一种延长摆动流嘴寿命的支铁沟沟头结构,所述支铁沟位于摆动流嘴上方,支铁沟沟头设置有可拆卸的活动节,可拆卸的活动节包括U型基体、设置于U型基体末端底面的活动坡块,坡块底端开设有螺纹孔,U型基体末端底面开设有与螺纹孔对应的通孔,通孔内设置螺栓与螺纹孔旋接。能灵活调整铁水下落轨迹,有方向性的将铁水落点朝向侵蚀比较小的部位,达到摆动流嘴同步损毁,寿命大大延长。

技术领域
本发明涉及高炉支铁沟沟头。
背景技术
摆动流嘴是位于高炉支铁沟沟头下部的一个给铁水罐分配铁水的设备,使用比较频繁,是所有铁水必经之底,冲刷很厉害,尤其在冲击点区域非常严重。铁水从支铁沟沟头出来,沿抛物线轨迹坠落到摆动流嘴中。
目前传统结构的支铁沟摆动流嘴布局主要存在冲刷侵蚀部位比较集中,位于铁水抛物线落点处,结果造成摆动流嘴某一次侵蚀很严重,其余部位完好损耗很微小,寿命严重不同步。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了以下技术方案:一种延长摆动流嘴寿命的支铁沟沟头结构,所述支铁沟位于摆动流嘴上方,其特征在于支铁沟沟头设置有可拆卸的活动节,可拆卸的活动节包括U型基体、设置于U型基体末端底面的活动坡块,坡块底端开设有螺纹孔,U型基体末端底面开设有与螺纹孔对应的通孔,通孔内设置螺栓与螺纹孔旋接。
作为优选,坡块前端底面设置向下的凸块,凸块与对应开设于U型基体底面的凹槽配接。
作为优选,U型基体的一端与支铁沟的连接面设置有凸条,支铁沟对应设置有配接的凹槽。
本发明有益效果:本发明通过对现场铁水运行轨迹进行观察调研,在支铁沟沟头部位设计一个可以拆卸的活动节,通过可拆卸的坡块灵活调整铁水下落轨迹,有方向性的将铁水落点朝向侵蚀比较小的部位,达到摆动流嘴同步损毁,寿命大大延长。

实施例1:一种延长摆动流嘴寿命的支铁沟沟头结构,所述支铁沟1位于摆动流嘴2上方,支铁沟1沟头设置有可拆卸的活动节3,可拆卸的活动节3包括U型基体3.1、设置于U型基体3.1末端底面的活动坡块4,坡块4底端开设有螺纹孔4.1,U型基体3.1末端底面开设有与螺纹孔4.1对应的通孔,通孔内设置螺栓5与螺纹孔4.1旋接。坡块4前端底面设置向下的凸块4.2,凸块4.2与对应开设于U型基体3.1底面的凹槽3.1.1配接。U型基体3.1的一端与支铁沟1的连接面设置有凸条3.1.2,支铁沟1对应设置有配接的凹槽1.1。

1.一种延长摆动流嘴寿命的支铁沟沟头结构,所述支铁沟位于摆动流嘴上方,其特征在于支铁沟沟头设置有可拆卸的活动节,可拆卸的活动节包括U型基体、设置于U型基体末端底面的活动坡块,坡块底端开设有螺纹孔,U型基体末端底面开设有与螺纹孔对应的通孔,通孔内设置螺栓与螺纹孔旋接,坡块前端底面设置向下的凸块,凸块与对应开设于U型基体底面的凹槽配接,U型基体的一端与支铁沟的连接面设置有凸条,支铁沟对应设置有配接的凹槽。
