Abstract
一种冷藏库的贮水箱,它由铸模壳体、贮水通路、易贮水机构、水循环通路和传热面构成,铸模壳体是具有入水口和出水口的整体部件;贮水通路由铸模壳体内部的多个具U型弯曲形的空洞构成;易贮水机构设于贮水通路中,须在壳体上部和贮水箱等相互连通;水循环通路和贮水通路相互连接,使流入的供水循环,须大致与供水的贮存水平保持一致;传热面在贮水通路之间,和供水平行的位置上,由传热材料构成,具有传热机能。
Description
本发明有关置于冷藏库内供给冷却水的贮水箱,特别是具有冷却水供应均衡及防止结冰结构的冷藏室冷水贮箱。
先有技术中,一般的冷藏库是将食水保管在冷藏室中,以供必需之冷水。在这种方式的冷藏库中,复合型(SIDE-BY-SIDE)冷藏库平常是在冷藏室内部的底部背面壁附近设置塑料等制的贮水箱。
该贮水箱和设在门上的工作机连接,供应冷水。
但冷藏室下部处于冷冻室以下的温度,贮水箱设在该处,水结冰时就会破损。
为解决这种问题,在哈瓦都氏批准的美国专利第4739629号“冷藏库的冷藏室中使用的贮水箱”里有记载。
参阅该专利可知,贮水箱的壳体呈弯曲的中空形,由第一直线断面、第二直线断面、第三直线断面和第四直线断面部分构成,直线断面部分等相互平行地排列。
第一断面部分的上部有入口,第四断面部分的上部有出口。
第一断面部分的底部呈U型弯曲断面,和第二断面部分连接,第二断面部分和第三断面部分的上部由U型弯曲断面部分连接,第三断面部和第四断面部分等底部由U型弯曲断面部分相互连接。
这些直线断面部分等的上部由空气通路连接,第一空气通路从第一断面部分延伸到上部U型弯曲断面部分,形成通路。
U型弯曲断面部分和第四断面部分之间形成空气通路等,以均衡供水给贮水箱。
U型弯曲断面部分等具有弯曲形滴水状的内部,这些部位比直线断面部分的半径1大,水在贮箱中冷冻时,充分伸胀,不仅防止因冻破造成的壁破损,第二断面部分和第三断面部分等在离开U型弯曲断面部分的方向上,因相互必分离,结成的冰也减轻了作用于贮箱上的力。
直线断面部分等呈多角形,理想的是六角形,在水结冰时,直线后面向外部弯曲,侧断面成为园形,缓和了内部的变形力,防止贮水箱冻破。
贮水箱设有支承部分,它是设置于冷藏室的U型通路,支承部分由基底和两个相距一定间隔、作为终端的脚等构成,脚部由脚朝内的凸缘等形成。
在至少一个以上的U型断面部分等设置至少一个以上的固定件,以支承贮水箱;同时还在它们之间边作相对移动,边固定贮水箱。
从该贮水箱入口流入的水,依冷贮存于第一断面部分、第二断面部分、第三断面部分和第四断面部分。这些部分的上面贮水结冰时,特别是第一断面部分的水结冰时,就通过空气通路等供给未冷却的水,或者各断面部分下部的水结冰时,因不能供给水而影响了产品的可靠性。
由于各断面部分下部的水结冰,在结冰的部位上贮存着的水等因长期滞留于箱内,而损坏了冷却水的新鲜度,或产生污染,不能排除使用者水性因疾患之虞。
该贮水箱各断面呈六角型,在断面部分与断面部分之间,具有形成滴水形弯曲部分的结构,采用整体铸模很难,还必需有形成空气通路的其它部件及固定它们的其它部件等,结构复杂。
因此,本发明为解决这种问题,提供具有单一空洞的贮水箱,置于冷藏库中具贮水机能。
本发明的另一目的是提供单一铸型的一体的弯曲形贮水箱。
本发明的再一目的是提供单体的贮水箱,而无需别的空气通道部件和水箱设置部件。
