
本发明的用于增强免疫力的组合物,原料包括以下组分:500~1000mg VC、5~10g猫爪草、1300~1600mg mg姜、600~900mg紫锥花、2~4g葡萄籽提取物、5~10mg大蒜素、10~15g黄芪、10~20g鱼腥草、5~10g蒲公英提取物、5~10g菊花、10~20ug VD、1500~2000ug VA、300~500mg VE;
进一步,原料包括以下组分:800mg VC、7g猫爪草、1400mg mg姜、700mg紫锥花、3g葡萄籽提取物、7mg大蒜素、13g黄芪、15g鱼腥草、8g蒲公英提取物、7g菊花、15ug VD、1800ugVA、400mg VE。
进一步,可加入医学或食品学或保健品学上能够接受的载体制成制剂。
本发明的用于增强免疫力的组合物在制备增强免疫力的食品、保健品、药物中的应用。
本发明的有益效果:用于增强免疫力的组合物及其应用,通过功效成分与功能的关系、各成分配伍科学依据、功效成分用量与安全性、功效用量间的关系等,确定本发明的主要原料,各组分间协同作用,为机体持续不断的促进细胞因子的产生,参与调节神经-内分泌-免疫网络,激活免疫细胞活性,增强体内细胞免疫的功能,促进细胞的营养吸收,有效的清除超氧阴离子自由基,保护机体免疫功能免受破坏,使身体细胞能够保持正常的生理状态,刺激机体淋巴细胞的增殖,增强巨噬细胞的吞噬能力及促进成纤维细胞对胶原纤维的合成能力,进而从根本上提高机体免疫力,在提高免疫力的同时,调节内分泌系统,清除自由基,解决肌肤细胞衰老或受损的内在根源,激活细胞,增强细胞代谢能力,促进肌肤细胞对深层营养物质的吸收,从根本上解决细胞损伤问题,延缓衰老。而上述效果的实现,与各组分的配伍关系以及用量比优直接的关系,必须精确的选择个组分的用量使各组分充分发挥自己的优势作用并使各组分提供的营养达到最佳动态平衡状态,例如:维生素尽管对人体有益,但是过量同样会带来危害,少又起不到预想的作用,也并不是所有的中药免疫类组分均有免疫增强作用,有的中药免疫类药物具有双向调节作用,还有的中药具有免疫抑制作用;在免疫增强剂的复方筛选中,应区分对待,以防降低疗效,而本发明的各组分的用量与其效果并不是相互叠加的关系,各组分的用量与组分之间的关系是一个有机的组合,上述各组分的用量使营养素达到一个最佳的平衡也不是通过有限次的试验就能获知的,而是需要考虑各组分的自身特点,组分之间的相互作用(抑制或协同),营养素的供能比,外源性营养素与人体内的营养素之间的关系等因素控制各组分的用量达到经济与效果的最佳结合点,避免过犹不及,这是需要付出创造性劳动的。
猫爪草:性温,味甘、辛,入肝、肺经,具有清热解毒、消肿散结、止咳祛痰等功效,临床用于治疗肺结核、淋巴结结核、咽喉炎、疟疾等症。猫爪草化学成分其主要含有黄酮类及苷类、挥发油、有机酸、多糖类等化合物。猫爪草中的多糖类、皂甙类化合物能通过上调基因的转录水平增强大鼠细胞免疫力,此外,还具有抗炎和抗肿瘤作用,特别是对乳腺癌、非小细胞肺癌、肝癌等。
姜:所含成分复杂,主要包括挥发油、烷基酚类、长链不饱和脂肪酸酯苷类等,其中烷基酚类(姜黄素)成分为姜属植物中所特有的成分,且含量较高,约0.1%~2%。因此,姜具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤、调节血脂、增强免疫、抗血小板聚集、止痛、止呕吐等多种生物活性作用。
紫锥花:紫锥菊含有丰富的多糖类(4-O-甲基-葡萄糖醛-阿拉伯糖-木聚糖和阿拉伯糖-鼠李半乳聚糖)、异丁酰胺类、多炔类化合物等活性成分,具有增强免疫、抗炎、抗病毒、抗癌等作用,主要通过刺激巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,刺激T淋巴细胞增殖而达到增强抵抗力的作用。
