本发明涉及带有透明涂层的太阳能背板,包括透明PET基材,于所述透明PET基材的一侧通过粘结层连接含氟涂层,于所述透明PET基材的另一端通过粘结层连接耐候粘结层,所述耐候粘结层的表面连接涂覆层;所述含氟涂层采用含有纳米三氧化铝、纳米氧化锌和纳米二氧化硅粉体中一种或一种以上混合物的含氟涂层,所述涂覆层为聚四氟乙烯或或聚偏氟乙烯的微小颗粒基础树脂混合形成的涂覆涂料。本发明结构简单、使用方便,含氟涂层采用含有纳米三氧化铝、纳米氧化锌和纳米二氧化硅粉体中一种或一种以上混合物,可以增强背板的透明度和抗紫外线功能,整个背板具有高透明、抗紫外线功能,使用效果好,视觉美观,使用时间长。

技术领域
本发明涉及领域,尤其是带有透明涂层的太阳能背板。
背景技术
太阳能作为一种绿色环保、取之不尽的能源,无疑是取代传统火力发电的最佳选择,由于太阳能电池需要长期暴露在室外实用,所以光伏组件中的电池片需要加以保护,来防止大气中的水汽、氧气、紫外线等环境因素的影响和俯视。太阳能背板是整个太阳能电池的配件之一,主要起力学支撑和保护电池片免受环境因素渗透的作用,现有太阳能背板透明性能差,在长时间使用后易氧化、耐水性差,大大影响使用寿命,所以如何提高背板的性能一直是该行业的研究重点。
发明内容
本申请人针对上述现有问题,进行了研究改进,提供带有透明涂层的太阳能背板,其不仅增强了太阳能背板的透明度及抗紫外功能,还提高了太阳能背板的视觉效果,美观可靠。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
本发明接结构简单、使用方便,通过在含氟涂层
带有透明涂层的太阳能背板,包括透明PET基材,于所述透明PET基材的一侧通过粘结层连接含氟涂层,于所述透明PET基材的另一端通过粘结层连接耐候粘结层,所述耐候粘结层的表面连接涂覆层;所述含氟涂层采用含有纳米三氧化铝、纳米氧化锌和纳米二氧化硅粉体中一种或一种以上混合物的含氟涂层,所述涂覆层为聚四氟乙烯或或聚偏氟乙烯的微小颗粒基础树脂混合形成的涂覆涂料。
其进一步技术方案在于:
所述透明PET基材的厚度为38~50微米;
所述耐候层的厚度为10~50微米;
所述粘结层由聚烯烃材料制成,所述聚烯烃材料的厚度不大于60微米。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明结构简单、使用方便,含氟涂层采用含有纳米三氧化铝、纳米氧化锌和纳米二氧化硅粉体中一种或一种以上混合物,可以增强背板的透明度和抗紫外线功能,整个背板具有高透明、抗紫外线功能,使用效果好,视觉美观,使用时间长。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,说明本发明的具体实施方式。
带有透明涂层的太阳能背板包括透明PET基材3,于透明PET基材3的一侧通过粘结层2连接含氟涂层1,于透明PET基材3的另一端通过粘结层2连接耐候粘结层4,耐候粘结层4的表面连接涂覆层5;含氟涂层1采用含有纳米三氧化铝、纳米氧化锌和纳米二氧化硅粉体中一种或一种以上混合物的含氟涂层,涂覆层为聚四氟乙烯或或聚偏氟乙烯的微小颗粒基础树脂混合形成的涂覆涂料。透明PET基材3的厚度为38~50微米。耐候层1的厚度为10~50微米。粘结层4由聚烯烃材料制成,聚烯烃材料的厚度不大于60微米。
本发明结构简单、使用方便,含氟涂层采用含有纳米三氧化铝、纳米氧化锌和纳米二氧化硅粉体中一种或一种以上混合物,可以增强背板的透明度和抗紫外线功能,整个背板具有高透明、抗紫外线功能,使用效果好,视觉美观,使用时间长。

1.带有透明涂层的太阳能背板,其特征在于:包括透明PET基材(3),于所述透明PET基材(3)的一侧通过粘结层(2)连接含氟涂层(1),于所述透明PET基材(3)的另一端通过粘结层(2)连接耐候粘结层(4),所述耐候粘结层(4)的表面连接涂覆层(5);所述含氟涂层(1)采用含有纳米三氧化铝、纳米氧化锌和纳米二氧化硅粉体中一种或一种以上混合物的含氟涂层,所述涂覆层为聚四氟乙烯或或聚偏氟乙烯的微小颗粒基础树脂混合形成的涂覆涂料。
2.如权利要求1所述的带有透明涂层的太阳能背板,其特征在于:所述透明PET基材(3)的厚度为38~50微米。
3.如权利要求1所述的带有透明涂层的太阳能背板,其特征在于:所述耐候层(1)的厚度为10~50微米。
4.如权利要求1所述的带有透明涂层的太阳能背板,其特征在于:所述粘结层(4)由聚烯烃材料制成,所述聚烯烃材料的厚度不大于60微米。
