本发明公开了一种泌尿腔镜手术器,涉及医疗器械技术领域,它包括有一个设有相互连通肾镜通道和抽液通道的连接体,在所述抽液通道上设有泄压控制阀,所述连接体的肾镜通道出口通过橡胶接头连接有外镜管,所述抽液通道出口连通有碎石过滤收集器和连接有负压抽气口的引流瓶;所述肾镜通道中插装有输尿管肾镜。本发明可以解决输尿管肾镜不能因患者的尿路及病变情况不同而更换不同外径或者长度的外镜管,以及在结石击碎后,碎石流出速度慢,残渣不易排出,导致手术时间延长及增大手术风险,增加病人痛苦的问题。

泌尿腔镜手术器
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,尤其是一种用于肾结石和输尿管膀胱结石腔内手术治疗的手术器材。
背景技术
尿路是人类的排毒系统,在尿液中存在众多的毒素和沉淀物,尿液是通过肾脏过滤进入尿路,在此新陈代谢过程中,肾脏和尿路往往会形成沉淀物,时间长久造成肾脏和尿路结石。在泌尿外科的手术中,移除肾结石和尿路结石需要介入治疗来解决,在手术中经常需要使用内窥镜,再配合器械来实施手术,采用的输尿管肾镜就是一种常用于进行输尿管和肾的检查、诊断以及治疗的内窥镜。授权公告号为CN202960448U,申请号为201220640795.9的中国专利公开了一种输尿管肾镜;包括连接有镜管主体的镜管,镜管主体上设有观察口,在镜管外套接有鞘管,又叫外镜管,鞘管连接有鞘体,鞘体通过镜锁与镜管主体连接;在镜管内设有物镜成像通道和导光束,在镜管外设有清洗通道,镜管和清洗通道均位于鞘管内,在鞘管内还设有器械通道;清洗通道与鞘体上的进液口连通,器械通道与主体上的器械入口连通,物镜成像通道与观察口相连,在主体上设有导光束接口。这种结构的输尿管肾镜鞘管和鞘体是一体成型的,鞘管外径是固定不变,不能因不同患者或不同的尿路及病变情况而更换不同外径或者长度的鞘管;另一方面,现有的输尿管肾镜在进行碎石时,结石经碎石器械击碎后都需经由输尿管镜的管腔取出体外,这种结构的输尿管肾镜碎石取出动力小,碎石流出速度慢,残渣不易排出,导致手术时间延长及增大手术风险,增加病人的痛苦。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种泌尿腔镜手术器,它可以解决输尿管肾镜不能因不同患者或不同的尿路及病变情况而更换不同外径或者长度的外镜管,以及在结石击碎后,碎石流出速度慢,残渣不易排出,导致手术时间延长及增大手术风险,增加病人的痛苦的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是:这种泌尿腔镜手术器包括有一个设有相互连通肾镜通道和抽液通道的连接体,在所述抽液通道上设有泄压控制阀,所述连接体的肾镜通道出口通过橡胶接头连接有外镜管,所述抽液通道出口连通有碎石过滤收集器和连接有负压抽气口的引流瓶。
上述技术方案中,更为具体的方案还可以是:所述肾镜通道中插装有输尿管肾镜。
进一步:所述连接体为四通接头;所述外镜管与所述橡胶接头连接端套装有定位胶环;所述外镜管为金属管。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明使用时输尿管肾镜插装在肾镜通道中,肾镜通道上设置有一个橡胶接头,可视患者尿路情况配上不同管径或者长度的金属管,连接体上设置有泄压控制阀,连接体的抽液通道出口连通有碎石过滤收集器和连接有负压抽气口的引流瓶,手术中根据碎石情况可调节泄压控制阀控制出水流量和负压的大小,使碎石能顺利地排出,减少手术时间,降低手术风险,同时减少了病人的痛苦和减轻医务人员的工作难度。
2、本发明使用硬性的金属外镜管,操作方便,可以方便通过尿道输尿管到达肾盂;用于现阶段较为先进的经尿道输尿管硬镜钬激光碎石术或经尿道硬性对流负压通道尿路腔内手术中效果明显。
3、本发明改变了目前微创治疗尿路结石的手术模式。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明:
图1、图2和图3的泌尿腔镜手术器,有一个设有相互连通肾镜通道和抽液通道的连接体9,在抽液通道上设有泄压控制阀8,连接体9的肾镜通道出口通过橡胶接头10连接有外镜管12,橡胶接头10根据不同的患者或尿路及病变情况可与不同管径或者长度的硬性的外镜管12活动套接;外镜管12与橡胶接头10连接端套装有定位胶环11;抽液通道出口通过负压连接管13连通有碎石过滤收集器14和连接有负压抽气口的引流瓶15,使用时负压抽气口连通负压源16。在本实施例,连接体9为四通接头;橡胶接头10为硅橡胶接头;外镜管12为根据患者尿路情况选取不同管径或者长度的金属管。手术时,现有的输尿管肾镜插装到肾镜通道中;输尿管肾镜的镜体3上分别设置有手术器械通道入口5、目镜筒4、导光束接口2和进液口6,肾镜镜管1连接在镜体3的前端;肾镜镜管1从连接体9插入肾镜通道中的橡胶接头10以及外镜管12,然后从外镜管12内伸出;在肾镜镜管1插入连接体9的插入处设置有密封圈7,防止回流液从连接处泄漏。
本发明使用时,先将内有导丝引导孔的闭孔器装入外镜管,然后按手术要求插入尿路管内,进入到病变部位定位后,保持外镜管位置不动,抽出闭孔器,在外镜管露出端调整定位胶环位置后套入橡胶接头内,然后将输尿管肾镜的肾镜镜管插入连接体和橡胶接头以及外镜管,从外镜管内伸出。手术中使用的激光设备、手术器械等由内窥镜的手术器械通道入口进入。手术在可视下进行,手术中通过内窥镜的物镜成像通道观察肾盂或者尿路内的手术部位,通过目镜筒与CCD 摄录像系统相连接,将手术部位图像传到监示器。通过导光束接口与光源相连接,将光导入肾盂或者尿路内,照亮手术部位。通过进液口将生理盐水注入,生理盐水在肾镜镜管前端出水口的手术碎石部位流出对碎石进行冲洗,被冲洗的碎石和残渣在负压的作用下从外镜管远端返流到连接体的抽液通道出口,然后从负压连接管流入碎石过滤收集器,碎石在碎石过滤收集器内得到收集,污水流入引流瓶得到收集处理。

Claims (3)

1.一种泌尿腔镜手术器,其特征在于:有一个设有相互连通肾镜通道和抽液通道的连接体(9),在所述抽液通道上设有泄压控制阀(8),所述连接体(9)的肾镜通道出口通过橡胶接头(10)连接有外镜管(12),所述抽液通道出口连通有碎石过滤收集器(14)和连接有负压抽气口的引流瓶(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泌尿腔镜手术器,其特征在于:所述肾镜通道中插装有输尿管肾镜。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的泌尿腔镜手术器,其特征在于:所述连接体(9)为四通接头;所述外镜管(12)与所述橡胶接头(10)连接端套装有定位胶环(11);所述外镜管(12)为金属管。
