Abstract
本发明公开了一种对胃黏膜损伤有辅助治疗功能的食药及其制备方法,涉及食药技术领域。本发明包括炒鸡内金、三七、白蔻仁、玉竹、白芷、海螵蛸、白芍、陈皮、炒稻草、炒麦芽、海藻多糖和山药粉。本发明中炒鸡内金、炒稻草和炒麦芽具有消食健胃的作用;白蔻仁、陈皮、山药粉具有补脾养胃的作用;三七、白芷、海螵蛸具有制酸止痛的作用;玉竹具有养阴润燥的作用;白芍具有平肝止痛的作用;而海藻多糖可以增强机体免疫力、抗菌、抗炎;发酵后,海藻多糖与以上诸药(食)配伍,使得本发明具有治疗胃寒、胃疼、胃胀、胃炎、胃溃疡、胃黏膜脱落等多种胃病的功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及食药技术领域,特别涉及一种对胃黏膜损伤有辅助治疗功能的食药及其制备方法。
背景技术
俗话说十人九胃,就是说十个人当中就有九个人有胃病。因为人食五谷杂粮,孰能无病。饮食入口,首先影响的就是胃,胃每天不停的工作,一日三餐,胃受纳、腐熟、消化,将未消化完的食物传送到肠。如果饮食不慎,吃的东西难以消化或胃本身出了问题,都会引发胃寒、胃疼、胃胀、胃炎、胃溃疡、胃黏膜脱落等胃病。
随着人们工作强度的增加,饮食不规律且不卫生,导致胃病发病几率进一步增加。
目前,治疗用来治疗胃病的西药,治疗效果不明显,主要是不能根治;而用来治疗胃病的重要虽然效果不错,但是功能单一,仅能治疗一种胃病,使用范围有限。
发明内容
为了弥补现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种可快速根治各种胃病的食药及其制备方法。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种对胃黏膜损伤有辅助治疗功能的食药,包括炒鸡内金、三七、白蔻仁、玉竹、白芷、海螵蛸、白芍、陈皮、炒稻草、炒麦芽、海藻多糖和山药粉。
作为优选方案,按照重量份数计,包括:8-20份炒鸡内金、2-12份三七,5-18份白蔻仁、10-30份玉竹、5-25份白芷、10-30份海螵蛸、10-30份白芍、8-20份陈皮、10-30份炒稻草、10-30份炒麦芽、15-40份海藻多糖、15-40份山药粉。
作为优选方案,按照重量份数计,包括12-18份炒鸡内金、4-10份三七,8-13份白蔻仁、13-20份玉竹、8-18份白芷、13-20份海螵蛸、13-20份白芍、9-15份陈皮、13-20份炒稻草、13-20份炒麦芽、18-30份海藻多糖、18-30份山药粉。
进一步的,按照重量份数计,包括:15份炒鸡内金、6份三七,9份白蔻仁、15份玉竹、10份白芷、15份海螵蛸、15份白芍、10份陈皮、15份炒稻草、15份炒麦芽、20份海藻多糖、20份山药粉。

1)将各组分粉碎至粉末状,然后加入发酵液发酵,发酵液没过混合粉末;
2)滤除固渣,收集清液,灭菌包装,即得本发明对胃黏膜损伤有辅助治疗功能的食药。

三七,甘、微苦,温;归肝、胃经;散瘀止血,消肿定痛;用于咯血,吐血,衄血,便血,崩漏,外伤出血,胸腹剌痛,跌扑肿痛。
白蔻仁,味辛;性温;归肺;脾;胃经;化湿行气;温中止呕;开胃消食;主湿阻气滞;脾胃不和;脘腹胀满;不思饮食;湿温初起;胸闷不饥;胃寒呕吐;食积不消。
玉竹,甘,微寒;归肺、胃经;养阴润燥,生津止渴;用于肺胃阴伤,燥热咳嗽,咽干口渴,内热消渴。
白芷,辛,温;归胃、大肠、肺经;散风除湿,通窍止痛,消肿排脓;用于感冒头痛,眉棱骨痛,鼻塞,鼻渊,牙痛,白带,疮疡肿痛。
海螵蛸,味咸;涩;性温。入肝、肾经。收敛止血;固精止带;制酸止痛;收湿敛疮。主吐血;呕血;崩漏;便血;衄血;创伤出血;肾虚遗精滑精,赤白带下,胃痛嘈杂;嗳气泛酸;湿疹溃疡。用于胃痛吞酸,吐血衄血,崩漏便血,遗精滑精,赤白带下;溃疡病。外治损伤出血,疮多脓汁。

