Abstract

具有强力锁闩压簧的锁具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种锁具,其具有推杆(Druecker)和包括至少一个锁闩件的上锁-开锁机构,其中所述至少一个锁闩件能借助锁闩压簧从开锁位置运动至上锁位置。
背景技术
这样的锁具在现有技术中是众所周知的。它尤其与无匙上锁系统组合使用,其中例如当“砰地撞上”门时或者说当门扇在操控推杆或球柄情况下以其封口面板与门框内的锁扣板相对取向时,自动触发上锁过程。在此取向过程中,这种触发一般取决于下述的弹簧力,即,需要克服该弹簧力以便充分偏压锁闩件以免其解锁。该锁闩件的偏压一般借助锁闩压簧实现。
这种现有技术的锁具同样只以一个锁闩件以及多个锁闩件和多点锁定机构来使用。当为了可靠到达上锁位置而需要高的锁闩件偏压时,无法再只通过“砰地撞上”门等来获得所述高的偏压。锁闩压簧偏压所需要的力就下述情况而言过大,即,承受相应弹簧力的构件无法通过可听声的“撞上”门而克服弹簧力运动,而是此时其它构件,例如像门框,也可能受损。
发明内容
因此,本发明的任务是提供前述类型的锁具,借此在上锁过程中也能获得高的锁闩件偏压而没有前述缺点。
根据本发明如此完成该任务,即,该锁闩压簧具有能够通过转动推杆产生的第一偏压,以支持位于开锁位置上的至少一个锁闩件的上锁运动。
利用本发明,现在可以通过手动力传递,即通过推杆转动推杆来获得锁闩压簧偏压,以支持该至少一个锁闩件的上锁运动。由此一来,用于触发上锁过程所需要的且能借以对上锁-开锁机构的一个或多个其它构件施力的弹簧力可保持成小到门或类似物也还能轻柔撞上的程度,以便只由此引起该至少一个锁闩件至其上锁位置的上锁过程或上锁运动。
本发明的另一个优点在于,该推杆通过卡紧杆与该锁闩压簧处于连接中,且该卡紧杆在推杆转动时建立该锁闩压簧的偏压。这样的卡紧杆已被证明是结构有利的构件,用于将推杆转动所产生的力传给锁闩压簧。
本发明的另一个优点是,该卡紧杆在到达对应于该锁闩压簧的第一偏压的位置时能被锁止。通过这种方式,该锁闩压簧借助推杆转动被偏压到预定的第一偏压,且所述第一偏压一直保留到上锁过程需要它的时候。
本发明的另一个优点是,该卡紧杆的锁止通过设置在所述至少一个锁闩件下方的卡止杆实现。通过选择设置在所述至少一个锁闩件下方的卡止杆作为用于卡紧杆的锁止部件,本发明锁具的结构可表现得很紧凑。
本发明的另一个优点是,用于引起所述至少一个锁闩件的上锁运动的触发片具有第二偏压,所述第二偏压小于所述至少一个锁闩件的第一偏压。该触发片设置在封口面板上且朝向门框的锁扣板突出。当关门时,即当“砰地撞上”门时,该触发片与第二偏压的作用方向相反地被迫移回锁具中,直到该卡紧杆通过该上锁-开锁机构脱离其锁止。因为第二偏压比第一偏压小许多,故单纯的开锁不需要大的力。该力无论怎样都比锁闩压簧的弹簧力小许多。
本发明的另一个优点是,该上锁-开锁机构包括具有多个锁闩件的多点锁定机构。通过将用于触发至少一个锁闩件的上锁运动所需要的触发力和用于执行至少一个锁闩件的上锁运动所需要的上锁力划分开,不仅可以利用本发明使多个锁闩件运动至同一个锁具中,而且也可使所谓的多点锁定机构的多个锁闩件以可靠的上锁力运动至上锁位置。为此所需要的触发力在此总是不变的,即保持小的触发力。

