优选地,保温层的制备方法如下:
S1、将氯磷酸二苯酯加入四氢呋喃中混合均匀得到氯磷酸二苯酯溶液;将聚(4-乙基苯酚)加入四氢呋喃中混合均匀,接着滴加二乙胺,再滴加氯磷酸二苯酯溶液,接着升温,回流,回流过程中进行氮气保护,然后除杂,真空干燥得到物料a;
S2、将蒙脱土和滑石粉混合均匀,接着进行水热反应,然后洗涤,干燥,再加入双十烷基二甲基溴化铵混合均匀,升温,保温,保温过程中不停搅拌,静置冷却,洗涤至滤液中无溴离子,干燥,研磨得到有机填料;
S3、将物料a升温至熔融状态,再加入有机填料和羧基化多壁碳纳米管混合均匀后,接着加入膨胀石墨、重质碳酸钙、无机中空微球、膨胀珍珠岩、玻璃纤维、秸秆纤维、硼酸锌、防老剂混合均匀,然后加入发泡剂和发泡助剂混合均匀,涂覆在抹面砂浆层表面,然后升温,保温得到保温层。
优选地,保温层制备方法的S1中,将氯磷酸二苯酯加入四氢呋喃中混合均匀得到氯磷酸二苯酯溶液;将聚(4-乙基苯酚)加入四氢呋喃中混合均匀,接着滴加二乙胺,再滴加氯磷酸二苯酯溶液,滴加时间为2~2.5h,接着升温至66~68℃,回流6~8h,回流过程中进行氮气保护,然后除杂,真空干燥得到物料a。
优选地,保温层制备方法的S2中,将蒙脱土和滑石粉混合均匀,接着进行水热反应,水热反应的温度为130~140℃,水热反应的时间为12~14h,然后洗涤,干燥,再加入双十烷基二甲基溴化铵混合均匀,升温至60~70℃,保温3~5h,保温过程中不停搅拌,静置冷却至室温,洗涤至滤液中无溴离子,干燥,研磨至粒径为20~30μm得到有机填料。
优选地,保温层制备方法的S3中,将物料a升温至熔融状态,再加入有机填料和羧基化多壁碳纳米管混合均匀后,接着加入膨胀石墨、重质碳酸钙、无机中空微球、膨胀珍珠岩、玻璃纤维、秸秆纤维、硼酸锌、防老剂混合均匀,然后加入发泡剂和发泡助剂混合均匀,涂覆在抹面砂浆层表面,然后升温至45~50℃,保温2~3h得到保温层。
优选地,羧基化多壁碳纳米管的长径比为10~20:1。
本发明的保温层制备过程中,采用聚(4-乙基苯酚)和氯磷酸二苯酯进行反应,使氯磷酸二苯酯易于脱去氯原子,从而接在聚(4-乙基苯酚)的酚羟基上,同时得到氯化氢,在反应过程中加入二乙胺,促使反应方程式向右进行,提高聚(4-乙基苯酚)和氯磷酸二苯酯的反应速度,所得物料a含有磷酸二苯酯基团。
将蒙脱土和滑石粉进行水热反应,打通蒙脱土和滑石粉中原本隔阂不同的微孔,使微孔容积增大,而且在高压下会使部分微孔被扩成中孔,导致平均孔径增加,再加入双十烷基二甲基溴化铵混合均匀,对蒙脱土和滑石粉表面进行改性,易于与物料a相容,提高有机填料在物料a分散的均匀性。
有机填料配合羧基化多壁碳纳米管在物料a均匀分散,有机填料以较小的片层单元和羧基化多壁碳纳米管均匀分布在物料a中,有机填料的片层单元和羧基化多壁碳纳米管为二维纳米粒子,相互作用力较强,物料a与二者配合其分子链受到束缚,运动能力下降,而有机填料和羧基化多壁碳纳米管的比表面积大,与物料a的具有接触界面大,很强的界面作用,从而使有机填料和羧基化多壁碳纳米管在微观结构中起到相当于交联点的作用,而玻璃纤维、秸秆纤维在宏观结构上促进物料a形成三维交联结构,上述五者相互配合形成致密交联的网状结构,使材料受到冲击时会产生更多的微裂纹与塑性变形,从而吸收更多的冲击能,提高增韧效果和强度。
其中限定羧基化多壁碳纳米管具有高长径比,使复合材料中形成的网络结构就越稠密,能够有效抵制机械性破坏,减少炭层表面裂痕,形成更加完整的保护层。
