Abstract
本发明公开了一种吹氧焊管渗铝加工前对焊管的预处理方法,涉及焊管加工技术领域,包括如下步骤:(1)除尘与一次除油,(2)一次水洗,(3)二次除油,(4)一次酸洗,(5)二次水洗,(6)二次酸洗,(7)助镀,(8)烘干。本发明通过除尘和两次除油有效去除焊管上附着的灰尘和油污,并可缓解因仅通过高温烘烤除油存在的高能耗使用问题,再通过两次水洗和两次酸洗除去清洗剂和锈斑,最后通过助镀和烘干使焊管表面形成一层保护膜,以防渗铝前氧化生锈,并避免热浸铝时铝液飞溅问题。

技术领域:
本发明涉及焊管加工技术领域,具体涉及一种吹氧焊管渗铝加工前对焊管的预处理方法。
背景技术:
吹氧焊管,用作炼钢吹氧用管,一般用小口径的焊接钢管,规格由3/8寸-2寸八种,用08、10、15、20或Q195-Q235钢带制成。为防蚀,有的进行渗铝加工。在渗铝加工前,需要对焊管进行预处理,其目的一方面是为了去除焊管上附着的油污、灰尘和锈斑;另一方面是通表面钝化使焊管表面保持活性,让铝液润湿焊管表面,并可使焊管表面形成一层保护膜,以防渗铝前氧化生锈。但目前所采用的预处理方法操作简单,处理效果一般,经处理后的焊管表面仍残留部分锈斑,并且在热浸铝时容易出现铝液飞溅现象。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种除油、除尘和除锈效果显著且能有效避免酸洗后焊管氧化生锈以及热浸铝时铝液飞溅的氧焊管渗铝加工前对焊管的预处理方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种吹氧焊管渗铝加工前对焊管的预处理方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)除尘与一次除油:配制清洗液,将焊管浸没于50-55℃装有清洗液的清洗槽中,15min后吊起,在清洗槽上方沥去清洗液;
所述清洗液由如下重量份数的原料制成:活性白土15份、沸石粉10份、豆渣8份、羟乙基纤维素8份、蓖麻油6份、卡波树脂5份、聚氧化乙烯4份、茶籽粉3份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3份、蛋壳粉2份、炉甘石粉1份、水100份,其制备方法为:将豆渣、茶籽粉和蛋壳粉加入水中,浸泡30min后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理10min,再加入活性白土、沸石粉、卡波树脂和炉甘石粉,混合物送入球磨机中球磨,过170目筛,最后向滤液中加入羟乙基纤维素、蓖麻油、聚氧化乙烯和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,充分混合形成均匀溶液;
(2)一次水洗:将沥去清洗液的焊管先用50-55℃清水高压冲洗10min,再用30-35℃清水高压冲洗10min,最后用常温水高压清洗15min;
(3)二次除油:将焊管置于100-110℃下干燥3h,再于350-400℃下保温烘烤15min,随后自然冷却至室温;
(4)一次酸洗:将浓硫酸加水配成质量浓度10-15%的稀硫酸酸洗液,并在50-55℃下对焊管进行一次酸洗,酸洗时间为30min,酸洗结束后沥去酸洗液;
(5)二次水洗:将沥去酸洗液的焊管先用50-55℃清水高压冲洗10min,再用30-35℃清水高压冲洗10min,最后用常温水高压清洗15min;
(6)二次酸洗:将浓盐酸加水配成质量浓度15-20%的稀盐酸酸洗液,并在50-55℃下对焊管进行二次酸洗,酸洗时间为10min,酸洗结束后沥去酸洗液;
(7)助镀:配制助镀剂,并在50-55℃下用助镀剂喷淋焊管,喷淋时间为15min,喷淋结束后沥去助镀剂;
所述助镀剂由如下重量份数的原料混合制成:氯化锌1.5份、15%盐酸25份、亚硝酸钠0.3份、氧化铬0.2份、高锰酸钾0.1份、水250份;
(8)烘干:将沥去助镀剂的焊管于100-110℃下干燥2h,再于230-280℃下烘干10min,即完成焊管渗铝加工前的预处理。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过八个工序实现渗铝加工前对焊管的预处理,通过除尘和两次除油有效去除焊管上附着的灰尘和油污,并可缓解因仅通过高温烘烤除油存在的高能耗使用问题,再通过两次水洗和两次酸洗除去清洗剂和锈斑,最后通过助镀和烘干使焊管表面形成一层保护膜,以防渗铝前氧化生锈,并避免热浸铝时铝液飞溅问题,通过这一系列预处理,增强吹氧焊管的耐腐蚀性,减缓其氧化生锈,从而延长焊管的使用寿命。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