炒稻草,甘,平;入脾、肺二经;宽中,下气,消食积;治噎膈,反胃,食滞,泄泻,腹痛,消渴,黄疸,白浊,痔疮,烫伤。
炒麦芽,性味甘,平;归脾、胃经;行气消食,健脾开胃,退乳消胀。用于食积不消,脘腹胀痛,脾虚食少,乳汁郁积,乳房胀痛,妇女断乳。生麦芽:健脾和胃,疏肝行气。用于脾虚食少,乳汁郁积。炒麦芽:行气消食回乳。用于食积不消,妇女断乳。焦麦芽:消食化滞。用于食积不消,脘腹胀痛。
海藻多糖,免疫调节作用
对免疫细胞和细胞因子的调节。海藻多糖能刺激各种免疫活性细胞(如巨噬细胞、T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞等)的分化、成熟、繁殖,使机体的免疫系统得到恢复和加强。对补体系统的作用。
抗病毒
海藻多糖大多含有硫酸基,并且抗病毒作用与5042一含量成正相关。天然硫酸醋化多糖的抗病毒活性与其硫酸基团及其含量、分子量的大小有关。海藻多糖钙配合物(CaSP)能选择性抑制病毒在宿主细胞中的复制和传播,而形成的钙离子赘合物和硫酸根是在宿主细胞中抗病毒效果所必需的,CasP能够抑制少数有包膜病毒的复制。
抗氧化
过多的活性氧自由基对吞噬细胞本身及其它细胞、组织及生物大分子有破坏作用,而脂质过氧化加速又可造成正常细胞的破坏和死亡。海藻多糖不仅具有清除活性氧的作用,还能够显著降低脂质过氧化物(LPO)的含量,提高过氧化物酶(CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,具有清除过多自由基与抗脂质过氧化的作用,钝顶螺旋藻多糖能显著增强机体抗氧化及抗自由基损伤的能力,其机制可能是通过促进机体对SOD、GSH一Px(谷胧甘肤过氧化物酶)及GSH等的生物合成而增强机体清除自由基的能力。
抗肿瘤
研究证明,海藻多糖具有抗肿瘤作用。目前,已从海带、羊栖菜、海篙子、螺旋藻、褐藻等多种生物中提取到具有抗肿瘤作用的多糖海藻多糖抑制肿瘤的效果,不是直接作用于肿瘤细胞,而是通过提高生物机体对肿瘤细胞的防御能力和增强宿主免疫系统的功能来实现的不同来源和不同分子量的海藻多糖,其抑瘤活性也不一样将从海带等褐藻中提取的高纯度U一岩藻多糖类物质注人人工培养的骨髓性白血病细胞和胃癌细胞后,这两种细胞内的染色体就会被自有酶所分解,而正常细胞不受影响。
金属离子络合作用
藻类的细胞壁主要有多糖、蛋白质和脂肪构成的网状结构。带有一定的负电荷,且有较大的表面积与钻性。此外,细胞膜是具有高度选择性的半透膜,这些结构决定了藻类可富集金属离子。
抗菌、抗炎
海藻在海洋环境中生存会不断受到外界生物的侵袭,因此在长期的进化过程中可能产生对各种微生物有抗菌活性的化合物。目前,已经在鸭毛藻、孔石药、酸藻和松节藻中分离得到具有抑制大肠杆菌活性较强的提取物。在鸭毛藻、酸藻、海黍子和松节藻小私膜藻中分离到抗金黄色葡萄球菌活性较强的提取物海藻中所含抗菌活性物质的活性有显著的季节性变化。一般在藻体生长发育旺盛季节里,其活性物质含量最高。利用海藻中的褐藻酸钠制备褐藻酸银,其抗菌活性通过测定600nm时液体培养液的光吸收值确定。海藻多糖作为天然的免疫增强剂,不仅可以增强机体的免疫力和抵抗疾病的能力,而且能够减少机体耐性的产生,促进动物的生长,海藻多糖与矿物元素的络合,不仅能够提高矿物元素的利用率,减少残留,还能产生协同效应。
山药粉,甘,平;归脾、肺、肾经;补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精;用于脾虚食少,久泻不止,肺虚喘咳,肾虚遗精,带下,尿频,虚热消渴;麸炒山药补脾健胃;用于脾虚食少,泄泻便溏,白带过多。
