Abstract

一种带有转轴的开合机构，开合机构主要由固定架、固定条和转轴组成。通过设置由固定架、固定条和转轴组成的开合机构，当打开柜门时，柜门围绕着转轴转动，并通过固定条的折弯设计，使柜门能够远离柜体正面，使柜门离开柜体正面的投影区范围，有利于物品的存储。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种柜门的开合结构，属于柜体开合方式的优化技术。
背景技术
现有的柜体，柜门通常是通过一个门轴与柜体连接，或通过合页与柜体连接，开关门时，柜门围绕门轴或合页的轴转动，从而实现开门或关门。如果是采用合页的方式，轴通常安装在与柜门相邻的柜体内侧，打开柜门后，由于柜门具有一定厚度，柜门的一部分会位于柜体正面投影内，会阻碍到物品的出入。如果采用门轴的方式安装，打开柜门后，由于门轴位于柜体上，柜门与柜体间的距离很接近，如果柜门内侧设有储存架，例如冰箱，则这些储存架会位于柜体正面投影区域内，也会影响物品出入柜体。
因此，需要寻找一种在打开柜门后，柜门不在柜体正面的投影区域内的柜门开合方式。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种在打开柜门后，柜门不在柜体正面的投影区域内的柜门开合机构。
本发明的技术方案是：一种带有转轴的开合机构，由固定架1、固定条2和转轴3组成；固定架安置在柜体内壁，固定架与水平面平行，固定架上设有自上而下的通槽13，所述的通槽13与水平面平行；所述的转轴3由位于中部的轴31和位于轴两端的螺帽32组成，轴自上而下穿过固定架上的通槽，轴与螺帽通过互相匹配的螺纹连接，螺帽的直径大于通槽的最大宽度；固定条的一端固定在轴31上，另一端固定在柜门内壁；固定条靠近轴的一端设有90度的折弯，折弯处到轴的距离大于柜体侧壁的边缘到达固定架上的通槽边缘的距离；固定架紧贴柜体内壁的两端向外延伸形成固定块11，固定块11上设有固定孔12，固定架通过其两端的固定块上的固定孔固定在柜体内壁。
柜体内安装两个以上的开合机构。
当柜门关闭时，以折弯部分作为分界，固定条与柜门连接的部分与固定架平行，固定条与轴连接的部分与固定架垂直；当柜门完全打开时，固定条与柜门连接的部分与固定架垂直，固定条与轴连接的部分与固定架平行。
有益效果
通过设置由固定架、固定条和转轴组成的开合机构，当打开柜门时，柜门围绕着转轴转动，并通过固定条的折弯设计，使柜门能够远离柜体正面，使柜门离开柜体正面的投影区范围，有利于物品的存储。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示，一种带有转轴的开合机构，安装在柜体内使用，开合机构由固定架1、固定条2和转轴3组成。开合机构与柜体的隔板间隔安装，最好安装在靠近上一层搁板的位置，这样，开合机构工作时对隔板上储存的物品的影响较小。
如图3所示，固定架安置在柜体内壁，用于支撑柜门及实现柜门的开合。固定架上设有自上而下的通槽13，所述的固定架及通槽13与水平面平行。
如图4所示，所述的转轴3由位于中部的轴31和位于轴两端的螺帽32组成，轴自上而下穿过固定架上的通槽，轴与螺帽通过互相匹配的螺纹连接，螺帽的直径大于通槽的最大宽度，两端安装了螺帽的轴不能够从固定架上脱出，使轴只能沿着固定架上的通槽在柜体内前后移动。
所述的通槽为平滑的通槽，用于使轴能够在柜体内前后移动。
固定条的一端固定在轴31上，另一端固定在柜门内壁。柜门上安装有把手，通过把手拉动柜门，就能够推动轴在固定架的通槽上前后移动，当把轴拉到固定架上的通槽的末端，再向侧边用力，轴发生转动，使柜门移向柜体的一侧。
固定架紧贴柜体内壁的两端向外延伸形成固定块11，固定块11上设有固定孔12，固定架通过其两端的固定块上的固定孔固定在柜体内壁。
固定条靠近轴的一端设有90度的折弯，折弯处到轴的距离大于柜体侧壁的边缘到达固定架上的通槽边缘的距离。以使柜门能够顺利地打开。当柜门关闭时，以折弯部分作为分界，固定条与柜门连接的部分与固定架平行，固定条与轴连接的部分与固定架垂直；当柜门完全打开时，固定条与柜门连接的部分与固定架垂直，固定条与轴连接的部分与固定架平行。
所述的固定条的长度大于固定架上的通槽的长度，柜门能够正常关闭。
所述的固定架的通槽内壁的两端设有向内突起的止位机构，避免地面不平时柜门受重力影响自动向相反的方向滑动。
采用这种开合机构，最好将柜体固定在墙壁上或地面，柜体就不会受到开关门的影响而产生移动或倾侧。
一个柜体内通常安装两个以上的上述开合机构，使柜门的开关都平稳。

1.一种带有转轴的开合机构，其特征在于：开合机构由固定架(1)、固定条(2)和转轴(3)组成；固定架安置在柜体内壁，固定架与水平面平行，固定架上设有自上而下的通槽(13)，所述的通槽(13)与水平面平行；所述的转轴(3)由位于中部的轴(31)和位于轴两端的螺帽(32)组成，轴自上而下穿过固定架上的通槽，轴与螺帽通过互相匹配的螺纹连接，螺帽的直径大于通槽的最大宽度；固定条的一端固定在轴(31)上，另一端固定在柜门内壁；固定条靠近轴的一端设有90度的折弯，折弯处到轴的距离大于柜体侧壁的边缘到达固定架上的通槽边缘的距离；固定架紧贴柜体内壁的两端向外延伸形成固定块(11)，固定块(11)上设有固定孔(12)，固定架通过其两端的固定块上的固定孔固定在柜体内壁。
2.一种带有转轴的开合机构，其特征在于：柜体内安装两个以上的开合机构。
3.一种带有转轴的开合机构，其特征在于：当柜门关闭时，以折弯部分作为分界，固定条与柜门连接的部分与固定架平行，固定条与轴连接的部分与固定架垂直；当柜门完全打开时，固定条与柜门连接的部分与固定架垂直，固定条与轴连接的部分与固定架平行。