(1)除尘与一次除油:配制清洗液,将焊管浸没于50-55℃装有清洗液的清洗槽中,15min后吊起,在清洗槽上方沥去清洗液;
清洗液的制备:将8kg豆渣、3kg茶籽粉和2kg蛋壳粉加入100kg水中,浸泡30min后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理10min,再加入15kg活性白土、10kg沸石粉、5kg卡波树脂和1kg炉甘石粉,混合物送入球磨机中球磨,过170目筛,最后向滤液中加入8kg羟乙基纤维素、6kg蓖麻油、4kg聚氧化乙烯和3kg聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,充分混合形成均匀溶液;
(2)一次水洗:将沥去清洗液的焊管先用50-55℃清水高压冲洗10min,再用30-35℃清水高压冲洗10min,最后用常温水高压清洗15min;
(3)二次除油:将焊管置于100-110℃下干燥3h,再于350-400℃下保温烘烤15min,随后自然冷却至室温;
(4)一次酸洗:将浓硫酸加水配成质量浓度10-15%的稀硫酸酸洗液,并在50-55℃下对焊管进行一次酸洗,酸洗时间为30min,酸洗结束后沥去酸洗液;
(5)二次水洗:将沥去酸洗液的焊管先用50-55℃清水高压冲洗10min,再用30-35℃清水高压冲洗10min,最后用常温水高压清洗15min;
(6)二次酸洗:将浓盐酸加水配成质量浓度15-20%的稀盐酸酸洗液,并在50-55℃下对焊管进行二次酸洗,酸洗时间为10min,酸洗结束后沥去酸洗液;
(7)助镀:配制助镀剂,并在50-55℃下用助镀剂喷淋焊管,喷淋时间为15min,喷淋结束后沥去助镀剂;
助镀剂的制备:将1.5kg氯化锌、25kg15%盐酸、0.3kg亚硝酸钠、0.2kg氧化铬和0.1kg高锰酸钾加入250kg水中,搅拌使其形成均匀溶液;
(8)烘干:将沥去助镀剂的焊管于100-110℃下干燥2h,再于230-280℃下烘干10min,即完成焊管渗铝加工前的预处理。

Claims (1)
1.一种吹氧焊管渗铝加工前对焊管的预处理方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)除尘与一次除油:配制清洗液,将焊管浸没于50-55℃装有清洗液的清洗槽中,15min后吊起,在清洗槽上方沥去清洗液;
所述清洗液由如下重量份数的原料制成:活性白土15份、沸石粉10份、豆渣8份、羟乙基纤维素8份、蓖麻油6份、卡波树脂5份、聚氧化乙烯4份、茶籽粉3份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3份、蛋壳粉2份、炉甘石粉1份、水100份,其制备方法为:将豆渣、茶籽粉和蛋壳粉加入水中,浸泡30min后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理10min,再加入活性白土、沸石粉、卡波树脂和炉甘石粉,混合物送入球磨机中球磨,过170目筛,最后向滤液中加入羟乙基纤维素、蓖麻油、聚氧化乙烯和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,充分混合形成均匀溶液;
(2)一次水洗:将沥去清洗液的焊管先用50-55℃清水高压冲洗10min,再用30-35℃清水高压冲洗10min,最后用常温水高压清洗15min;
(3)二次除油:将焊管置于100-110℃下干燥3h,再于350-400℃下保温烘烤15min,随后自然冷却至室温;
(4)一次酸洗:将浓硫酸加水配成质量浓度10-15%的稀硫酸酸洗液,并在50-55℃下对焊管进行一次酸洗,酸洗时间为30min,酸洗结束后沥去酸洗液;
(5)二次水洗:将沥去酸洗液的焊管先用50-55℃清水高压冲洗10min,再用30-35℃清水高压冲洗10min,最后用常温水高压清洗15min;
(6)二次酸洗:将浓盐酸加水配成质量浓度15-20%的稀盐酸酸洗液,并在50-55℃下对焊管进行二次酸洗,酸洗时间为10min,酸洗结束后沥去酸洗液;
(7)助镀:配制助镀剂,并在50-55℃下用助镀剂喷淋焊管,喷淋时间为15min,喷淋结束后沥去助镀剂;
所述助镀剂由如下重量份数的原料混合制成:氯化锌1.5份、15%盐酸25份、亚硝酸钠0.3份、氧化铬0.2份、高锰酸钾0.1份、水250份;
(8)烘干:将沥去助镀剂的焊管于100-110℃下干燥2h,再于230-280℃下烘干10min,即完成焊管渗铝加工前的预处理。