禁忌:孕妇禁用;用药期间忌烟、酒、生葱、生蒜、辛辣刺激性食物。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明中炒鸡内金、炒稻草和炒麦芽具有消食健胃的作用;白蔻仁、陈皮、山药粉具有补脾养胃的作用;三七、白芷、海螵蛸具有制酸止痛的作用;玉竹具有养阴润燥的作用;白芍具有平肝止痛的作用;而海藻多糖可以增强机体免疫力、抗菌、抗炎;发酵后,海藻多糖与以上诸药(食)配伍,使得本发明具有治疗胃寒、胃疼、胃胀、胃炎、胃溃疡、胃黏膜脱落等多种胃病的功效。
本发明的食药功能多样,可同时用于治疗胃寒、胃疼、胃胀、胃炎、胃溃疡、胃黏膜脱落等多种胃病,克服了现有技术中治疗胃病的药物治疗效果差,不能根治胃病,且功能单一的缺陷。
本发明的食药用于治疗各种胃病,治愈时间短(一般7-14天即可治愈),治愈率高(治愈率为100%)。

对胃黏膜损伤有辅助治疗功能的食药的制备方法,包括步骤:
1)将各组分(共100公斤)粉碎至粉末状,然后加入粉末总质量3倍的水,煮沸浸提1.5小时;
2)滤除药渣,收集清液,清液浓缩至2.4公斤,灭菌包装。
对比例2与实施例1的区别在于,粉末处理方式不同,对比例2为沸水浸提,实施例1为酵母菌发酵。
临床观察
1)一般资料
本发明人自2015年起至今对1500例胃病患者进行临床治疗与观察,其中包括胃寒、胃疼、胃胀、胃炎、胃溃疡、胃黏膜脱落患者;将1500例分为三组,每组中均包含胃寒、胃疼、胃胀、胃炎、胃溃疡、胃黏膜脱落患者,且个数基本一致,严重程度也基本一致。
2)治疗方法
每日服用3g,每日两次。
3)疗效评定标准
治愈:症状体征完全消失;
有效:症状体征较前减轻;
无效:症状体征与治疗前无改善。
4)治疗效果
采用实施例1、对比例1和对比例2所得食药各对500名胃病患者进行治疗。临床结果表明,实施例1平均治愈时间为10天,治愈率为100%,且回访无复发;对比例1平均治愈时间为20天,治愈率为97.2%,回访有3例复发;对比例2平均治愈时间为19天,治愈率为96.8%,回访有2例复发。
Claims (5)
1.一种对胃黏膜损伤有辅助治疗功能的食药,其特征在于:包括炒鸡内金、三七、白蔻仁、玉竹、白芷、海螵蛸、白芍、陈皮、炒稻草、炒麦芽、海藻多糖和山药粉。
2.如权利要求1所述对胃黏膜损伤有辅助治疗功能的食药,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,包括:8-20份炒鸡内金、2-12份三七,5-18份白蔻仁、10-30份玉竹、5-25份白芷、10-30份海螵蛸、10-30份白芍、8-20份陈皮、10-30份炒稻草、10-30份炒麦芽、15-40份海藻多糖、15-40份山药粉。
3.如权利要求1或2所述对胃黏膜损伤有辅助治疗功能的食药,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,包括12-18份炒鸡内金、4-10份三七,8-13份白蔻仁、13-20份玉竹、8-18份白芷、13-20份海螵蛸、13-20份白芍、9-15份陈皮、13-20份炒稻草、13-20份炒麦芽、18-30份海藻多糖、18-30份山药粉。
4.如权利要求3所述对胃黏膜损伤有辅助治疗功能的食药,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,包括:15份炒鸡内金、6份三七,9份白蔻仁、15份玉竹、10份白芷、15份海螵蛸、15份白芍、10份陈皮、15份炒稻草、15份炒麦芽、20份海藻多糖、20份山药粉。
5.如权利要求1所述对胃黏膜损伤有辅助治疗功能的食药的制备方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
1)将各组分粉碎至粉末状,然后加入发酵液发酵,发酵液没过混合粉末;
2)滤除固渣,收集清液,将清液浓缩,灭菌包装,即得本发明对胃黏膜损伤有辅助治疗功能的食药。