由于物料a中含有磷酸二苯酯基团,提高了物料a中磷原子含量,使本发明在燃烧过程中,由于C-C键的键能大于C-P的键能要大,受热能力差的含磷化合物率先分解出磷酸以及多种有机膦酸起到覆盖作用,还引起聚合物脱水形成隔热、隔氧的残炭层,阻止热量向内部传递。物料a中苯环作为刚性基团,而P-O键柔顺性较高,苯环与P-O键相互配合,使物料a的刚性和柔性达到平衡,一方面使物料a耐水、耐热和耐压缩性能得到增强,改善物料a的附着力,另一方面使物料a的冲击韧性得到提高,使物料a适于作为保温层。
而有机填料、羧基化多壁碳纳米管、膨胀石墨和硼酸锌相互配合,当保温层高温时,插层化合物迅速汽化对石墨片层产生巨大的轴向推力,使膨胀石墨沿c轴方向膨胀成百上千倍,形成具有四级孔结构的石墨蠕虫,与有机填料、羧基化多壁碳纳米管结合共同形成隔断层;而硼酸锌热分解,释放出结晶水,起到吸热冷却作用和稀释空气中氧气的作用,另一方面,在高温下硼酸锌分解生成氧化硼,附着在聚合物的表面上形成一层玻璃态无机膨胀层;隔断层、玻璃态无机膨胀层、物料a中磷酸以及多种有机膦酸和残炭层相互配合,一方面阻止燃烧热量向基体传导,阻止基体受热分解;另一方面阻止可燃气体向外扩散与氧气混合,有效切断了燃烧系统热量与物质的传递通道,打断“燃烧三角形”,使保温层遇火阻燃,离火自熄。
本发明的保温层中采用改性聚(4-乙基苯酚)作为主料,配合有机填料、羧基化多壁碳纳米管、膨胀石墨、硼酸锌,使保温层的防火耐热性能优异,韧性和附着力高,粘接强度高;发泡剂、发泡助剂、无机中空微球、膨胀珍珠岩相互配合,大大降低保温层的导热系数和密度,提高了本发明隔热性能;而玻璃纤维、重质碳酸钙、无机中空微球、膨胀珍珠岩、氢氧化镁相互配合,使保温层韧性优异,耐压缩能力优秀,同时能制约发泡剂过度发泡,促进发泡孔孔径均匀一致。
本发明的框架层中由于填充腔的设置有利于减轻重量,节约材料,支撑层的设置有利于将受重平摊到框架层的多个工件上,避免框架层由于工件受力不均匀导致的不可靠性。

实施例1

参照图1-3,本发明提出的一种防火保温板,包括基层1、框架层2、粘结层3、抹面砂浆层4、保温层5、乳胶层6、装饰涂层7和耐磨层8;框架层2覆盖在基层1上方;框架层2由多个平行或交错排列并形成填充腔20的工件21组成,填充腔20内填充有填充物;粘结层3覆盖在框架层2上方,抹面砂浆层4覆盖在粘结层3上方,保温层5覆盖在抹面砂浆层4上方,乳胶层6覆盖在保温层5上方,乳胶层6上表面涂覆有装饰涂料形成装饰涂层7,装饰涂层7上表面涂覆有透明的耐磨涂料形成耐磨层8;

一种防火保温板,包括基层1、框架层2、粘结层3、抹面砂浆层4、保温层5、乳胶层6、装饰涂层7和耐磨层8;框架层2覆盖在基层1上方;框架层2由多个平行或交错排列并形成填充腔20的工件21组成,填充腔20内填充有填充物;粘结层3覆盖在框架层2上方,抹面砂浆层4覆盖在粘结层3上方,保温层5覆盖在抹面砂浆层4上方,乳胶层6覆盖在保温层5上方,乳胶层6上表面涂覆有装饰涂料形成装饰涂层7,装饰涂层7上表面涂覆有透明的耐磨涂料形成耐磨层8;

S1、将氯磷酸二苯酯加入四氢呋喃中混合均匀得到氯磷酸二苯酯溶液;将聚(4-乙基苯酚)加入四氢呋喃中混合均匀,接着滴加二乙胺,再滴加氯磷酸二苯酯溶液,接着升温,回流,回流过程中进行氮气保护,然后除杂,真空干燥得到物料a;
S2、将蒙脱土和滑石粉混合均匀,接着进行水热反应,然后洗涤,干燥,再加入双十烷基二甲基溴化铵混合均匀,升温,保温,保温过程中不停搅拌,静置冷却,洗涤至滤液中无溴离子,干燥,研磨得到有机填料;
S3、将物料a升温至熔融状态,再加入有机填料和羧基化多壁碳纳米管混合均匀后,接着加入膨胀石墨、重质碳酸钙、无机中空微球、膨胀珍珠岩、玻璃纤维、秸秆纤维、硼酸锌、防老剂混合均匀,然后加入发泡剂和发泡助剂混合均匀,涂覆在抹面砂浆层4表面,然后升温,保温得到保温层5。
实施例3
