本发明涉及一种保护膜,尤其涉及一种深冲压抗油多层共挤型保护膜。
背景技术
保护膜在功能上讲是被保护的产品在生产加工、运输、贮存和使用过程中不受污染、腐蚀、划伤,保护原有的光洁亮泽的表面,从而提高产品的质量及市场竞争力。
保护膜按应用范围分,可应用在以下一些领域:金属产品表面、涂层金属产品表面、塑料产品表面、汽车产品表面、电子产品表面、标牌产品表面、型材产品表面及其它产品表面,随着客户对各种保护膜的要求不断扩大,一些具有特殊性能的保护膜应运而生,比如适用于高温环境的耐温型保护膜,耐油、耐酸碱保护膜等,因此不断提高保护膜的综合性能就显得尤为重要。
不锈钢板深冲压拉深变形的特点主要是拉深力大、加工硬化严重、摩擦力大、局部高温、易产生粘结瘤,这样就容易使制品表面被划伤、起皱甚至开裂,也降低了模具使用寿命,因此在不锈钢板表面覆贴保护膜且在保护膜表面涂刷一层拉深润滑油后再进行冲压拉深会大大提高成品率,但由于目前生产上常用植物油、工业白油等油性物质配制拉深润滑油,而普通的PE保护膜对油性物质的阻隔性很弱,冲压拉深完成后的成品在放置一段时间后,拉深润滑油会慢慢渗透进PE保护膜,将对PE保护膜的粘性层造成破坏,引起残胶掉胶的质量问题。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种综合机械强度高,耐磨性能好的深冲压抗油多层共挤型保护膜。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种深冲压抗油多层共挤型保护膜,它是由共挤的两表层和位于两表层之间的芯层构成三层材料经吹膜成形制成,按重量百分比,外层热熔压敏胶层为10~30%、中层粘结层为30~70%、内层阻隔层为10~50%。
一种深冲压抗油多层共挤型保护膜,所述的内层阻隔层混合料是由下述重量份的原料经双螺杆挤出机预混合组成的:
乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物20~40、尼龙6 60~80、爽滑剂1~5。
一种深冲压抗油多层共挤型保护膜,所述的内层阻隔层混合料中的乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物中乙烯含量为38%;爽滑剂是球形纳米二氧化硅。
一种深冲压抗油多层共挤型保护膜,所述的外层热熔压敏胶层混合料是由下述重量份的原料混合组成的:
苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)30~70、增粘树脂15~50、环烷油5~10、抗氧剂三壬基苯基亚磷酸酯1~3。
一种深冲压抗油多层共挤型保护膜,其特征在于,所述的外层热熔压敏胶层混合料中的增粘树脂是由重量比为40~60:20~40:10~20的C5石油树脂、C9石油树脂、萜烯树脂混合组成。
一种深冲压抗油多层共挤型保护膜,所述的中层粘结层混合料是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
PE-MAH 20~50、LLDPE 25~40、LDPE 40~60。
一种深冲压抗油多层共挤型保护膜,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
将上述中层粘结层混合料送入单螺杆挤出机内熔融,同时,将上下表层混合料分别送入另两台单螺杆挤出机内熔融,芯层熔体从三层模头的中间层挤出,同时表层熔体从三层共挤模头的内外层挤出,经风环冷却、牵引分边以及收卷,制得厚度在0.05~0.07mm的三层共挤薄膜。

本发明的保护膜具有机械性能优良,刚性、硬度及韧性高,耐酸碱、抗蠕变性,耐疲劳性好,芯层采用聚偏氟乙烯为主料,具有高效的抗冲击、抗油性,适用于各种玻璃、金属、塑料外壳表面的防护。