大蒜素:是多种含硫化合物的复合体,蒜氨酸是大蒜素的前体物质,且其性质较稳定,大蒜素是由蒜氨酸被大蒜里的蒜酶催化产生。大蒜素具有杀菌消炎、降血脂、降血压和提高机体抵抗力等多种药理作用,不仅可以预防癌症的发生,还具有抗肿瘤的作用。其提高机体免疫功能的主要作用机制是通过提高单核细胞的分泌功能,释放大量的溶菌酶,而溶菌酶能水解细菌细胞壁的黏多肽,从而使其裂解死亡。
葡萄籽提取物:含多种化学成分,其主要成分为多酚类、黄酮类、葡萄籽油、蛋白质、维生素及微量元素等,其中含有黄酮类、多酚类等多种生物活性化合物,具有较强清除自由基和预防脂质过氧化的能力,还具有抑制多种癌细胞生长的功能。因此,葡萄籽具有调节血脂、抗氧化、保护心血管、增强免疫、保护肝脏、抗肿瘤、抗溃疡等功能。
黄芪:主要成分为黄芪皂苷、黄芪多糖、氨基丁酸,微量元素(硒、锰、铁、锌、铜)和钙等。
黄芪味甘,微温,具有补气升阳、益卫固表、利水消肿、托疮生机之功效,此外由于含丰富的多糖类、皂甙等活性成分,还具有增强机体免疫功能、抗衰老、保肝、抗炎杀菌、抑制病毒、降压等作用。其增强机体免疫的主要作用机制可能是刺激机体内免疫球蛋白IgG,IgA,IgM的合成增加,以及促进网状内皮细胞的吞噬能力等。
鱼腥草:性辛,味微寒,归肺经,具有清热解毒、消痈排脓和利尿通淋等功能,用于肺痈吐脓、痰热喘咳、热淋、热痢和痈肿疮毒等症,,是国家卫生部正式确定为药食两用的品种之一。(鱼腥草可食,营养成分有蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、钙、磷、铁、维生素A、维生素C、维生素B2和维生素E等以及天冬氨酸和谷氨酸等多种氨基酸。)鱼腥草含挥发油和黄酮类药用成分,挥发油占0.05%左右,总黄酮类化合物在0.1%左右。具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗氧化、增强免疫、抗过敏、平喘止咳等作用。其调节免疫功能主要机制可能是促进淋巴细胞增的殖能力和增强巨噬细胞吞噬能力。
蒲公英提取物:含胡萝卜素、核黄素、钙、铁等多种维生素和矿物质,含多糖类、黄酮类、酚酸类、三萜类、植物甾醇类等多种活性成分。具有清热解毒、消肿散结、利尿通淋、健胃消炎、保肝利胆等功效;还具有抗菌、抗突变、抗肿瘤、抗氧化等多种药理学作用。其增强免疫功能主要机制可能是促进淋巴细胞增殖能力和增强巨噬细胞吞噬能力,以及提高NK细胞的活性。
菊花:性甘、味苦,微寒;归肺、肝经;可散风,平肝明目,清热解毒。临床上菊花主要用于治疗风热感冒、头痛眩晕、目赤肿痛、眼目昏花及疮痈肿毒等。菊花中主要含有黄酮、萜类及有机酸等化学成分。菊花具有抗菌、抗炎、调节免疫、抗氧化、舒血管、降血脂、抗肿瘤、驱铅等多种药理作用。其中的菊花多糖及绿原酸可刺激肠道淋巴细胞分泌TNF-α、INF-γ,提高细胞免疫,从而发挥免疫调节作用。
VC:作为电子供体具有抗氧化,还是强还原剂,它作为体内维持羟化酶活性所必需的辅助因子,参与体内许多重要物质的合成与代谢,如胶原蛋白、5-羟色胺、去甲肾上腺素等,此外还具有解毒、提高机体抵抗力的作用。
VE主要生理功能是抗氧化作用,是体内最重要的脂溶性抗氧化剂和自由基清除剂。主要对抗生物膜上过氧化所产生的自由基,保护生物膜的结构与功能,使细胞膜维持正常的流动性,其作用机制是与过氧化脂质自由基形成反应性较低且相对稳定的生育酚自由基,后者可在VC或谷胱甘肽的作用下还原称非自由基产物生育酚。VE可调控多种基因表达,如生育酚代谢相关基因、与动脉粥样硬化发生发展相关基因、细胞黏附与抗炎的相关基因、细胞信号转导和细胞周期调节的相关基因等。因此,VE具有除抗氧化作用以外的多种功能,如具有抗炎、维持正常免疫功能和抑制细胞增殖的作用,预防动脉粥样硬化、抗衰老等作用。