一种防火保温板,包括基层1、框架层2、粘结层3、抹面砂浆层4、保温层5、乳胶层6、装饰涂层7和耐磨层8;框架层2覆盖在基层1上方;框架层2由多个平行或交错排列并形成填充腔20的工件21组成,填充腔20内填充有填充物;粘结层3覆盖在框架层2上方,抹面砂浆层4覆盖在粘结层3上方,保温层5覆盖在抹面砂浆层4上方,乳胶层6覆盖在保温层5上方,乳胶层6上表面涂覆有装饰涂料形成装饰涂层7,装饰涂层7上表面涂覆有透明的耐磨涂料形成耐磨层8;
其中,保温层5的原料按重量包括:聚(4-乙基苯酚)58份,氯磷酸二苯酯88份,蒙脱土1.3份,滑石粉3.5份,双十烷基二甲基溴化铵1.5份,羧基化多壁碳纳米管2.3份,发泡剂16份,发泡助剂7份,膨胀石墨5.6份,重质碳酸钙12份,无机中空微球7份,膨胀珍珠岩8份,玻璃纤维1.6份,秸秆纤维14份,硼酸锌11份,防老剂2.5份。
保温层5的制备方法如下:
S1、将氯磷酸二苯酯加入四氢呋喃中混合均匀得到氯磷酸二苯酯溶液;将聚(4-乙基苯酚)加入四氢呋喃中混合均匀,接着滴加二乙胺,再滴加氯磷酸二苯酯溶液,滴加时间为2.5h,接着升温至66℃,回流8h,回流过程中进行氮气保护,然后除杂,真空干燥得到物料a;
S2、将蒙脱土和滑石粉混合均匀,接着进行水热反应,水热反应的温度为130℃,水热反应的时间为14h,然后洗涤,干燥,再加入双十烷基二甲基溴化铵混合均匀,升温至60℃,保温5h,保温过程中不停搅拌,静置冷却至室温,洗涤至滤液中无溴离子,干燥,研磨至粒径为20μm得到有机填料;
S3、将物料a升温至熔融状态,再加入有机填料和羧基化多壁碳纳米管混合均匀后,接着加入膨胀石墨、重质碳酸钙、无机中空微球、膨胀珍珠岩、玻璃纤维、秸秆纤维、硼酸锌、防老剂混合均匀,然后加入发泡剂和发泡助剂混合均匀,涂覆在抹面砂浆层4表面,然后升温至50℃,保温2h得到保温层5。
实施例4
一种防火保温板,包括基层1、框架层2、粘结层3、抹面砂浆层4、保温层5、乳胶层6、装饰涂层7和耐磨层8;框架层2覆盖在基层1上方;框架层2由多个平行或交错排列并形成填充腔20的工件21组成,填充腔20内填充有填充物;粘结层3覆盖在框架层2上方,抹面砂浆层4覆盖在粘结层3上方,保温层5覆盖在抹面砂浆层4上方,乳胶层6覆盖在保温层5上方,乳胶层6上表面涂覆有装饰涂料形成装饰涂层7,装饰涂层7上表面涂覆有透明的耐磨涂料形成耐磨层8;
其中,保温层5的原料按重量包括:聚(4-乙基苯酚)62份,氯磷酸二苯酯85份,蒙脱土1.7份,滑石粉2.5份,双十烷基二甲基溴化铵1.8份,羧基化多壁碳纳米管2.2份,发泡剂18份,发泡助剂7份,膨胀石墨5.3份,重质碳酸钙13份,无机中空微球6份,膨胀珍珠岩9份,玻璃纤维1.5份,秸秆纤维15份,硼酸锌10份,防老剂2.8份。其中羧基化多壁碳纳米管的长径比为15:1。
保温层5的制备方法如下:
S1、将氯磷酸二苯酯加入四氢呋喃中混合均匀得到氯磷酸二苯酯溶液;将聚(4-乙基苯酚)加入四氢呋喃中混合均匀,接着滴加二乙胺,再滴加氯磷酸二苯酯溶液,滴加时间为2h,接着升温至68℃,回流6h,回流过程中进行氮气保护,然后除杂,真空干燥得到物料a;
S2、将蒙脱土和滑石粉混合均匀,接着进行水热反应,水热反应的温度为140℃,水热反应的时间为12h,然后洗涤,干燥,再加入双十烷基二甲基溴化铵混合均匀,升温至70℃,保温3h,保温过程中不停搅拌,静置冷却至室温,洗涤至滤液中无溴离子,干燥,研磨至粒径为30μm得到有机填料;
S3、将物料a升温至熔融状态,再加入有机填料和羧基化多壁碳纳米管混合均匀后,接着加入膨胀石墨、重质碳酸钙、无机中空微球、膨胀珍珠岩、玻璃纤维、秸秆纤维、硼酸锌、防老剂混合均匀,然后加入发泡剂和发泡助剂混合均匀,涂覆在抹面砂浆层4表面,然后升温至45℃,保温3h得到保温层5。