本发明的贮水箱结构如下:有带入水口和出水口的壳体,该壳体内部呈弯曲形状;具有贮水机能的多个贮水通路部分;通路部分和通路部分之间至少构成二级以上的调节水位的水循环通路等;从壳体中段部分至上段部分与入水口相邻并连接而形成的水辅助通路部分和水循环通路等连通,在最上部形成上段部,在入水口成为理想的供水空气通路部分和延伸在壳体外部规定处并与壳体形成一体的固定壳体件等。
因此,本发明在整体的壳体上形成与弯曲形贮水通路等相连通的水通路,具水位差,在单一空洞的贮水箱里贮水时,贮水处于同一水平,又因整体的壳体铸模可行,所以结构小型化。
下面按附图详述本发明。

参阅附图,贮水箱10由整体的壳体构成,采用塑料等铸模而成。
该贮水箱10的上部,一边向上延伸,成为入水口12,另一边向下延伸,成为出水口14。入水口12和出水口14等各自具有和水龙头或供水工作机连接的软管13和15。
在入水口12和出水口14之间形成引导水流并具贮水机能的多个弯曲形贮水通路16、18、20、22。
该贮水通路里,最左侧通路16的上部和入水口12连通,处于最右侧通路22的延长线上的水通路24和出水口14连通。
贮水通路12-22等,分别在上、下部,由U型部分构成的通路等连接成一体,贮水通路16及18等U型通路26、贮水通路18及20等、U型通路28和贮水通路20及22等由U型通路30连接。
U型通路28和水通路24的最上端形成空气通路31,因相互连通,所以从入水口12流入的水易贮存于贮水通路和U型管里。
本发明的贮水箱10的内部做成单一空洞形式,具有贮水的机能。
即在贮水通路16、18、20和22等之间,平行排列着具有不同水位高度的阶梯式水通路32和34,在合宜的高度上,贮水等应大致保持一致的高度,水通路32和34等从左至右多少有些增高,形成倾斜。
因此,水通路32和34等和贮水通路16、18、20、22之间的关系,随着入水口12的供水,各通路上的压力均一,水循环通路发挥作用,使规定水位的水循环,故防止随供水循环的水结冰。
另一方面,在水循环通路32的右侧上段,和出水口14相连接,形成可协力的辅助水通路36,可供给贮存于水通路等下部的水。
和水箱冻破对应的是,贮水箱10在贮水通路16、18、20、20等之间,用放热和传热材料构成传热面38等。传热面38等防止随供水循环的水结冰,水箱具有足够防冻破的应力。
该贮水箱10上有延伸件40,它突出在箱的最外侧规定处,具有固定机能。
该贮水箱10形成整体结构,无需为空气通路、为把壳体设置于冷藏室而增加其它部件。
由上述可知,本发明在贮水时,贮水处于同一水平,可防止贮存的水结冰,同时,对冻破具有足够的防止应力。
Claims (3)
1.一种冷藏库的贮水箱,包括一个整体铸模式壳体,该壳体具有入水口(12)和出水口(14),和设置在上述壳体内部、由U型弯曲部分(24、26)相互连接起来的多个贮水通路(16、18、20、22),以及将上述贮水通路的上部相互连通的易贮水机构(31),其特征在于所述贮水箱还包括:
为使贮存在上述贮水通路中的水产生循环而将上述贮水通路相互连接起来的至少一个水循环通路(32、34),和
将上述贮水通路与上述水循环通路连接成一个整体、以促进热传递的散热面(38)。
2、如权利要求1所述的冷藏库的贮水箱,其特征在于:上述水循环通路被设置成面向上述贮水通路的上游并向下侧倾斜。
3、如权利要求1所述的冷藏库的贮水箱,其特征在于:还包括一个将上述贮水通路的一部分与上述出水口相互连接起来的辅助通路。