VA维生素A是一种脂溶性维生素,它的活性型包括视黄醇、视黄醛和维甲酸。VA除维持正常视力外,还具有增强免疫、维持上皮细胞结构和功能完整,维持正常生长发育和生殖的功能。维生素A的缺乏可使机体细胞免疫功能降低,其作用机制是VA对淋巴细胞抗体的生成具有明显的促进作用,VA缺乏也可引起中性细胞杀菌活性、吞噬细胞的吞噬作用、自然杀伤细胞介导的细胞毒性紊乱,使抵抗力下降,还可导致上皮屏障受损,增加感染和炎症的机率。

本实施例的用于增强免疫力的组合物,原料包括以下组分:500mg VC、5g猫爪草、1300mg mg姜、600mg紫锥花、2g葡萄籽提取物、5mg大蒜素、10g黄芪、10g鱼腥草、5g蒲公英提取物、5g菊花、10ug VD、1500ug VA、300mg VE。
实施例二
本实施例的用于增强免疫力的组合物,原料包括以下组分:1000mg VC、10g猫爪草、1600mg mg姜、900mg紫锥花、4g葡萄籽提取物、10mg大蒜素、15g黄芪、20g鱼腥草、10g蒲公英提取物、10g菊花、20ug VD、2000ug VA、500mg VE。
实施例三
本实施例的用于增强免疫力的组合物,原料包括以下组分:500mg VC、10g猫爪草、1300mg mg姜、900mg紫锥花、2g葡萄籽提取物、10mg大蒜素、10g黄芪、20g鱼腥草、5g蒲公英提取物、10g菊花、10ug VD、2000ug VA、300mg VE。
实施例四
本实施例的用于增强免疫力的组合物,原料包括以下组分:1000mg VC、5g猫爪草、1600mg mg姜、600mg紫锥花、4g葡萄籽提取物、5mg大蒜素、15g黄芪、10g鱼腥草、10g蒲公英提取物、5g菊花、20ug VD、1500ug VA、500mg VE。
实施例五
本实施例的用于增强免疫力的组合物,原料包括以下组分:600mg VC、7g猫爪草、1400mg mg姜、700mg紫锥花、3g葡萄籽提取物、5mg大蒜素、10g黄芪、10g鱼腥草、10g蒲公英提取物、10g菊花、20ug VD、1700ug VA、500mgVE。
实施例六
本实施例的用于增强免疫力的组合物,原料包括以下组分:800mg VC、7g猫爪草、1400mg mg姜、700mg紫锥花、3g葡萄籽提取物、7mg大蒜素、13g黄芪、15g鱼腥草、8g蒲公英提取物、7g菊花、15ug VD、1800ug VA、400mg VE。上述实施例中,加入医学或食品学或保健品学上能够接受的载体制成制剂,如可加入环糊精作为赋形剂,制成丸剂、颗粒剂等,还可加入矫味剂改善口感,上述实施例中,可加入1-5mg的苦豆草提取物,增强体液和细胞免疫功,1-3mg马兜铃提取物,其马兜铃酸能增强巨噬细胞功能,可加入2-6mg木蹄层孔菌多糖(木蹄多糖)对免疫抑制小鼠单核/巨噬细胞吞噬功能、体液免疫功能及T淋巴细胞分泌白介素2(IL-2)、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)的影响,可加入1-3mg白毛藤生物碱,有效提高机体的免疫功能及IL-2,IL-12,IFN-γ和TNF-αmRNA表达;可加入1-2mg桂皮酸及钠盐有升高白细胞的作用,可分别加入1-3mg的淫羊藿多糖和枸杞多糖,增强机体调节神经-内分泌-免疫网络的调节功能。
实施例七