具体实施方式
图1以侧视图示意性示出锁具1的第一实施方式。锁具1包括锁盒3和封口面板5。在锁盒3内安置有上锁-开锁机构7。在本实施方式中,上锁-开锁机构7尤其包括锁闩件9、锁舌11、触发片13和头部(Nuss)15,推杆17作用于所述头部。头部15在结构上通过各种不同的杠杆状构件与锁闩件9和锁舌11连接,从而使得推杆17的操作,即推杆17顺时针转动造成锁舌11缩回锁盒3中。因为锁舌11被偏压,故该锁舌在锁具的开锁状态下处于如图1所示的位置。
上锁-开锁机构7基本包括四个偏压元件。第一偏压元件是锁闩压簧19,第二偏压元件是复位弹簧21,第三偏压元件是触发片弹簧23,第四偏压元件是卡止杆弹簧25。可以想到其它的偏压元件。
在图1中,推杆17位于基本水平的位置。锁闩压簧19未顶紧。复位弹簧21和卡止杆弹簧25也未顶紧。只有触发片13通过触发片弹簧23被偏压且与锁舌11一起位于突出于封口面板5外的位置。在此位置上例如门(未示出)是开着的。
图2示出如何在关门之前使推杆17略微顺时针转动。在图2中使推杆17从其基本水平的取向相对于图1的位置转动11.5度。通过推杆17从图1所示的取向转动到图2所示的取向,锁闩压簧19被顶紧。为了做到这一点,与推杆17相连的头部15作用于卡紧杆27,该卡紧杆的自由端27.1一直压缩锁闩压簧19,直到卡紧杆27的自由端27.1接合到卡止杆29中并克服卡止杆弹簧25的弹簧力略微向下压该卡止杆。该卡止杆在此位置被锁止。
在图3中,与至少一个锁闩件9及其偏压相关的状况未改变。如图3所示的、就图2所示状况而言继续的推杆运动导致下述的推杆17位置,该位置相对于图1的位置顺时针转动了23度。与图2相关的进一步推杆运动导致锁舌11在图3中完全缩回锁盒3中。
图4现在示出以下状况,此时推杆在图3的状况后又返回至水平取向。现在,如图1和图4所示的状况的区别在于,锁闩压簧19在图4中被顶紧,而在图1中未被顶紧。因此,门在图4所示的状态下可锁上,而在图1所示的状态下无法锁上。
带有本发明锁具1的门可以在如图3所示的状况下被关上。
图5示出本发明的锁具1的关门上锁状态,通过使门在图4所示的状况下运动到其关闭位置,即,使门扇转动且将封口面板5置于对准在门框(未示出)上的锁扣板31的方向,现在封口面板与锁扣板31对置。触发片13在此对准情况下使得,该触发片在此过程中克服触发片弹簧23的力(第二偏压)被迫移入锁盒3中(见箭头)。通过被迫移入锁盒3中,触发片弹簧23解除卡止杆29的锁止,从而至少一个锁闩件9在锁闩压簧19的强大弹簧力作用(第一偏压)下运动至上锁位置(见箭头)。在图5所示的状况下,锁闩件9和锁舌11插入锁扣板31的相应凹槽中。门被锁上。因此,锁闩压簧19的第一偏压可被选择成明显大于触发片弹簧23的第二偏压。
在图5中,作为只具有一个锁闩件9的第一实施方式的补充也示出具有整体式多点锁定机构33的第二实施方式。多点锁定机构33具有本身已知的结构,因而在此未作进一步描述。多点锁定机构33按照也是本身已知的方式通过解锁件35与上锁-开锁机构7相连。借助锁闩压簧19的较大的第一偏压和触发片弹簧23的较小的第二偏压的前述上锁运动通过上锁-开锁机构7被传递至多点锁定机构33及其锁闩(未示出)。在上锁过程中,上锁-开锁机构7顶紧复位弹簧21,该复位弹簧在开锁过程中使至少一个锁闩件9缩回锁盒3中。
图6示意性示出图5所示的状况在门被关上时如何改变,即,锁舌11和触发片13插入锁扣板31内的相应凹槽中,但至少一个锁闩件9回撤,从而使得门可用推杆17来打开。当根据箭头使推杆17向下略微顺时针转动时,解锁件35解锁,从而也使多点锁定机构33的锁闩回撤。卡紧杆27以其自由端27.1脱离与卡止杆29的接合。现在,基本又存在如图1所示的状况。
沿顺时针方向继续压下导致了图7所示的状况且基本又对应于图2所示的状况。现在,锁闩压簧19的上述顶紧过程重复。在图7中,头部15也转动且卡紧杆27顶紧锁闩压簧19。锁舌11还位于锁扣板31内的相应凹槽中。

Claims (12)

1.一种锁具(1),该锁具具有推杆(17)和包括至少一个锁闩件(9)的上锁-开锁机构(7),其中所述至少一个锁闩件(9)能借助锁闩压簧(19)从开锁位置运动至上锁位置,其特征在于,所述锁闩压簧(19)具有能通过所述推杆(17)的转动而产生的第一偏压,以支持所述至少一个锁闩件(9)在所述开锁位置上的上锁运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锁具,其特征在于,所述推杆(17)通过卡紧杆(27)与所述锁闩压簧(19)处于连接中,并且所述卡紧杆(27)在所述推杆(17)转动时建立所述锁闩压簧(19)的偏压。
3.根据权利要求2所述的锁具,其特征在于,所述卡紧杆(27)能在到达对应于所述锁闩压簧(19)的第一偏压的位置时被锁止。
4.根据权利要求3所述的锁具,其特征在于,所述卡紧杆(27)的锁止通过设置在所述至少一个锁闩件(9)的下方的卡止杆(25)实现。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的锁具,其特征在于,用于引起所述至少一个锁闩件(9)的上锁运动的触发片(13)具有第二偏压,所述第二偏压小于所述至少一个锁闩件(9)的第一偏压。
6.根据权利要求5所述的锁具,其特征在于,所述触发片(13)在上锁过程中在与第二偏压相反的方向上运动并使所述卡紧杆(27)脱离锁止,从而使得所述至少一个锁闩件(9)自动运动至所述上锁位置中。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的锁具,其特征在于,所述上锁-开锁机构(7)包括具有多个锁闩件(9)的多点锁定机构。
