Abstract
本发明公开了一种叶片前置多连杆密闭阀,包括阀体、叶片、方转圆、支撑悬臂、动力臂,阀体内顶部设置有从动轴,从动轴下方设置有主动轴,从动轴上连接有支撑悬臂,支撑悬臂另一端与叶片连接,主动轴上连接有动力臂,动力臂另一端与叶片连接,从动轴与主动轴的端部设置有轴套,叶片镶嵌于方转圆内,叶片与方转圆之间设置有密封条,本发明结构合理,能通过气流自身的压力实现密封,且基本不产生摩擦力,从动轴和支撑悬臂的设置能限制叶片的运动轨迹,且在大口径阀门开启和关闭过程中起到支撑叶片重量的功能,减少主动轴载荷,减小运动扭力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种叶片前置多连杆密闭阀。
背景技术
现有密闭阀一般通过将叶片或者阀体部分包覆橡胶,通过叶片与阀体之间的摩擦挤压来实现阀门的密封,但是此类阀门只适用于小口径阀门,如果将此类方法用于大口径阀门,则因为摩擦挤压面积增大导致阀门旋转扭力增大,很难实现开启和关闭,工艺排气管道由于悬吊于楼层顶部,而且管道口径普遍偏大,所以无法如同水阀一样采用精密铸造以及机加工方式实现高精度生产,所以不选用橡胶很难保证密封性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种叶片前置多连杆密闭阀。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种叶片前置多连杆密闭阀,包括阀体、叶片、方转圆、支撑悬臂、动力臂,所述阀体内顶部设置有从动轴,所述从动轴下方设置有主动轴,所述从动轴上连接有支撑悬臂,所述支撑悬臂另一端与叶片连接,所述主动轴上连接有动力臂,所述动力臂另一端与叶片连接,所述从动轴与主动轴的端部设置有轴套,所述叶片镶嵌于方转圆内,所述叶片与方转圆之间设置有密封条。
本发明的优点:结构合理,能通过气流自身的压力实现密封,且基本不产生摩擦力,从动轴和支撑悬臂的设置能限制叶片的运动轨迹,且在大口径阀门开启和关闭过程中起到支撑叶片重量的功能,减少主动轴载荷,减小运动扭力。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,一种叶片前置多连杆密闭阀,包括阀体1、叶片5、方转圆7、支撑悬臂8、动力臂9,阀体1内顶部设置有从动轴2,从动轴2下方设置有主动轴3,从动轴2上连接有支撑悬臂8,支撑悬臂8另一端与叶片5连接,主动轴3上连接有动力臂9,动力臂9另一端与叶片5连接,从动轴2与主动轴3的端部设置有轴套4,叶片5镶嵌于方转圆7内,叶片5与方转圆7之间设置有密封条6。
本发明结构合理,能通过气流自身的压力实现密封,且基本不产生摩擦力,从动轴和支撑悬臂的设置能限制叶片的运动轨迹,且在大口径阀门开启和关闭过程中起到支撑叶片重量的功能,减少主动轴载荷,减小运动扭力。

1.一种叶片前置多连杆密闭阀,其特征在于:包括阀体、叶片、方转圆、支撑悬臂、动力臂,所述阀体内顶部设置有从动轴,所述从动轴下方设置有主动轴,所述从动轴上连接有支撑悬臂,所述支撑悬臂另一端与叶片连接,所述主动轴上连接有动力臂,所述动力臂另一端与叶片连接,所述从动轴与主动轴的端部设置有轴套,所述叶片镶嵌于方转圆内,所述叶片与方转圆之间设置有密封条。