1.一种防火保温板,其特征在于,包括基层(1)、框架层(2)、粘结层(3)、抹面砂浆层(4)、保温层(5)、乳胶层(6)、装饰涂层(7)和耐磨层(8);框架层(2)覆盖在基层(1)上方;框架层(2)由多个平行或交错排列并形成填充腔(20)的工件(21)组成,填充腔(20)内填充有填充物;粘结层(3)覆盖在框架层(2)上方,抹面砂浆层(4)覆盖在粘结层(3)上方,保温层(5)覆盖在抹面砂浆层(4)上方,乳胶层(6)覆盖在保温层(5)上方,乳胶层(6)上表面涂覆有装饰涂料形成装饰涂层(7),装饰涂层(7)上表面涂覆有透明的耐磨涂料形成耐磨层(8);
其中,保温层(5)的原料按重量包括:聚(4-乙基苯酚)55~65份,氯磷酸二苯酯80~90份,蒙脱土1~2份,滑石粉2~4份,双十烷基二甲基溴化铵1~2份,羧基化多壁碳纳米管2~2.5份,发泡剂15~20份,发泡助剂6~8份,膨胀石墨5~6份,重质碳酸钙11~14份,无机中空微球5~8份,膨胀珍珠岩7~10份,玻璃纤维1~2份,秸秆纤维13~16份,硼酸锌8~12份,防老剂2~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述防火保温板,其特征在于,保温层(5)的制备方法如下:
S1、将氯磷酸二苯酯加入四氢呋喃中混合均匀得到氯磷酸二苯酯溶液;将聚(4-乙基苯酚)加入四氢呋喃中混合均匀,接着滴加二乙胺,再滴加氯磷酸二苯酯溶液,接着升温,回流,回流过程中进行氮气保护,然后除杂,真空干燥得到物料a;
S2、将蒙脱土和滑石粉混合均匀,接着进行水热反应,然后洗涤,干燥,再加入双十烷基二甲基溴化铵混合均匀,升温,保温,保温过程中不停搅拌,静置冷却,洗涤至滤液中无溴离子,干燥,研磨得到有机填料;
S3、将物料a升温至熔融状态,再加入有机填料和羧基化多壁碳纳米管混合均匀后,接着加入膨胀石墨、重质碳酸钙、无机中空微球、膨胀珍珠岩、玻璃纤维、秸秆纤维、硼酸锌、防老剂混合均匀,然后加入发泡剂和发泡助剂混合均匀,涂覆在抹面砂浆层(4)表面,然后升温,保温得到保温层(5)。
3.根据权利要求2所述防火保温板,其特征在于,保温层(5)制备方法的S1中,将氯磷酸二苯酯加入四氢呋喃中混合均匀得到氯磷酸二苯酯溶液;将聚(4-乙基苯酚)加入四氢呋喃中混合均匀,接着滴加二乙胺,再滴加氯磷酸二苯酯溶液,滴加时间为2~2.5h,接着升温至66~68℃,回流6~8h,回流过程中进行氮气保护,然后除杂,真空干燥得到物料a。
4.根据权利要求2所述防火保温板,其特征在于,保温层(5)制备方法的S2中,将蒙脱土和滑石粉混合均匀,接着进行水热反应,水热反应的温度为130~140℃,水热反应的时间为12~14h,然后洗涤,干燥,再加入双十烷基二甲基溴化铵混合均匀,升温至60~70℃,保温3~5h,保温过程中不停搅拌,静置冷却至室温,洗涤至滤液中无溴离子,干燥,研磨至粒径为20~30μm得到有机填料。
5.根据权利要求2所述防火保温板,其特征在于,保温层(5)制备方法的S3中,将物料a升温至熔融状态,再加入有机填料和羧基化多壁碳纳米管混合均匀后,接着加入膨胀石墨、重质碳酸钙、无机中空微球、膨胀珍珠岩、玻璃纤维、秸秆纤维、硼酸锌、防老剂混合均匀,然后加入发泡剂和发泡助剂混合均匀,涂覆在抹面砂浆层(4)表面,然后升温至45~50℃,保温2~3h得到保温层(5)。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述防火保温板,其特征在于,羧基化多壁碳纳米管的长径比为10~20:1。