本实施例的用于增强免疫力的组合物,原料包括以下组分:500mg VC、5g猫爪草、1600mg mg姜、900mg紫锥花、2g葡萄籽提取物、5mg大蒜素、15g黄芪、20g鱼腥草、5g蒲公英提取物、5g菊花、20ug VD、2000ug VA、300mg VE、1mg的苦豆草提取物、1mg马兜铃提取物、2mg木蹄层孔菌多糖(木蹄多糖)、1mg白毛藤生物碱、1mg桂皮酸、1mg的淫羊藿多糖。
实施例八
本实施例的用于增强免疫力的组合物,原料包括以下组分:1000mg VC、10g猫爪草、1600mg mg姜、900mg紫锥花、2g葡萄籽提取物、5mg大蒜素、10g黄芪、100g鱼腥草、10g蒲公英提取物、10g菊花、20ug VD、1500ug VA、300mgVE、1mg的苦豆草提取物、3mg马兜铃提取物、6mg木蹄层孔菌多糖(木蹄多糖)、3mg白毛藤生物碱、2mg桂皮酸、3mg的枸杞多糖。
将上述实施例的用于增强免疫力的组合物在制备增强免疫力的食品、保健品、药物中的应用。
效果验证:
本发明的用于增强免疫力的组合物,可以有效提高人体免疫力,经过500人试用,500试用者口服本发明实施例1的用于增强免疫力的组合物胶囊剂或片剂,每日1次,连续服用半年,据统计,半年内患感冒的只有6人,胃肠不适的只有5人,发病率在2.2%以下,而对同地区同条件下500人未服用者调查统计有35人次发生了感冒或者胃肠不适,发病率在7%以上,本发明服用者明显区别于未服用者,易患病者是免疫力低下的体现,抵抗力强、不易患病是免疫力增强的表现,试验结果清楚表明了本发明的保健食品对提高人体免疫力、增进健康具有理想的效果。
病例1:王某,男,53岁,疲乏、四肢无力,食欲不佳,特别是经常感冒,几乎每个月至少感冒一次,冬春季更频繁。服用实施例2的产品45天后,效果明显,上述症状好转。继续服用后精神充沛,浑身有劲,特别是对感冒的预防有非常好的效果,半年内未患感冒。
病例2:刘某,男,61岁,经常头昏头痛、疲乏无力、精神不佳、食欲不振,冬春季经常感冒。服用实施例3的产品60天后,上述症状好转,自感精神好、无明显疲劳感,整个冬季未发生感冒、气管炎等。
病例3:章某,女,3岁,反复出现呼吸道感染,差不多每2个月发病1次。服用实施例的产品60天后,感冒次数和发生呼吸道感染的次数明显减少。
最后说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的宗旨和范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。

1.一种用于增强免疫力的组合物,其特征在于:原料包括以下组分:500~1000mg VC、5~10g猫爪草、1300~1600mg mg姜、600~900mg紫锥花、2~4g葡萄籽提取物、5~10mg大蒜素、10~15g黄芪、10~20g鱼腥草、5~10g蒲公英提取物、5~10g菊花、10~20ug VD、1500~2000ug VA、300~500mg VE。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于增强免疫力的组合物,其特征在于:原料包括以下组分:800mg VC、7g猫爪草、1400mg mg姜、700mg紫锥花、3g葡萄籽提取物、7mg大蒜素、13g黄芪、15g鱼腥草、8g蒲公英提取物、7g菊花、15ug VD、1800ug VA、400mg VE。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于增强免疫力的组合物,其特征在于:可加入医学或食品学或保健品学上能够接受的载体制成制剂。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的用于增强免疫力的组合物在制备增强免疫力的食品、保健品、药物中的应用。
